Dunder problem with balance after clearing bonus playthrough

I had 10 freespins on Dunder and won £4.60 from them.

I then managed to get my balance up to around £106 and as I completed the bonus playthrough it reset the WR back to zero and also my balance to zero?

I have tried logging out and back in, but it has remained at zero? I tried their live chat but sadly is only available up to 11pm. I have sent them a message, but wondered if anybody else had encountered a similar issue?

Thanks.

Be careful with Bonuses!
It is  crucial  that you understand and agree to the terms and conditions of any bonus that you accept. Most of the complaints that come through our arbitration service are bonus related; it would be safe to say that there are tens of thousands of players who have never complained because they realized after the fact that they did not understand or had never read the terms. Nothing in a casino is free – so whenever you see “free” being used, there are stipulations. It is important for you to understand that.

Please check out our Bonus Section that lists the offers given by our Accredited Casinos. No deposit bonuses, welcome bonuses (AKA sign up bonuses [SUBs]), exclusive bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin bonuses...all this and more!

I think it was at SuperLenny that someone had a similar problem today, and they solved it for the player.
They do have a rep here but I doubt they are working during the holidays so if you don't get a reply to your email try support in the morning.
They will be able to see your history so don't worry.

I had this more then once. I am almost certain, that this happend to you because you didn't end a gamesession correctly. Just contact the Support and tell them happend and your Balance will be back.

I was actually mid way through a game when it happened. I went to spin and my balance had gone to zero, I hadn't ended any game session at that time?

Thanks.

Just logged back in and my balance has been restored to £106.90. I played a bit on IR but the roll I was on earlier seems to have disappeared. Anyhow I have put in a withdrawal request for £100 so all is good in the end :)

I don't know if someone at Dunder fixed the problem or it somehow rectified itself but want to say thanks anyway

Not more than that they are running on the same platform. They do not share license though.

They do with MT Secure though, like Guts, Rizk and Betspin so beware if you've SE'd from any of those 3. ;)

Confused here...I did se with thrills and infact even authorise my bank to conduct a charge back with them, (before I found this place imo) but I also have accounts with guts,Betspin and also dunder where I have deposited a good few times, never made a withdrawl tho as yet at any of them, is there a possibility in the future should I request a withdrawl I may face issues due to my experience with thrills? Appologies if I'm posting in wrong section am pretty new to how things work on here. But I do ty all very much for the help much appriciated.

Thrills still have their own license.

Charge backs on Thrills can effect the other accounts yes since Thrill are owned by the same people as Guts, Rizk and Betspin.
So why did you make a charge back on Thrills

Chargeback .. really? So you gambled money, lost and in your anger you charged the money back so that you may gamble it again .. Sorry but that's not how gambling works . It is only unfortunate that you're asking this now and not when you have a pending WD with one of the casinos you mentioned, as I firmly believe the money you charged back should be taken from you which would effectively happen if your withdrawal was to be voided. But as that's not the case, consider yourself lucky and not play at these casinos anymore.

Was a long saga that went on a long time with them. Basically I wasn't given what was offered in a promotion, even after giving them evidence I was correct, screen shots of chats and the offer provided etc..never broke and t@c's. The support was the worst I've ever encountered. anyway, Cut a long story short I was ignored for over 2 weeks, then had seperate emails stating my acc was open then they had closed it, all in all was just a terrible farce which I got fed up with. Didn't actually realise the power this place had or I'd of used that. Anyways thanks for taking the time to respond to me, best go check with the formentioned casinos I'm still ok to play there :-/

Just a moment please before you firmly ride on the judgement wagon. I done that as a last resort as the service I was offered wasn't given, infact they just plain lied about it..the support was nothing short of a monty python sketch I recieved and beyond arrogant and rude..I did have dialogue for over 2 weeks with them. as stated in a previous post I was just plain ignored for a following 2 weeks. having my account opened and closed at there will with no request from myself..if you sign up for something your promised and you don't get that your well within your rights to fight for it, this wasn't a case of losing before you judge (yet again) as i hadn't even used all the funds on my account. I for the upmost just wanted what there promotion offered me, it only turned into me seeking my money back as they ceased to speak with me about it even though as again previously said had proof I was correct. Just because it's a casino doesn't give them the right to rip people because the regulations are so poor. If this was in the high street and you where blatantly ripped off I'm rather sure you may of wanted your money back also.

They might have something to do with MT Secure trade ltd. but SE at Thrills should not affect you at all on Dunder, Rizk, Guts and any other casino under the license of MT.

As mentioned in this thread - each holds their own license. People who own them may be the same but they are actually two separate companies.

I'm myself self excluded at Kaboo and Thrills and this has never affected me in any way at Dunder or another MT casino.

Thankyou for taking the time to reply. I will contact the mentioned casinos as its ethically right but to check, as be pointless moving forward if I was to ever win big and request a withdrawl for this to come back and bite me. Again ty for the reply.

While they may not share the same licence, I do believe they may use the same processor.

Thrills does has a rep here also. I have no idea the amount involved, or what was left in your account, but you could approach them to see if you could resolve your issue and pay back the amount of the chargeback.

Most casino terms you agree you have NEVER made a chargeback anywhere, so it could bite you at any time at any casino.

It's also a breach of the terms to be a CM member.

I'm quite sure this was made before I was a member here since it was possibly march last year. And in my defence i did for a long time try to resolve this matter amicably with them to no avail. So I'd be reluctant to want to pay them back for something that was no fault of my own. I merely only wanted to query something and not open a unnecessary can of worms. I'm not wanting to attempt to get any deposits back from anywhere or any silliness like that, I just wondered why I stood on the matter. In regard to me breaching any conditions of the forum my apologies,it was something I was unaware of. I'll leave the decision regarding my membership to the powers that be and let them take action if any accordingly. Once again ty all for your time and responses.

I never said they didn't.

MT SECURE LICENSE:

(All I am pointing out is that Dunder, Betspin, Guts and Rizk all share the MT Secure License thus any of them can refuse your winnings if you've SE'd from any other one. MT Secure White Labels are the following, so if you've SE'd at any of these below the same thing goes.)

casinoland.com
instacasino.com
shadowbet.com
spinjuju.com
cashmio.com
casinocalzone.com
casinofloor.com
casinopop.com
chancehill.com
dunder.com
ikibu.com
superlenny.com
tomscasino.com

BETIT GROUP LICENSE:

The Betit License covers these:

Kaboo
Thrills
SuperLenny
betitgroup.com

Superlenny still appears under both licenses (this and MT Secure) which does confuse some people.

EVERYMATRIX LICENSE:

buckandbutler.com
casino.sportingindex.com
jetbull.com
dragonaraonline.com
casinoluck.com
playhippo.com
nextcasino.com
playfrank.com
spinson.com
viks.com
wildslots.com

If you are SE'd at ANY ONE of the above casinos do NOT attempt to play at any other under that license as they can and will refuse to pay you! If fact with some casinos under separate licenses above still connected from when Guts etc. were EveryMatrix (i.e. as Tirilej said about Thrills) I wouldn't personally trust any one of them to pay me if I won big when SE'd at another under a different license. If anything is, was or has ever been near to EveryMatrix I would tread very carefully.

Thanks very much for taking the time to post all that. Leaves me in a bit of a quandary to be honest now, as iam a member and a regular depositer of a few of those sites, I may add though iam fully verified with them as I always make sure to do that before I spend a penny. I was under the impression thrills only had kaboo and super Lenny under the same brand so I'd have no problems in the future, from what I'm hearing from you guys this may not be the case. What would your unbiased opinion be in regards of how I should address this please. Love your YouTube stuff btw, outstanding slot porn.

I'd say I'm 90% certain you will be OK if you're SE'd at any casino under any one license above and don't play at others listed under that license, but play at another casino under another license above where you're definitely NOT SE'd from a different one under the same license.

To put it simply, I am not aware there'd be any cross-referencing between any of those 3 different groups above but I cannot be 100% certain, especially if they share processors, as cash-out time tends to be when they miraculously spot any 'offending' account.

Interesting, thanks again. The problem I take issue with and I genuinely mean this is if I'm allowed to deposit, sometimes a lot in the above mentioned casinos, when in reality I can't actually make a withdrawl then I'm in a no win situation and in reality just throwing money down the drain. The fact I've never had a withdrawl from them doesn't help as I can't prove I'd not be paid. I usually play at betat,That's my main casino also casino room and I withdrawl quite regular from those no problems at all. This and I staunchly stand by isn't a case of poor player losing sour grapes wants deposits back, granted I did perform a chargeback with thrills, which in hindsight was a poor choice,as previously mentioned if i then knew the power of this place I'd of forwarded my complaint here and pab. In my defence the service I recieved from them was nothing short of criminal and disgusting. I would take issue though the fact if there accepting deposits happily with me having zero chance to withdrawl if I win rather unethical and to be honest beyond fair and very poor form. Again ty for taking the time to help.

Dunover- I have a question : this "cross-referencing between any of those 3 different groups (MT secure limited , Betit and Everymatrix ) - isn't this a breach of the UKGC rules and regulations ? Players here on CM know about it because of the threads here but there are a lot of people out there who are not aware of it and suffer financial loses as a result! One website (superleny) - 3 different companies (may be two as it's not listed under the Everymatrix license) ?

It's some sort of case like casinocruise. They used to be Everymatrix too ....

If I fall in a situation concerning any of the above 3 I would contact the UKGC straight away as surely that's not right!

Unfortunately that is the case with many casino groups, notably EveryMatrix that have (sometimes I think deliberately) inadequate due diligence in place to detect duplicate accounts/cross referenced details. This means that when you deposit for weeks and lose, you're none the wiser and they keep your bets even though they are technically void. Should you win then naturally it will come to light the bets are void and they won't pay you, except maybe your deposit back should you kick up enough fuss. It's unethical, the useless UKGC is aware of it (I personally spoke to them a year back) yet their woolly rules allow some casinos to perpetuate this scam.

You will also find the crucial information about linked casinos MISSING IN NEARLY EVERY CASE from casino T&C's so you'll never be aware of whom is linked to whom which is in breach of nearly all UK consumer protection and contract law as the terms are then inherently unfair and incomplete. EveryMatrix were recently taken to court by a player for exactly this issue, and the player won by default which was clever by EveryMatrix as had they contested the case on the merits of the player's arguments as above and inevitably lost, there would have been a case-in-law and a precedent set. This would mean an avalanche of non-paid players claiming plus the UKGC would then have to insist in its rules that co-licensees are listed, and thus EM's and other groups' little scam would be smashed. As it is, it continues.

I don't like chargebacks as they can be shared amongst all casinos and seriously affect your chances of being paid or even joining some sites in future. I have, however, recommended people to do this when it turns out their card payment was spent on void bets because the casino is at fault for NOT making it clear that you can't be paid in their terms via not mentioning this crucial information.

There are two types of chargebacks - dishonest scum who fancy playing for free and getting deposits back if they lose, the scourge of the online gaming world (mind you it's little different from what EM do...)

and....

a customer or player using Section 75 as their legal entitlement to retrieve monies when goods are faulty or undelivered or services not provided as described.

So legally and morally you did NOTHING wrong, if you pay for a treasure and get a turd you can claim your money back. As you said, with hindsight you wouldn't have gone through that hassle had you known at the time about us and CM along with its arbitration service and rep access. Now you know!
