The "Find the Golden D" Comp was the best free fun i've had in ages, infuriating but great craic but i swear i'd looked in the places they were and they weren't

Improvement would be able to play games in "fullscreen" and quicker spin on DOA

Honestly I don't think theres much to improve on from a usability perspective, withdrawals are fast enough, customer support is excellent.
You could maybe add a couple more providers, especially novomatic & play n go. They are my 2 favorite providers by far and having them would mean more and higher deposits from me.

I am torn between the customer service at Trada and how happy Conor and Rachel sound, I have a vision of them bouncing around the office keeping everyone on their toes.

Last year i started playing more often at Trada because in my eyes they treat their players extremely well.
Great selection of games,great offer of bonuses if you wish to take them and when i have been lucky my withdrawal is in my bank or skrill quick.
My only suggestion is that you find away a player can cancel any previous bonus themselves instead of having to annoy the lovely CS staff on chat if they wish to cancel previous ones.
I would also like to thank you guys for the recent birthday gift that was left in my account.They are very scarce these days and was much appreciated. Socks off sorry i mean Hats off to Trada you have certainly been in my top of the go to casinos.

Promotions, especially the Christmas calendar, which was better than ANY other casino
Friendly, yet professional customer service. (Some casino's CS are over-friendly and others less professional)
Quick payouts, although i don't get them as often as at other casinos, lol
Excellent and consistent CM representation.

Worst things
The NetEnt bonus/cash popup glitch
Games often lag and disconnect
No manual bonus cancel option

I think first of all you defo need to add quickspin option to Netent games, and bring some more providers ( i know you are working on it)

Best thing about Trada is the very friendly support and quick to pay. And Conor the rep here who is knowledgable and helpful if you have any issues, even on non Trada casino issues.

To improve they could add quick spin to their Netent games and have a slightly wider game selection.

I honestly tried Trada several times, and deposited quite a bit for my standards - that is mainly because they are much lauded here, and my personal experiences with Conor on the forum and last years Meister Meet...

I do think their support - and Conor and Rachel - are great, but that is not enough for me to blow my socks off!
I had several technical issues whilst playing there, almost every time. Especially with the WMS Games..

Their Bonuses seem generous overall, and their involvement here is great, but aside from that, those tech issues i mentioned just aren't fine with me.
I know i'm not the only one, i've seen the same issues on various streams, where viewers also commented on similar experiences.

Of it's once or twice in like 10 sessions, that's already a bit too much for me, but it was more like 8 out of 10..
And not just a few minutes, but hours. Those instances totally kill my mood, no one likes to deposit and then find themselves not able to play.
Of course the few times i was playing during normal hours, i did contact support, whom mostly weren't able to do anything, but most of the times i lay in the middle of the night, and then there is ofc. no support, which often left me frustrated, and ending up busting out, playing the few Games that actually did work at that time..

I play at a lot of Casino's, and be sure that every time those issues occurred, i checked other Casino's to see if it was a provider issue, and it never was, save for one time Netent had a server lapse.

This stopped me from depositing any further.

Don't get me wrong - i feel Trada are doing their very best to please players, but that definitely needs addressing, before i'm going to deposit any more

So, in a nutshell:
What i like - Conor, Rachel & the support staff, and Promos
What needs improvement - Games (expanded offering and smoothly running)

Hope this is not seen as a bash, but constructive criticism, because i really would like to play there more often!

Oh nice, I could use a pair of socks, surprisingly didn't get any for Christmas.

Thing I like about you is your CM presence. Only played at Trada a couple of times, reason 1. I am quite happy at VS most of the time and 2. I seem to forget about you guys when going to deposit. Not your fault of course, maybe I just need to find something that would sway me to move my business to your site

I can not take part because I do not have enough posts but I am fine and still would like to share my thoughs here:

What I like most: The Support, they always friendly and helpful. Also I like the Lock Feature for Withdraws and the Promotion Calendar is great. Everyday something new. All in all Trada is a great casino with great staff behind.

What I wish:

- Free Spins with no wagering or less wagering, at least on deposit free spins should have a better value

- Game History could have a "total amount" on every page or every game. Would make it much easier to check.

- A option to mark games as "Favorites" to get to them quicker

- Letting us remove left Bonus amount easier instead chat or going to a 1 Line game (I currently only know Alien from Netent at Trada).

- Max Bet Limit per Spin in the responsible Gaming Tab would be really awesome, no more Spacebar missclicks ... f#*ing Microgaming

The best thing about Trada is the support and representation here on CM, really first rate.
As others have already said, adding quickspin to DOA would be much appreciated, as would adding the missing BGT titles
