Yes, it was obviously an error. They will be reversing withdrawals from the error and replacing it with the correct $10 amount to play with again. I just got that from support.

Fortune Lounge casinos: Sent me an email for a 100% match up to $40 (I don't play there much anymore so that was a surprise. At least it wasn't one of those insulting 10% match offers.)

La Isla Bonita: 200% match on $100 deposit. (Playtech casino where I've played a few times.)

African Palace: Email says to log on and contact online support for Xmas bonus. (Signed up and deposited once ages ago, but don't even have them on my computer...)

MegaSport: Email with a link to a game where you snag some falling toys. # toys snagged is your bonus you can claim. (Playtech casino. Best I could get was 25%.)

Still nothing from the casinos where I've deposited thousands during the year. I guess they know I need no incentive to give them my money. LOL

First off. I am sure you read where INETBET gave me that free $10 and it turned out to be $150 big F>>>>>>>ing mistake. I really thought they had appreciated all the money I have deposited with them this year. BUT NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. They not only emailed me and took it away, after I played for a good while and withdrew $75. BUT then I reversed $50 that I had in withdrawal from a previous deposit and they screwed that up and tried to take that away.
EMILY, don't give me any of your excuses this time. I have all the emails. I am totally fed up with your casino and you can take the free $10 and shove it where the sun don't shine. I am through.
You all might ask why I am so MAD.
I have played at all these casinos all year long. Which I shouldn't have, but I do love to play.
THE ONLY ONE that gave me anything was Trident.and that was a cash stamp for my cash card. Doesn't matter that I need eight more to get any money.
The only money I got from anyone this season was at Gone Gambling Christmas Chat and that was from AUS VEGAS, LASSETERS, AND ALL SLOTS.

Well I took the $50 that 32Red gave me & went for an unusual visit to Chain Mail (don't ask me why - I'm normally a 20-line hater)...

Anyway I was pretty much hating it after 100's of spins with no feature and nearly all my free $50 gone , so I upped my bets to a (big for me) 80c/spin and FINALLY got the feature...

I was amazed that not only did I avoid Uncle Mordread completely, but I also managed to find Princess Roxy 3 times!!

I'm sure that this is actually a gimmic to keep you playing there but hey, FREE money is still FREE money. All you have to do is give the cashier the coupon and they give you CASH. No playthrough, no hassle, nothing. You could even take it and RUN.

I'm not sure about Online Casinos but if Harrah's can do it, I'm sure the rest could do it as well.

The land based casinos I go to give me stuff all the time. Cash back, free rooms, free everything I want, I don't gamble any different there than I do online. In fact, we just got back from Vegas, stayed in a suite at Stardust for 4 nights for a total of $47.60, two nights free at another very nice casino where I got a $1000 royal. Cashback from both of them. No, it wasn't called "Christmas". It's Christmas there all year around as far as I'm concerned. Same with my closest boat casino. Never pay to eat or stay there, and I rarely lose and gamble for hours. Other fantastic freebie we got this time was FOUR free buffets at Wynn's for putting 50 points each on our cards. That was worth $35 + $73 for when we used them. So I have to respectfully disagree that land based don't give you anything. You just have to know where to play and stay.

Only thing that pissed me off about the iNetBet thing was I did really, really good on the first few dollars of the $150, and couldn't do dick on the $10 when they fixed the problem. I'm not really complaining about them, that's gambling, and I knew that $150 wasn't right after I played a few minutes and thought about it (it was wee hours of the night, I was a little slow).

People do make mistakes sometimes. I tried to get the problem resolved for you as best I could. I guess this was not good enough for you. Now I have to try to explain to management what happened as to why you would post the above on a public message forum. I really thought you were quite happy with the resolution to the mix up.

Consider this: If a land based casino made such an error the customer would reap the benefit. But unfortuantely you are not a land based casino, although you probably make more money then them.
I had this problem at Starluck casino where inadvertenly they gave me a $92 bonus while I was playing there. I immediately went to live help and asked "what happened" and "why was my account all of a sudden up by $92?" Now get this! THeir reply to me was" Congratulations, we have made an error and the money is yours". Now this happened two different times there and each time, they gave me the money that they had given me in error.
Also, I spend much less money there then I do at Inetbet and they still treat me as a loyal customer and even give me between $20 and $40 EVERY month.
That is why I stay loyal to them. As long as I continue to be a member there, I continue to get that bonus EACH and every month.
So now maybe you understand why I am so very upset about what took place and why I will continue to post in the forums about what took place.
Not only to me but other loyal players.
All I have left to you, is SHAME ON YOU.

At my favorite land based casino, playing less than I spent at one of my fav online casinos in a week, I'd have cash back (no wager requirements), a free room for one or more nights and that's on top of free drinks while I played. Plus, after I come home they send me coupons for cash, and free room offers in the mail to get me back. They usually also have special promos during the holidays, double points days, cash drawings, etc.

The 'free' cash most online casinos give out is not cash and is not free. 99 times out of a hundred there are stiff wager requirements to be met. WR or not, a short note, "thank you for depositing and losing your a$$ at our casino this year", along with a $10 or $20 bonus from the 2 or 3 casinos where I played the most would at least let me know they appreciate my business.

I think that the main point of the thread is that casinos are businesses. We, the players, are their source of income. We are the reason they are able to stay in business. It is only common sense to make players feel welcome and let us know our business is appreciated.

Actualy I love reno much better I lived up there, but you can have it in the winter. Its too cold and windy(unless you like to ski at Tahoe)

I never got free cash in reno, though I did get a lot of free food and free drinks Beats the 4.00 a drink beer they charge at caino arizona. Then the buffet is 15 bucks to boot.

Wish I was healthy enough to make a good Nevada trip Its been a while. I miss Calneva, I did well there.
