I undestand that most people will prefer no such rules. I do not have any doubts.

What I have said - I understand both parties here. And what I have said - currently we can't change it. In the future (maybe in very near future) - we can change our mind.

But I want to say big thank you to everyone for feedback.

I can "understand" it but can not justify such a rule. There is no real reason for a rule like this beside targeting a player down and give him a hard time for withdrawing...

If the reason is money laundering, ... why is x1 on a fresh deposit not enough?

But what’s about this term for own real money play ... license 8048, it’s like telling someone going to an B&M with 100$ that they can’t bet what they want with her cash.. but continue to display betting limit up to 1K.. or like a 20$ depositors winning 1K with his own cash can’t bet more than 5$ in games that house edge is agaisn’t player , I repeat with is own cash.. very very unfriendly term.. shouldn’t exist.

I mistakenly deposited over $2500 when it was my intention to deposit only $25. I knew it was 3x rollover so I played and played. In the end I cashed out after meeting rollover and lost about $300. It was solely my fault for the oversight so I have no grumbles.

Since I was brought here strangely I will defend Direx though. If you abide by T&C and verify ahead of time you will receive VERY fast withdrawals. I believe I reside in the “Real Gambling World” and play more slots than the average gambler and almost every experience I have had with Direx casinos has been extremely positive.

Would love to hear about this class action lawsuit and it’s validity though?

I also have to defend them. I used to play heavily on Direx N.V casinos in the past and i didn‘t have any bad experience. Always paid out faster than any other casinos, crystal clear bonus terms. I was a big gambler for over 15 years and they were one of my favorite places to gamble.
