So I saw all the complaints here but thought I would try to redeem the free 20 dollar chip for the heck of it. Wow talk about a buggy website. I went there and downloaded the program, and tried to sign up. I hit register numerous times and it did nothing, so I found the registration page myself. I signed up, and it kept telling me Ive already signed up which i know is false because Ive never been there before ever. So finally somehow I was able to sign up by the bonus didnt go through. So I try to contact live help, and it would say "welcome blah blah my name is david" I would type my question and it would not send. Like the send button was non functional. lol what a waste of time. I would never deposit here ever. Im suprised its not in the rogue section but then again, its so hard to even get started, they dont have the opportunity to take your money.

save your money guys.... 4 months ago I played and won. Cashout was delayed and delayed and delayed. After several ignored emails I contacted by phone. They said I did not meet requirements. These "requirements" were not printed anywhere on the site but they insisted they would not pay me unless I went more than double where I had already wagered, which already was way past any requirement. I completed that and actually won even more.

Then they said that I needed to deposit again before they could process my withdrawal. That made no sense and made me nervous. They insisted that as soon as I deposited that they would pay my deposit back and my winnings but that I needed to deposit $300.
I am very stupid I suppose and as you can guess I deposited $300 and they will still not pay.

Please save yourselves and ignore these people.

You do know they are on the rogue list? :rolleyes:

I have no sympathy for long time CM members who lose their money at rogue casinos. Just desserts IMO.

I was simply telling others of my experience in trying to save them from the same fate. I didn't complain and this isn't a complaint and I did not ask for your sympathy.:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

I've had good relations and payments with Eldorado Palace. When QT went down, I also had to make a deposit to get my payment (of over 1k) but they paid within 2 weeks in two installments. Not amazingly fast, but with the issues with the US market, I was more than satisfied.

Anyway, when I saw this thread, I contacted the manager of Eldorado, Fred, who always helps me out and gets back to me quickly and asked him what was up and he said I should give his email address to anyone having any issues with Eldorado Palace.

Give him a shot, he's always been nice (and responsive) to me.

I took the advice from the last poster and emailed "Fred". Hopefully he'll help as I'm owed close to $1K for four months have gotten no where to date.
