I find it rather odd, that DrueckGlueck has translated the promotion page to Hungarian (

) then in the bonus term (still in Hungarian) I found that no bonus (deposit bonus, no deposit bonus or free spins) is offered for Hungarian (among others) residents.

It was my thought also, I did ask in PM about my status and said is it done only when withdraw is made, I know I upload docs yestoday and had a small payout, Am I verified? It is not a big deal but would be good to know where you stand

Odd, because the returns from the free spins show up in my e-mails as 'bonus awarded' as opposed to cash.

All winnings from free spins are awarded as a bonus and as soon as a bonus is added to an account it triggers an email to be sent. If a bonus has no wagering, like in your case, it goes directly to your real balance, and hence is cash. It may seem odd, but it's the way our system works.

I deposited via trustly and wanted to withdraw to bank, and while I thought it's kind of lame to charge a deposit fee for every deposit, the €10 withdraw fee is pretty ostentatious.

Fine, then I switch withdraw method to skrill. Now, I get asked for verification. Fair enough, though I guess money laundering is kind of a futile effort if you burn 250 from a bank account to launder 100 into an online bank. Either way, I get asked for ID which I send in under half an hour. On the same day, I get asked a screenshot from skrill which I send in under half an hour. That was almost a week ago.

Needless to say I really wouldn't recommend this outfit to anyone.

PS.You can keep the perk, just send me my money which is rightfully mine.

A big thumbs down from me.

This site is riddled with the same bugs as their sister-site + a few new ones. I can mention, very laggy spins on some games, casino-software that keeps on crashing when you try to deny the free spins they try to push on you and lots of other stuff.

The owners of these casinos seems to be busy creating new casinos, rather than fixing problems with those they already have.

I guess it might just be me expecting too much, like that the casino should work properly and so on.

That is very typical with this casino group. They will promise you to look into things, but won't actually do it before you ask a thousand times. Either that, or they will try to blame the error on you.
 
I got the bonus retroactively and in a strange turn of events, it's currently standing at €1100

Perhaps if everything goes at it should from now on I will gladly change my opinion :D

I became a member at DrueckGlueck casino yesterday.
Deposited and took the welcome 100% bonus. Crashed after a while.
Made a new deposit without any bonus & managed to make a small withdrawal + sent in the documents for verification.
Got the money today to my Moneybookers account, so took 17 hours. :thumbsup:

I tried both the webversion & the downloaded.
The slot games on the webversion was slow to play & froze often.

I have to put in a good word here. The max cash-out is 5k but I hit a nice win just before Xmas that took me over it. I think 5k is quite low to be honest but without prompting, a VIP girl came on to say they would manually withdraw the whole amount I requested and what's more, they processed it within 8 hours of the win!

They also raised my limits to 20k to cover any future wins. This didn't take immediately so I queried it and the VIP lady sorted it and let me know (via email) on Christmas Day itself and offered to manually process the balance in my account.

I felt guilty I was causing her to have to work on Christmas Day but I was impressed nonetheless.

I belive the wager free spins are only for the sign up bonus, After they are the same as SM 60x
