It's SPAM. There is no link between these two casinos, but US players would not be able to take the Spin Palace offer, but could take the one at Aladdins Gold.

Both offers are ONLY for new players, but the spam fails to mention this.

The inability of casino operators to effectively police affiliates only causes problems when players take up such offers, only to be told they don't exist. In this example, an EXISTING player at Spin Palace would NOT get their 50 spins.

They want to find out who this a$$hole affiliate is, which is why they want you to forward the email. They may well be offering existing players such offers by invite, but the email you posted did NOT come from Spin Palace. They are giving you the free spins because they don't want you to think they are reneging on a deal offered. They also want you back, so are offering you the new player bonus again as a "come back to us" incentive.

I have been offered another bite at the new player bonus at a few casinos as a "come back" offer after not playing for a while - it DOES happen.
 
The link for Alladins gold goes nowhere but shows a blank page and download box, the last link goes to CasinoBonusGuru. The Spin Palace link drops this in a cookie, some of it makes no sense to me but the AFFID's are pretty plain:
