Do Casinos deliberately send messages when they know you have a deposit limit

I have deposit limits at all casinos I use and I feel they take piss by sending out texts & emails with offers.

Examples

Slotaway I have used my monthly deposit so all last week I get messages telling me to deposit when I clearly can't.

Yesterday I deposited at Foxy Casino for first time in months and well blow me down now I have an email offering me 200% bonus if I deposit when I cannot and well blow me down it expires tomorrow so I couldn't change my deposit limit if I wanted to.

Surely if you have limits and you have used up your deposit limit they should block emails and texts until the deposit becomes available again.

I am sure it's not legal to contact someone if you have taken a break from a casino so it should be the same if you have a deposit limit.

For sure. Standard practise to stop you setting Deposit Limits or taking Timeouts.

You probably would not get these offers if you were depositing.

To be honest I just don't think they give a flying monkey's. Why bother checking through an entire database of players to see who's set deposit limits, when you can simply send out emails en masse.

Put it down to ignorance/ apathy/ laziness

I don't really blame them, it's just convenience, nothing else. Not like they are sending offers to people that wouldn't be eligible, to me it's like getting a match offer after spending gambling budget.

I am working mostly during off hours and have to send a ton of emails every day. I'd rather cc half the company than go through the holiday calendar to see who's not in that day.

Absolutely. The majority will be sent out in bulk via a database with zero checks.
To time consuming I guess to vet all the accounts the emails will be sent to.

You mean it would not be profitable for the casino to get it right.

How hard to set a script that auto stops all mail being sent to those that are on Timeouts or have reached set Deposit Limits.
How hard to make a script that after you have reached a Deposit Limit kicks in and stops further mails until a time after the Deposit Limit has finished ?
If someone is on a Timeout then it would be even easier to create a script that stops all mail until the Timeout is over.

It just does not suit the casino. They understand and use psychology against the player..

This is just another example of the many many psychological warfare tactics employed by casino's against their customers in order to extract more cash.

Its obvious.

I don't think casinos think that long-term. It would also risk alienating the player, as evidenced by the OP.

Once any deposit limit is lifted or removed, it rarely matters where one deposits. Eagerness and impulse take over....and last place you'd want to play is the place that taunted you whilst you sat there frustrated

We are talking about money. Of course they do. Psychology is the casino industries greatest tool/weapon.

For them NOT to employ psychology on the customers would be a missed opertunity and is unthinkable.
The casino's will do and are doing whatever it takes to make cash.

No care goes into it, But plenty of thought does.

I know casinos use psychology, I just don't believe it in this instance. Pulling wings off a fly is not psychology. Doing everything to get players to reverse winnings is psychology, though about as refined as a cackhanded gibbon.

No one in their right mind would go back to that place if they bombarded you with promos and offers knowing full well that you're unable to respond.

The 'cackhanded gibbon'
Most underrated creature by all accounts, yet used in mass as live chat reps the casino world over.

No mean feat becoming a CS agent..... it is known that they undergo the Gibbon Challenge to prove how inept they are. Only a select few make it
