Energy say 30 but we know it's really 60x

To cap it at 500 after u managed to defeat a 60x wagering is a smack in the face tbh

Great to see the rep is pumping out news relating to promos, yet when people discuss the "terms" they completely ignore those posts and do not even care to respond.

I mean why on earth would anyone even want to play at a casino with capped winnings if you take a bonus. I know I would never do so. Then on top of that the W/D times still have not improved as far as I know. But I still do not play here anymore and I will not return anytime soon.

Since I stopped playing at VS, I got my Mr Green account reopened and I will trying them out again. If it goes badly and their withdraw times stink, then I will be switching to another again.

Been a while since i played there but remember there being 4-5 quid off on the w/d amount (might have been scaled based on the w/d amount) - could have changed by now....didn't bother me at the time due to the speed etc. I was debit card there
 
Ok I see, thanks for letting me know. If it has been a while and they might have slowed down their withdraw times. I suppose I will find out if I manage to withdraw to test it out lol.

When I used to play their many years ago. They was painfully slow usually taken them 48 hours or longer because they had that nasty reverse withdraw option back then. So they always waited until that time elapsed before they processed them. Even if you asked in live chat to flush your withdraw they just refused and some agents would just say what does flush mean. I mean even spelling it out to them, Can you please LOCK the withdraw so I can not withdraw it and process it now please? They would still come back with some lame excuse to further delay it.

It was one of the reasons I closed my account there, amongst the fact, I played there for a year and only ever managed like about 5 withdraws, but yet I deposited about 500 times. So that ratio was just to disgusting to continue playing at that casino lol.

Then on top of that, I had such a nightmare back then too getting that account verified. As I did not have an updated photo ID. I only was able to provide a Birth Certificate. So they then wanted my dad to help by him sending them his passport as a type of guarantor. Which I just found totally insane. But hey I had no other option and my dad was not happy about doing it, but he did agree to doing it for me though.

But yeah, I will probably before I withdraw, Check if my ID I verified my account with X number of years ago is still relevant or not and if I will be required to send new docs in again........

I might even do it before I deposit as well to be honest with ya.

Bad me for talking about another casino in another casino thread. Sorry........

Yeah but it does not mean they will actually act on anything anyone says though haha. We probably got more chance of winning the euromillions lottery than reps acting and making changes to their casinos. But hey lets face it. Reps do not have that much power like they used to. Most reps have very minor say in things and do not have any power to change things.

The only rep I recall that had power to change things and make things happen was Dan when he used to work for VS. I mean L&L Jan also is close to how Dan was too. But Dan was the guy for a long time.... He was everywhere, on here, twitch chats, everywhere...

To this day it always amazed me how he even managed to find the time to juggle all that workload and work all those crazy hours he worked. I mean health wise, surely that would have an impact in the long term? I can totally understand though why he changed jobs and left VS though.

Health should always come first.

Despite the comments above that perhaps seem a little ungrateful, I for one, appreciate it.

as for the wagering and withdrawal cap…. Having personally stripped a few casinos of the odd £1000 or so ( in my distant past) playing with bonus money, I understand the need, from a business point of view, to stop this happening with players who simply bonus hunt at every new casino.

Feel free to throw in a 300% deposit match to help chase a good win for the comp x lol

Hi @justdoit - When it comes to Gamstop you need to deal directly with them mate, as they are responsible for lifting your self exclusion, so not Energy. We don't specifically target anyone from a particular angle, but yes, we have a RG-proactive approach.

Could I point out that the last weekend of the month Videoslots hold their all weekend of free roll battles in which very many posters in here take part in. Personally,the time I spend online during the weekend battles is exclusively spent playing these free roll battles and I suspect that many others do too.
For that reason it may be much more beneficial for the uptake in your comp to be held any time other than the last weekend of any month?

Deposit 300 euro and get 300 euro with a 100% match. And then at the bottom of the promotions page the terms state: Max winnings are capped at €500. I mean.... what the actual fuck? And not only that, they come with insane wagering and wagering the bonus is only available on 1 or two games depending on the promotion.

However ALL of the offers I have gotten come with a max cap besides the welcome offer. It's just so bad that only because of these terms you will never ever see a deposit from me again. I know it's up to the player to take them so I have never took them but the fact that you offer bonuses with these type of structure says enough about your business practices in my opinion.

I agree with you. But I just also wanted to point out to you not everyone will max the deposit match bonus anyway. So most average punters will most likely just do a deposit of around £20 or £50. So then it would be a little better for them. But for the higher rollers then obviously These disgusting terms are not going to be good. Usually when casinos do have caps on winnings from match bonuses they usually have a 5X bonus + deposit amount. So yes the fact they choose to cap them at £€500 instead would mean they are being very very shady and should never be taken or even offered.

Energy Casino seriously NEED to look into this ASAP. Otherwise I suspect more and more people on here and elsewhere will be making huge noise about this fact too......

Yet on here at least, they just keep ignoring and ignoring................

And the main reason is that you can never know if you hit some once in a lifetime-hit when playing with bonus money. Only case where i can understand max win rules are no deposit bonuses.

Yep the caps are a lot more common on No Deposit Bonuses.

One thing I just remembered though and not sure if it applies to Energy Casino's bonus terms. But some casinos that do have caps on deposit match bonuses usually exempt Jackpot wins, so if a player was lucky enough to win a jackpot they will still get that Jackpot in full? Not sure if Energy Casino would. But this alone should show people how BAD these cap rules are for deposit match bonuses. PEOPLE are stupid to take them and the CASINO is stealing players winnings. It is just THEFT plain and simple.
