Because you listen to us, do your best to respond and go the extra mile for our community.
For example, when a member suggested a ‘new games section’ or your exclusive comps.
You follow threads that aren’t specifically Trada’ and help members there too x

(Although I’m still sulking at not being on the Christmas hamper post list)

Improvements: I suppose, thinking about international players, as you grow, extend chat availability hours.

Trada is a great casino.
Not play there often but the only reason is that some other casinos have more slots / providers on offer.
BUT I do have an account here and make deposits from time to time.
Good CS, gave me also some nice comps after losing sessions without me asking and fast WD time to Skrill.
I am sure I play here more often if they would expand their slots portfolio.

For me when I think of Trada I think of the best customer service out there. Every single live chat without exception has been wonderful. That blows my socks off every time. Keep it up Trada you guys are a great team!

Edit: Forgot to mention had a few contacts with the CS team and had lots of friendly banter that didn't seem forced as it does when other casinos do it. Trada CS team understands the importance of the customer and puts heavy emphasis on good CS support.
