One thing I would like is regarding the cashback.

I would much rather have the cashback go into a separate "pot" where I can claim any cashback I've completed.
Adding the funds instantly to your balance when it's like £2 etc, does give you much. Much better to have it as a backup and have like a 100 or so to play for later.

There's two reasons I can think of:

Some reputable casinos do not want their brand associated with the dodgy unregulated world of streaming (can't say I blame them) and the nature of YT sign ups usually means the aff programme paying out for loads of low-value one-visit new players.

I dunno. Aside from Chipmonkz I don't know any. I doubt if it's money, 20k isn't much to most sites. I would favour the negative connotations of streaming nowadays. The nature of it can do a casino's reputation damage and it may not be their ideal for marketing.

Maybe he stole a few boxes of socks?:D

I don't get the point of adding £2 here and £2 there mid session.

Thats one streamer who I can not bear to watch, I find him so smug and annoying.

We have actually already started using it for most of our bonuses.
Certain loyalty bonuses (via email on Thursdays) are no wagering, and we are already starting to roll them out on our daily bonuses :)

As I have already planned and scheduled this months promotion, February you should see a lot more.

We are actually trialing a new promotion type (leaderboards) during the first weekend of February, where the prizes are no wager spins.

Not sure if this was mentioned earlier, but would it be possible to make another suggestion?

Clearing bonus wagering requirements after account is zeroed out.

Old bonus wagering requirements show on the account even if you lose the bonus. I haven't paid much attention if they actually clear out if a fresh deposit is made when the balance is 0, but it would be nice to see those old bonuses just disappear when you fail to clear them. :)

I’m pretty sure my most recent ones have cleared themselves. It’s been a while since I needed to speak to the lovely peeps in chat. I bet they are all bored now this happens automatically x

As @Supababe pointed out, it does, and doesn't work.
I think the wagering issue has already been mentioned in this thread, but our team already have that added into their list of projects.

As far as I am aware, this one should be resolved very soon :)

In addition the £200 cap on free spins winnings, whist clearly outlined, is annoying when you win £450 as I did the other day!

I know Trada are highly rated and I'm speaking against the majority here and I know they are 100% trustworthy, but IMO a bit of work needs to be done just justify their lofty position in the ratings here.

TBH I'm a little disappointing that neither Conor or Rachel have responded to these points. I see the issue of old bonuses not clearing has also been picked up by another poster.

Just an aside but I see you guys have a full scale league table competition this weekend (1 to 100) on various games. I ran with previous Microgaming ones where the top price was 2k and a bit less for second one. Top prize on this weekends is 100 standard wager free spins, so around £20 worth. I’m all for competitions and league table/races but could we make the top prize a bit more enticing?
 
It's likely been addressed elsewhere so apologies if it has,
Did my first deppo. Easy and all.
But (for me at least) the games selection was enough to deter me from re-visiting often - it's essentially MG and a smattering of a few slots.
Will trada be getting any playNgo, or other providers?
