Be careful if you take any bonus here. (doesnt matter that if its a bingo bonus)

Even though you play your balance to 0 and make a new deposit. Then those old wagers follow to next deposits until the original wager is made. And you cant make a cashout before those wagers are met.

Imo thats cheating no matter if its mentioned on t/c. I wonder if this place is a sister site to butlersbingo cause it looks like same.

Never had an issue on butlers with bonuses but first time in dotty i got into mess with those wager-issues..

But this is just to inform everyone that there is this kind of catch.

Hi Mosse,

Dotty Bingo did indeed recently come under our umbrella to become our newest brand, so I should be able to help you here.

I was surprised to read your post, as that is certainly not the case with our other brands. Before i comment further, can you please PM me your username at Dotty so I can do a little more digging at this end first.

My initial guess is this is something that somehow carried on from the previous owner/operator. Once I have been able to check your account and ask around I'll know for sure. Thanks,

Ian

Known as a 'sticky' bonus reserved for rogue outfits. With what Ian said it will fortunately become a thing of the past. But no, it's totally wrong whether in the terms or not if there's no 'forfeit' facility whether automatic at bust or with a selection in your account.

Thread title tweaked to avoid confusion with Casinomeister Warnings. Apologies for any inconvenience.

I no butlers and glossy x turn over the original deposit, So for instance if you put 20 in than you would need to wager x3 that, Its not exactly a sticky bonus more of a play threw, Please bear in mind I am sure it only counts for your 1st deposit, From than on any play threw on casino ect is the standard x30 bonus received unless stated, This will be to cover the bingo bonus on first deposit,

Preety fair actually as I no butlers and glossy do give genours bonus threw out the month, Only rule I do not like is the 1 withdraw a week Hense I make a odd deposit now and than

Im 99.9% sure IanO will sort any probs out

Cheers for the vote of confidence :) . I have the team checking this now and will report back as soon as I hear from them (hopefully today)

Just regarding your comment above Spin, when you hit the top tier of our VIP program you can submit as many withdrawals as you like in the week. Making that odd deposit now and then should get you there eventually :)

This "incident" is now solved by Ian. Thx very much to him. It was very fast and professional help.

There is actually a 5x wager req on 1st deposit bonus that carries to second deposit also if wager is unfished. Maybe Ian can himself tell about that little more to ppl about this system so there will be no future problems for anyone.

For me its a "case closed".

Hi All.

Just to clarify how the Dotty bonuses work in a bit more detail.
Casino bonus funds behave like you would expect, and if you zero out your account with no bets in play or pre bought bingo, any remaining wagering requirement linked to that casino bonus resets to zero.
Bingo reload bonuses would also not prevent you from withdrawing. However, that First deposit bonus does carry the 5X playthough and this would remain until met as the OP has indicated.
I'm in the process now of chatting with MGS and some of my peers to see if this is by choice or imposed by design. I'll carry on my investigations but am happy this particular case is closed for now.
As with Butlers, if you would rather not have any bonus or PTR at all, you can always ask for these to be removed prior to wagering.

If anyone has any questions, fire away :)

I do not really no if imposed by design but glossy bingo is x first 2 deposits, I have read the terms on the butlers and glosyy more than enough,
If you can confirm there has been some changes back and to with the x amount of turn over, also Im sure I read the other day that dotty had a 30 limit b4 withdraw but now I canot see this

Update on this, (butlers bingo)
Made a small deposit today, got some free spins, 0 out, Than had £4 worth of bingo, won around £3, this goes into casino bonus, when I looked I had around 270 bonus to play threw, So yes it looks like the balance does not o out? & is abit out of order as I have certainly x my original deposit bonus over enough times
