DrVegas Withdraw delays / Any body else ?

Here is their rep, very helpful at that IMO.

https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/members/

I think there has been a mistake in the information you have been given. Although not Mastercard I've withdrawn way higher values than that and been paid in one go.

Even where there were problems with World Pay (their payment provider) I always got my cash outs within less than 48 hours, usually around the 24 Mark on average.

Give Phil a PM, sure he can help you out!

They are a good outfit and as I say never had a problem there.

I have pm'ed him yesterday. No response yet.
I went on live chat again and I can confirm that using MasterCard, you can only withdraw £100 at a time. Lol. Pathetic! Nevercome across that before.
It's been 2 days and my funds are still in the authorisation phase.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction

Regards
James

That's not the way to get repeat deposits. I finally got a micro withdraw approved today after 3 days pending, and in comparison to other sites I play this is way too long - I made a withdraw at Mr Green on Friday afternoon, approved and processed within minutes and in my bank Saturday morning, all via Debit card.

Some sites do not even pay back to master card,

It is a strange one that max is 100 notes, Like I said its a trusted site and you will get paid, Its just a shame and wish live help would change the story and actually could give us abit of details,

I was actually paid the other day instantly, But I am verified and it was a small amount to skrill,

I do not play sites as much as I would like to and one of the reasons are due to payments and live chat do not know the score, Two main things you want from a casino and most of them canot even get that right, Games have got to be running smooth also :), I rarely get any trouble with games at DrV

It is odd regarding the £100 max withdrawal when you are using MasterCard. It's the first time I've come across this. I've used MasterCard on dozens of online casinos and withdrawn 500 -£1500 at a time with no issues.
What annoys me is that it doesn't state this in their terms and conditions when using MasterCard. £100 limit, yeah right. Let's see how long this takes.

Regardless of what happens, I will not use them again.

Kind regards

James

Hey Phil,

Hope all is well,

I really do not know what to say, Took a withdraw out the other week and instant, But now been waiting over 48hrs yet again and still sitting in my account to be reversed,

I do wish casino's would be honest with us players,

In the minions data I have seen the withdraw times have slowly increased this year compared to the end of last year, Even Bryan's review of your site the other month CLEARLY states Reverse Time: No Reverse Withdrawals as they begin processing withdrawals immediately This is not true, And surly should of been looked at when the new review was done

Relatively slow payouts for new players : Well I would like to know how slow as I have been depositing and withdraw for ages and verified, yet still sits in pending for over 2 days?

I have no problems with the site, Its just the payment times for a accredited and steady going site, Is far too long,

When trying to get answer from support its the same story over and over, wait for managers approval at the end of the day, withdraws take 3-5 days to receive to bank, I am using ewallet in any case, I have not talked to support this time as I know what the they are going to say and its pointless wasting there time and mine,

Can you please explain the withdraw process? to put all our minds at ease, If its hit and miss at the moment and all done manually than please say this, if it sits in pending for a min 48hrs than again please let us know,

Thank You,

Terry

After 3 weeks of madness and mayhem with WorldPay, we are finally start to see all the transactions go through and hit our players bank accounts. We hope to be up-to-date and operating to our normal approval time once the backlog is cleared through WorldPay the week commencing Monday 25th July 2016.

The Dr Vegas Team would like to take this opportunity to convey their gratitude, praise and deepest thanks for the way all of our players have conducted themselves during these hard and frustrating times.

As I am sure you are aware, if we wait for the bankers of this world to resolve all of our issues we will be waiting for time immemorial (at Dr Vegas, we now believe this phrase originated in the banking industry)!

It is with this in mind, that Dr Vegas has taken the initiative and decided to independently gift all of our affected players with the following:

Affected Transactions <£100 = 50 Free Spins*

Affected Transactions >£100 = 15% Withdrawal Bonus (In your account)**

*Where the total of all withdrawals between the 1st July 2016 to the 19th July 2016 is less than £100 you will have 50 Free Spins added to your account.

**Where the total of all withdrawals is greater than £100, between the 1st July 2016 to the 19th July 2016 we have added 15% of your total withdrawals back to your Dr Vegas account.

All effected players have now been emailed with their gift detailing all of the standard T+C's. If you have not received an email let me know and I will look into and sort out a gift for you.

I'm waiting for a £500 payment from DrVegas since 18th October.

Prior to this I'd had numerous payouts (including of this size) from there. This time the payment didn't get processed. I chased after about a week & was told I'd be posted "a code" that I had to then tell them in order to get paid (the first time I've heard of any casino using such a system). Waited a couple of days, contacted them again. Was now told actually no code had been sent & I needed to send them Passport, Council Tax bill, Bank statement and Utility bill.

I sent all of those & received an email saying they were OK and the code had now been sent. Waited a couple more days, still nothing so contacted them again. Was now told (for the second time) that in fact the code HADN'T been sent (again) and that I now needed to send them Skrill "statements" showing deposits, proof of funds, a copy of the card I used to fund Skrill.

Despite this clearly being unreasonable & unnecessary I sent screenshots from Skrill showing what they wanted & a copy of my card. They still haven't sent me a code. Last time I emailed they assured me they had (3rd time they've assured me of that but nothing ever turns up) but also said I now need to send a notarised copy of passport! So the seven pieces of ID info (+ the code if it ever turns up) aren't enough then?

So in summary, no payment since 18th October. Additionally I've been assured on 3 occasions I'd been sent this magic "code" even though they have admitted themselves the first two times that actually they'd never sent anything (so OK to lie to customers then?). And clearly they never sent it the 3rd time either, since nothing has turned up. Furthermore everytime I send them the ID info they ask for they simply ask for more.

I've had a DrVegas account for years & years (since they were Cyberslotz) & no problems before this.

Unacceptable behavour from a casino, Accredited or not, I like DrVegas but they have no excuse when this happens, My pet hate is slow pay or talking rubbish,

Try contacting Phil Link Outdated / Removed

Or PAB but make sure you read all the facts,

Some sites years ago did send a code but that went out with the dinosaurs and no need for it now days, Any your a long time player there?

They need to get there arss in gear, To many hip cups with them at late and its not good,

We are talking 500 quid, If a site has all this trouble paying it out than I suggest they should close up shop

I've given up depositing here; fed up waiting up to a week for my money (on the few occasions I have won). I'd rather stick with the Red Queen Casino; better choice of games anyway (new providers just added) and at least the money's in my account the very next day, even if I withdraw at 8pm

I withdrew today around 1pm. Albeit a small amount, my personal time frame to receive these funds will decide whether I deposit 2-3 times a week as I have been or call it a day :(

Would not of been due to the 100% :D

There have been playing funny games recently with cash outs and live help are as useful as a bent arrow,

The site it self is ok and the bonus, But live help, payout times, very quit on the front side here, Not good enough

I've got withdrawals waiting from around almost 3 weeks ago as well. No response to email, and live chat said they'd speak to the accounts department and email me. Surprise surprise, I didn't hear from them either.....

Maybe its about time one of the top guns give them a message, They are accredited and stated withdraws are not reversible which they are, Also there has been a lot of complaints about slow pay,

Cashout Time: Instantly leaves Dr Vegas account. 3 - 5 days for new players. Once a player becomes a VIP, payouts are near instantaneous unless a Paysafe Card was used. In this case they may write you a check.

Update: Today I received the letter with the code which I've emailed them.

No response though (& no payout yet). I also PMd their rep Phil yesterday but not received a response.

Update. Yesterday I took the day off work & got a solicitor to certify my passport, which I've sent to DrVegas.

Unsurprisingly, they STILL haven't paid. I'm now told by the rep on here (DrVegas support didn't even bother to reply) that they now need to contact the solicitor & get confirmation from her that she certified the ID?

Seriously, you couldn't make this nonsense up. Everytime I comply with their requests they come up with another reason not to pay. Joke.

This is a fine example why to make a PAB,

They are accredited casino and should let you know why they need all this? Do you know why they have gone this far?

Sad times to see a casino heading in the right direction with its great deposit offers, expanding games choice and good payout times suddenly do a U-Turn and start heading what appears to be backwards

I withdrew around 12 noon On Monday 7/11 (Only £60!) - Usually I'd see this later the same day or maybe early the following day.

Nope - STILL WAITING over 96 hours later!!!! - Now I ain't desperate for £60 BUT my gaming pot is currently empty and I am relying on those funds for my weekend spins, if I don't get them, its totally unfair and They owe me a serious 'boredom buster'!!!

I've never panicked really over a withdrawal in the past but openly admit I am starting to get a little worried now. :(

Is this the same casino as the OP? where you are waiting for your dough

Yes it is. Dr Vegas

Many deposits, few withdrawals over the months/years but first time this serious delay has happened. (to me personally)

Major losing streak there prior to this tiny withdrawal which makes my personal 'pain' worse.

Already visited their support and politely asked what was happening (with another polite request not to provide me with a 'Copy and Paste' answer) - All I got was a 'Copy and Paste' answer

Not good for an accredited casino, not good at all

Nope, bloody terrible - More so for me as I said in other post, that's my weekend playing money, I allow myself a set amount and stick to it but can't use it if its 'still in someone else's pocket' :(

Just been reading back over this thread and looks like I jinxed myself big time :p :o

I've just spoken to the Solicitor & she's confirmed that she's spoken to DrVegas so as of now I'm unaware of any further reason they have to delay.

Exactly 1/2 Hour after my last post, coincidence or Irony :what::what:

Untitled.webp

Moving forward though, I really don't know what to do as Dr V is one of my main sites. Keep an eye on this thread is a start I suppose :).

The rep sorted out my slow pay last week but it looks as if he's not answering mails now?

This is still imo a really solid casino and that they are having problems processing payments. They had this issue before.

I

I spoke to him today, A few messages was sent back and fourth, So still very active, I agree a great solid site, Just a shame about the payments and us not getting much info on it, Obvious could not go into detail about peoples cases but did state that the extra lenghts for a certain KYC and we have not heard the full story,

As we normally know, We hear only one side of a story most of the time and most times the poster is obvious going to weight it in there favour, and thats the trouble, we as fellow members can only go by what we are told,

has any one been getting the late emails? Happy Hour :D

Not so happy hr for me more like miserable 2 minuts lol, gone in seconds the depo

pmsl mate, yep I got those last 2-3 days, last night's was too late but managed to chuck my last 10 on Wednesday.

Had dipped into bonus by 0.70p!!!! and hit a 140x on Monty, built higher on GGW and had balance on £132.00 within 15 minutes of play.

That's when it all goes South :( - Gosh I so hate that bloody Rhino!

EDIT: There's one come thru just now Tez but only 50% today

That sounds as if it relates to me. If so then it's incorrect as I've related the facts on here & I haven't distorted them. I've repeatedly asked DrVegas what the problem is & they refuse to say.

As of tonight I've now been paid. Not a word of explanation or apology. However I imagine everybody on here is experienced enough to know that if there was anything whatsoever untoward on my account then they would not have paid me.

If DrVegas are saying there is more to this story than I'm aware of then I'd appreciate them contacting ME to say what that is.

Nope, Do not panic, No one is saying you distorted anything & can assure you the rep gave no indication of no one, He mentioned things are not clear cut, Say to speak when people post things,

There is always two sides to a story I believe, but as we can only hear one side than thats what we have to go by

I have said my self that DrVegas in genrule just does not give enough info out, It is like the CS do not know or just do not want to say any think, It gets a bit frustrating sometimes, But we do have choices where to play,

I glad you received your cash finally, I take it thats you finished playing there? If something like that happend to me I would not be to happy,

Just logged in to let you know i'm in the same boat as you, small withdrawal on Monday still in wait auth, customer service sent standard '3-5 days' email.

I also was planning on this for my weekend spins!

I had some issues with DR Vegas before but gave them a second chance and had been quite happy, had a few decent withdrawals paid reasonably fast, this one looks like it won't hit my account until at least Monday now, a full 7 days! (that's even if it goes in then.)

I got mine about 3.30pm yesterday.....Finally lol.

Not sure why and don't think I will ever know but this has got to be my longest in terms of waiting time since I joined their site!

I'd hope (obs without discussing delicate business info) that Phil would spot this and at least post some sort of reassurances rather than an explanation to at least put any cynics minds at rest for future transactions.

Glad you got your payout, i'll be watching mine as it was a little later than yours!

After a bit of a slow start i've really started to like Dr Vegas, the bonuses are good and I've had some good luck on Rhino with them , but payment times are pretty important to me.

With so many sites offering very fast payouts, it does put me off a little so hopefully its just a glitch, and they will be back to full speed soon.

I had some luck last night on Gorilla Go Wild at this casino so I'll be patiently waiting to see how fast they pay

Trust me to search for any threads after depositing/withdrawing :o

Lol!

I play GGW there, it is the only site I've 'built it up' on and the only site I play it at.

Had real good luck when I first started out on it but ever since its been pretty dry for me :(

Played last week and the 'Bonus Time' (where it triggers with No Scatters) was coming regular on 0.60p bets.

Trouble is it wasn't giving the feature choice, just dragging the pot in from the left side of screen and paying £2.20

Now I know it can do this now and then but I've only ever seen it once or twice, its usually the feature pick or £20 on 0.60p or £10 on 0.30p

Happened a whopping 4 times out of 5 triggers the other night so I abandoned ship and fed the rest of my balance to that flaming Rhino :(

Good luck in getting paid in a timely manner

He was a bugger last night for a good 500 spins minimum then suddenly in the space of 7 mins 3 great bonuses came totalling around the 400x mark

The reason I play it is to chase one of those near full screens of wilds in the "Stay Wild" feature with a cheeky retrigger ontop lol

Good luck with your spins too

Day 9. Nothing happens still in "Wait authorisation". I ask live chat about 24 hours ago and he say "payment department" say they pay ASAP.

ASAP is less than 9 days or 24 hours after that, if you have money. And that is first withdraw because 500€ is max. Which is ridiculous really but of course if you are broke i can understand it.

I withdrew late Tuesday of this week.

Had a little bet with myself whether this w/d would be quicker than my previous one (roughly the 100 hour mark!)

- Looks like I lost the bet

Update: Still no payout received. Getting on for a week now :(

Something is defo amiss here, hope these guys get it sorted, would be a shame to see then go downhill.

I made my first withdrawal on the 15th of this month and it was verified and in my bank account within 48hrs, no problems at all

Maybe drop Phil a message on here and see if he can have a look for you if your still waiting

Cheers

Ok, I've had enough now. Here is my experience so far.

Before my latest withdrawals, my withdrawals were taking between 6 and 11 days to get paid.
I then have some payments due from about a month ago. Heard nothing.
I contacted them via email near the end of October. Got no reply
I then contacted them on live chat on 3rd November. Was told that cashier would look into it, and contact me. They didn't.
I then got a letter from them, dated 3rd November with a code on it. I gave them the code on 7th November, which they accepted. However, still no contact regarding payment.
15th November, the rep on here asked me for my username, so that he could look into it, which I gave. He said he'd look into it, but yet again, no further reply.
18th November, contacted the rep again. He said I'd been contacted twice via email, and once via letter. I haven't had any emails, and as of Monday night, I haven't had a letter (not since the letter dated 3rd November with a code on it)

I will just have to give up on this one. At least it wasn't as costly as when Betfair ripped me off on their Happy Hour in autumn 2010, and Vegas Partner Lounge ripped me off in autumn of 2013. Looks like Dr Vegas will fulfill that role in autumn of 2016. I wonder who it'll be in the autumn of 2019!?

So, Dr Vegas, just keep my money. You have shown such a staggeringly poor level of customer service and competence that I wouldn't trust you with my documents anyway - even though you haven't asked for any.

Please, other people thinking of playing here, beware of late and even non-existent payments. A week to pay a £100 withdrawal to an e-wallet is clearly a sign that they're not exactly keen on paying out, when many other companies can do such payments in under an hour.

Well I keep getting 200% bonus offers from these and have considered making a deposit. This thread has stopped me and won't be making one in the future. The lack of any response from the rep, who I am sure will have read the thread is another negative.
To me, 24 hours to an e-wallet is long enough, in this case it makes me think they are having money problems. No response to emails etc is a red flag to me.

I had a withdrawl pending for ages so contacted the rep and got it very quick after doing so. I played on for a bit there but withdrawls were always taking ages and I had to chase them up on live support numerous times and after a while decided to stop playing there. Especially in light of what I am reading here, sounds like loads of other people having same problems. Is the rep going to comment on this ? Are people still waiting. Surely this casino should not be accredited if they carry on like this ?!
