I was blessed to win a very modest amount on a small bonus
Given to me from Desert Nights Casino.
I withdrew my money on Jun 13 requesting WU as my bank does
Not accept intl transfers. I thought they may transfer via WU straight
To my bank acct but was told no it was straight WU. That was cool w me.
The withdrawal was approved on Jun 15th.
That was fine. They charge a fee, and that is also fine with me.
It is now Jun 21- no money, no answers.
This is what I find not so fine.
1) When you initiate a withdrawal, it would be better for the customer
To receive am email, stating, perhaps, turnaround time (approx is good too)
at the most and at the very least, that it is in progress.
Turning to the casino cashier to check and see pending day after day without
An acknowledgement drives me nuts. Let us know you are on the case.
2) If you ask their CSR's (whom, for the majority seem helpful and nice)
They just give you what seems to be a standard pat response just to get you
To back off. I would appreciate a real answer, even if it is "Idk but I will
Find out".
3) When you gamble online you need patience for the payout.
It is not easy to wait and wait for your winnings (won on a bonus
Or otherwise) and if casinos want your business, at least they
Could keep you in the loop.
4) I have asked (via E-mail) for Sloto (Georgina) to get involved
And I will await her findings.
So what is the problem with our cash outs?
Why are we all waiting so long?
Maybe casinos can figure out a quicker mode to pay us.
Why aren't we at least being sent an email acknowledging our withdrawals.
Obviously this isn't for all casinos but I do see a lot of disgruntled players
Waiting and wondering. WHERE'S THE MONEY???
Having said all that,
The free chip was kind of them and whenever I get the payout
I am still ahead.
It is just that Winning loses its thrill when you have to wait and wonder.
Peace.
