As says above. Withdrew 250 quid on 9th. Says approved in status. But still not got it. Few live chats and they are saying issue with worldpay, and trying to resolve issue. Won't even give me time scale. Well as soon as I get my cash I'll be quickly closing my account. Pretty poor really. Incidentally they are saying it affects other companies. Hmmmmm.

There is a processor issue affecting some Maltese operators - been going on intermittently the past few weeks.

DrVegas are accredited here and there is no reason to be concerned receiving your winnings. You can PM the rep here

Like I pointed out in the other thread there defiantly is an issue with the payment provider, I know 9 days is way too long but I am sure once its proceed thats it and should be with you, But its due to the payment merchant again,

I would not be happy either but certainly give them a chance, I find this is the one of them hidden gems of a casino that you rarely find now days and what used to be have vanished,

Its why I made the other post in case there was problems somewhere and hopefully any issues could of been resolved there, I seen that you have now found that post, You rarely here anything about this casino, Hopefully theses posts can bring some good for the casino as they deserve some credit, I can count on one hand how many errors I have come across why playing at the site, any other sites I get more errors in 5 minutes than I ever had playing at DrVegas, Always dishing out deposit bonus and other things, The way there bonus structure works is the best on the market and cannot beat it,

I am sure it will be sorted soon, Hold tight

To keep you updated, we are experiencing severe problems with our Payment provider WorldPay (which, despite what WorldPay is saying is affecting everyone who uses them, not least a large number of gaming operators) who have been unable to process any transactions since the 4th July. We have already reported and lodged complaints with the Financial Ombudsman, FCA and Gambling Commission and begun legal proceedings in order to gain compensations for all players effected. In the 15 years we have been in operation we have always had funds approved and back into a players bank account within 2-3 days without fail, so this is being treated with the utmost urgency by ourselves.

WorldPay are 18 points through a 20 point plan to get their service back to normal but at the minute I don't have a timescale as to when funds will arrive in players bank accounts. I hope to have this timescale later today pending an update from WorldPay.

If you can pm your Dr Vegas username and I can investigate your specific issue further.

Presumably you have emailed all your customers advising them not to deposit as they wont be able to withdraw while this problem is ongoing? If not, why not?

Hi Colin,

We have kept all of our players abreast of the situation. Our system is working fine and we are honouring all deposits and processing all withdrawals through our system in agreed timeframes of less than a day. The issue is purely isolated in getting transactions through the WorldPay system which we are working with WorldPay very closely to try and rectify.

Thanks

Phil

Just finished work. Not sure how to pm. But yeah that's what I was thinking. They should really of informed customers of issues regarding withdrawals. As obviously been their knowledge for sometime. Funny thing is, keep getting emails for 100% bonus and stuff. As if I'm gonna bother with and outstanding withdrawal that I'm waiting on. Anyway I sent u message Phil but not sure if done it right.

Well I've not had an email telling me there are problems and I've just clicked to deposit and theres nothing there telling me I won't be able to get paid if I win, so how have you kept people informed? Judging from the posts here no one else seemed to know about the problems until they didn't get paid either.

I'm not saying the fault is yours, but you should be letting customers know if they might have an extended wait for their funds.

Just to let you all know, I had a with draw the other day after a delayed payment and received withen the stated time frame, No problems, Not stooped me from depositing, Infact having a spin now :)

It is abit annoying when not in the know, The like the rep stated things should be ok at the minute, Most likely the delayed payments from last week are still in the hands of worldpay,

When I click contact on Phil's info page it just reloads same page. Maybe cos I'm using chrome on mobile. Anyway if Phil would kindly message me I can reply with my email I login with. So hopefully he could look in to when I will receive payment and maybe let me know via this site. Thanks in advance.

Our latest update from WorldPay is that they are going to try and process Withdrawals again this evening. Once we have confirmation that this has successfully been completed we will then be able to give a timeframe as to when funds will be in players bank accounts.

Some times I get the message about authentication, I just refresh and all sorted, Have you tried the refresh once you in the game? I played that most of the day and no problems my side, eventully busted, 90% of spins was FG :(

Willing to wait for my dosh having read this if my luck was in, but this has got me blood boiling and I'm ready to implode here

7-8th try at reloading game and no luck, it gets another couple and the monitor gets it. Settled in for nice enjoyable session and that's out the window already

Welcome to my world of errors mate. Sorry to say that.

Make sure you've munched every little part of those cookies before contacting support. :D

It has improved for me in the past week but still not completely gone. Since nothing whatsoever has changed at my end the problem is clearly with the casinos or the game providers. Would actually prefer it to be at my end, then at least i could do something about it. As it is though these errors/disconnects/laggy spins are here to stay and that for the foreseeable future.

Cheers Lads

I 'fixed' it not long after but as you can probably guess from the balance on the SS, my impending bust was right around the corner.

@Harry - Yes I have truly joined your world of errors but despite your 'rants' lol, I'd say you handle these disconnections and errors better than me mate, just given my mouse a good whacking by holding its tail and trashing it off the desk - amazingly it is still in once piece and working

@Tez - Same here bud, deposited £25 + £25 bonus, started out on 0.80p's for first tenner, third spin hit 12 WW of 6OAK Rhino for £36 - That is where the fairy tale ends, forced after 5-10 minutes (if that) to drop to minimum bet, not one set of diamonds.

Loaded up Captain Chook to clear/zero out last 0.36p and built back to £4ish. Switched back to Rhino for 10 very optimistic spins and managed 3 bonuses - ALL FG!

Busted but not bothered to be honest. Getting real bored at the moment and 'Summer Slot Break' where I don't stop but greatly reduce my play is upon me next week - can't wait lol

Shall i PM you the "disconnect rant" banner? :D

I am lucky in such that i always have been a very relaxed and patient guy. Hence, I tend to take these things easier but believe me in the past weeks i have seen me a few times running through some offices in Malta bazooka at the ready.

EDIT: just remembered, I was the bazooka guy in my platoon in the army :D

A trait I always prided myself on too.

Slotting aside it must be an age thing as this last year my patience, although it still exists is no where near as good as it used to be and I find a once easy to relax now takes a lot longer, Since I went Self emp and have to be more on the ball, I am always tense/on edge with the comfort of being salaried at the end of each month long gone, well that's what I put it down to anyway, although you would think I'd learnt to chill when I get by reasonably well each month!

You want to be careful where you point that thing too mate, lots of enemies in Malta who could take it a bit too personally, its not a Red coloured 32MM by any chance lol :p

I thought lucky numbercolor is based in Gibraltar, aren't they? :D

Patience is a virtue which needs to be learned when you go SE'ed as you don't have that salary in your bank every end of the month. In my case it had the opposite effect to yours, since I went freelance i am even more relaxed. But then i left a high powered job and now live alone in a fully serviced and furnished appartment hence much less daily worries than you.

Sorry guys to hear about the errors, I am a happy man here, I rarely see errors now days and if anythink my computer is getting older and more of the good stuff (milk & cookies) Maybe its the sites I play now, Drvegas (Casumooo) Odd shot on VS and a few others,

Which is a good thing as I am on my last keyboard and missing a few buttons on that and a few bits of plastic knocked of, Was going to top up today as had to get a tooth pulled :( but I order a few of ebay instead, Found a bargain on some mice, x2 mice with delivery 99p

Yes, they are, my bad   - I even thought that as I was typing and still posted it :what: Stress, see I told you :p

Extremely embarrassing for a guy who sings their praises and plays there pretty much every day

Must be the living alone part which keeps the stress down, if only sigh...... :p

I'm sorry to hear that, I'm chasing up now with Scientific Games now to see if they have had any issues. In the meantime I have added a surprise to your account to apologise.
