Hi Guys,

I was shocked to read that Direx N.V Casinos are generating a lot of complaints. Are there any other members who have no problems at all?

I play rarely these days and only a few casinos but i used some of the heavily... Playamo, Bitstarz, N1 etc.

I also registered recently at Surfcasino.

So far i never had a single issue with any of those casinos. I always played by the rules (which were always super transparent) and i never waited for a withdrawal more than 1 hour, never. Most times 10-15 minutes.

Also, the document verification is so straight forward and fast etc.

I just want to know whats behind it, because until and including this day i never had a single problem, and over the years i probably had hundreds and hundres of withdrawals.

Am i the only one?

Would love to get some feedback.

Cheers

A good deal of their players are from various places where they dont have online casino so they use BTC to play and verification can be an issue or point of contention. I would imagine that alone generates a large deal of complaints, but also normal complaint things like casino doesn't want to pay me for reason x,y,z. It seels like the complaints max is working on aren't making much progress either so he's just giving everyone a heads up

Hey Hoff, hey meisters.

Let me explain some things:

Basically, when we speak about complaints - around 70% of all complaints are because customer breached some terms, and just not happy with that. Also I want you to understand that we have a lot of WL's, and while here at Direx we are really doing our best possible efforts DAILY to keep things clear and fair - sometimes some of the operators can do some dodgy things. It's life, and I can't control everything even if I want.

But what I want to confirm - we are open to discuss any complaint, and we are discussing it. Currently there is like 2 or 3 complaints at CM which is not resolved. And I believe we will resolve it right away.

Same goes to dodgy bonus terms. I'm explained somewhere already - at some point we decided that we will leave bonus terms to our WL's, coz each customer responsibility to read it and understand. But since basically some of our WL's have pretty much questionable bonus terms - we decided that we will make some work on that too and will provide all WL's same bonus terms. It will be honest to our customers.

Like I said - we speaking about a lot of brands. But like Hoff said - in most cases you will have great experience with outstandingly fast verification and withdrawal speed. But if something will go wrong - you still have me, PAB services, forums, Curacao.

To be completely honest, I understand why we have so many complaints - we are big enough, lot of customers, and it is okay. Most important thing - we are not ignoring anyone and if there is problems - we are trying to discuss and resolve.

Hope this helps.

Br,

Vitali

I take note of the rest of your post, but Curacao is about as useful as a tissue paper parachute.

Perhaps you could supply a few examples of players complaining to the Curacao LA, and getting either paid by those 1668/JAZ casinos, or having them closed?

Whatever anybody claims, the huge majority of casino scams, frauds and player rip-offs emanate from Curacao and for a good reason - the authority is inept, crooked and toothless so they can get away with it.

This means that even if you are legit, having a Curacao license raises suspicion especially as time progresses and Curacao is increasingly marginalized.

As you clearly take players from Europe and are trying to do a good job, why don't you endeavour to get a more meaningful licence people trust more?

Apparently some good news for EU players: MGA and Curacao 'licences':

Yeah that curacao part doesnt really inspire much confidence :p

To be fair ive played at dozen of their casinos and never, ever had a single problem. Cashuts literally take a couple of minutes, bonus or no bonus. At least that was my experience with them and im aware other people experiences might differ so im not disputing that :)

However i did have pretty horrible experience at 2 of their sites. One was Dasistcasino with their horror bonus rules and wagering, i remember i even made a warning topic here because of their shady wagering rules and i havent played there forever, so for all i know that might have changed now but i still wouldnt play there simply because casino that pulls out stuff like that is not a place i want to play at.

The other was Megawins i think, they made me go through pretty annoying verification (even if i was already verified at quite a few other direx places but i think thanks to new data protection system they are not allowed to share it, or smth).
All the usual stuff plus ... selfie with my passport next to my face AND their live chat in background... you really have no idea how hard is to actually complete that step with crappy phone and monitor that does not want to cooperate with crappy phone camera at all. I think i had to make like 88 pictures before one was good enough. Somehow i managed to complete that ridiculous verification, but im not going to play there ever again either.

Also all that happened like a year after i opened my account, made a few deposit with no problems but when i had to cashout, selife+id+their chat in background was obviously mandatory step, to make sure its ME who gets that money. Yeah sure.

Im not sure whats the point in selfieidchat(SIC) part of verification, because all other casinos i have played at were able to verify me just fine without that extra annoying step and it really looks like they are doing their best to make us give up on verification alltogether, loose our cashout and go elsewhere. Ive been playing online for like 195 years now, and never had to do something ridiculous like that.

I used to like the Direx N.V. casino's as well, but they have become quite dangerous for Dutch people.

Some of the Direx N.V. doesnt let you sign up due to your location restriction.

But some of the Direx casino's do let you sign up and let you select in the location field 'the netherlands' (while a lot of countries are not in there). Furthermore they have a deposit method which works only for Dutch people (iDeal). But, if you read the terms from full to end you will read that Dutch people are not allowed.

I played a while a Wildtornado or Tornadowild, got verified with Dutch adress etc., made several withdrawal for months and after a certain point I couldnt just log in anymore. In the end I got all my money but it can maybe be an issue if you have a certain ammount of winnibgs.

But in the end, in the old days when I could play there I was happy and liked the bonusses as well.

Well if they are taking Dutch deposits when they shouldn't then this falls into the realms of unlicensed play and all the risks that entails. As these licences are out of the reach of any proper jurisdiction then so is your money when it comes down to it. I'm glad you got paid, but I wouldn't like to win big at one of those casinos as that tends to be when the problems start.

Okie, okie buddy. Tbh originally I decided to not post about Curacao, but since I'm player myself and since I respect our authority and license issuer at Curacao - I posted it. I'm not responsible for 1668/JAZ, and can't comment. If you really interested - we will speak about it on meister meeting, and I will show you proofs that in our case Curacao indeed reacting on each complaint they receive, and they indeed care about players. Like I said - I'm ready to provide you proofs :)

And thx everyone who shared their experience - it is really important.

This is very problematic and can lead to a myriad of problems. If a casino prohibits certain jurisdictions, players should not be allowed to sign up from those jurisdictions - most importantly - to deposit from those jurisdictions. Direx N.V acts more or less as a white label provider and these casinos are under separate ownership. The Curaçao licensing can also be a stickler. There are four Curaçao master licenses. Two seem to be alright - one meh - and one Rogue with a capital "R" (1668/JAZ). We can pretty much toss the Curaçao licensing to the wind. But to give due credit - Curaçao Master License 8048/JAZ (Antillephone N.V) is the only master license that I have been in regular contact with over the years - going waaaay back. They are responsive and helpful and seem to have their act together.

I agree. I have made two of their casino aware of it a while ago, but never got a follow up response so I think it is still the same.

Especially the fact that it is a deposit system that can only be used bu Dutch persons made it even more weird

Yes if a casino has IDEAL as a accepted payment method it means they accept payments from The Netherlands.
Works like Sofort Banking in Germany.

I am being charged on some deposits by Mars casino sister site to 7bit. So pay attention when depositing they are sneaking this charge in.

I went to support and they claimed they do not charge on deposits and I read their terms and didnt see anything about it. I deposited with ecopayz and as we all know they dont charge on deposits but I made sure to ask and ecopayz confirmed direx nv charged me on my deposit. So keep an eye out.

Support said they will pass it on to financial. $1 isnt much but I would like to know before hand if I am being charged to play on the casino.

Stay away from wild blaster if you take bonuses. They increased their wager from 45x to now 35x d+b so on a 100% its now 70x wager and on 50% its even worse because they make you wager your deposit 35x

@homerbert is this going to become direx nv policy now?

hi all,

if you speak about direx in general - its like speaking about engines of cars in general. VW Touareg is build on same platform as Audi Q7, Porsche Cayenne and even Bentley Bentaiga. My own experience with cars on same platform: some are better/worse than others. Bentley Continental GT has been build on same platform as VW Phaeton for years, now on same as Porsche Panamera, same content with different clothes and details (and regarding old W12 version with and without bi-turbo loading). I can only speak for myself, if you have any issues or problems regarding Lady Hammer Casino, please feel free to send me a message, I prefer to represent the Porsche or Bentley version. Looking forward to meet some of you guys in person at London next week. Best regards Lars

There are so many Direx casino's that are great, I got a bit of flack for voting them best Casino operator last year but I truly think "most" of them are (based on the Casino's that I can play at in Canadian dollars). If you abide by the T&C, there should be no problem what so ever. Verification and withdrawals are extremely quick. Free spins and bonuses each week (be careful because they do prefer that that there is a 50/50 split between bonus and raw deposits - they will bonus ban if they feel they are at a disadvantage).

@lockinlove I'm shocked that WildBlaster has changed their terms, any casino that wants you to wager your deposit is a definite no-go for me. I truly hope that this isn't the case for all of the Direx brands. You can find different wagering requirements at each of them, all the way from 35xB (Cleopatra) to 50xB (N1/LH/Playamo).

My advice to all is to adhere to the T&C and you will definitely find these casinos to be fair.

P.S. back to car comparisons, Land Rover Defender did not get a new official approval in Germany about 2 years ago, but I still feel more secure in a Defender than in a Ford Ka or Skoda Fabia, both official approved ones in Germany ... Maybe sometimes a trustworthy Curacao Casino is better than a suspicious European licensed one too?

@ladyhammer Im not trashing direx NV or suggesting you have anything to hide. Hence why I asked. I have had amazing experiences at Direx casinos including almost instant cashouts on $1500 withdraws on $50 deposits. I will say, I wouldnt feel as comfortable as I do without homerbert being a rep. He is a very good rep because he was a member here and a player first. So he gets it all and is very helpful and understanding. I would say actually one of the better reps around.

White Hat Gaming is a platform like direx and all their casinos under them are the same. All 35x d+b. Same with Aspire. So I was curious if you guys are like that. Reading through your car responses, I think I come to the conclusion each casino acts independently ;p

Not to be a party pooper but the Casinomeister Warning regarding Direx NV did not come out of nowhere. There were a good number of very dodgy cases that contributed to that Warning and many of those are far from being settled and/or resolved.

I don't disagree that Vitali is full of enthusiasm and promises to make things better but that is a work in progress, at best. And I'll admit that I haven't been able to give Vitali as much of my time as he might need to help fulfil his promises regarding the complaint backlog. That said though there is as yet insufficient evidence to justify withdrawing that Warning and players are still advised to look elsewhere, at least for the time being.

Hello mate!

Qbcasino do not belong to Direx and do not operated by Direx license.

I'm sorry to hear about your troubles but I can't help you.

Re warning, yes, I'm doing my best, and one day it will be withdrawn, no doubts without it. And thanks @maxd for understanding and pointing the fact that we are cooperate and trying to put all efforts with any complaint.

V.
