It's SPAM. There is no link between these two casinos, but US players would not be able to take the Spin Palace offer, but could take the one at Aladdins Gold.

Both offers are ONLY for new players, but the spam fails to mention this.

The inability of casino operators to effectively police affiliates only causes problems when players take up such offers, only to be told they don't exist. In this example, an EXISTING player at Spin Palace would NOT get their 50 spins.

    Hi there Stephen,

    Account number: tspr0xxxxxxxx

Thank you for emailing Spin Palace Casino.

You will be pleased to know that we have located your account (please see below account number). If you received that email your free spins will be automatically credited to your account within 48 hours.

To receive the game you would need to go to the game sure win where your free spins will be available once the 48 hour period is completed.

To get to this game you can go to:
    1. The games view in the games lobby.
    2. Click on slots.
    3. Look at the right of the sreen and go through the list of the game.
    4. Sure win will be found in alphabetically order in that list.

    And this is another one:
Thank you for taking the time to contact Spin Palace Support.
    This was the second one

We would like thank you for informing us with regard to your claim on the invitation received for 50 free spins at "Sure Win" slot game. We would like to suggest that you please select the link received spinpalace.com/lp/slot/sure-win-50-free/and download the casino. Once you have successfully downloaded the casino, your free spins will be added in no less than 24-48 hours.

Because you already have an account we suggest that you please select that option during the registration process "already have an account" when presented. The casino only allows 1 account per person and this may also impact you receiving your 50 free spins.

If you have re-installed the casino and still have not received your 50 free spins, please feel free to contact us, we would love to hear from you.

As a new player, we'll match your first deposit 100% up to $150, doubling your bankroll straight away! To view more details on our $1000 free offer, please visit You must register/login in order to see the link.

Should you require any further assistance, we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for your convenience..

    Im really confused,
i thought i might as well ad this to:
Thank you for contacting Spin Palace Casino

The response that we have received is that only players included on an invitational list we credited with 50 free spins.

If you have received such an invitation, please forward it to us, so that we can take the matter further.

Hope to hear from you soon.

Should you require further assistance, feel free to contact Spin Palace Casino support desk, which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

    Kind Regards

They want to find out who this a$$hole affiliate is, which is why they want you to forward the email. They may well be offering existing players such offers by invite, but the email you posted did NOT come from Spin Palace. They are giving you the free spins because they don't want you to think they are reneging on a deal offered. They also want you back, so are offering you the new player bonus again as a "come back to us" incentive.

I have been offered another bite at the new player bonus at a few casinos as a "come back" offer after not playing for a while - it DOES happen.

The link for Alladins gold goes nowhere but shows a blank page and download box, the last link goes to CasinoBonusGuru. The Spin Palace link drops this in a cookie, some of it makes no sense to me but the AFFID's are pretty plain:

FWIW, the rule is "i after e except before c," such as "receive" and "believe."
