Question Desert Nights Query on Withdrawals

I was blessed to win a very modest amount on a small bonus
Given to me from Desert Nights Casino.

I withdrew my money on Jun 13 requesting WU as my bank does
Not accept intl transfers. I thought they may transfer via WU straight
To my bank acct but was told no it was straight WU. That was cool w me.
The withdrawal was approved on Jun 15th.
That was fine. They charge a fee, and that is also fine with me.

It is now Jun 21- no money, no answers.

This is what I find not so fine.
1) When you initiate a withdrawal, it would be better for the customer
To receive am email, stating, perhaps, turnaround time (approx is good too)
at the most and at the very least, that it is in progress.
Turning to the casino cashier to check and see pending day after day without
An acknowledgement drives me nuts. Let us know you are on the case.

2) If you ask their CSR's (whom, for the majority seem helpful and nice)
They just give you what seems to be a standard pat response just to get you
To back off. I would appreciate a real answer, even if it is "Idk but I will
Find out".

3) When you gamble online you need patience for the payout.
It is not easy to wait and wait for your winnings (won on a bonus
Or otherwise) and if casinos want your business, at least they
Could keep you in the loop.

4) I have asked (via E-mail) for Sloto (Georgina) to get involved
And I will await her findings.

So what is the problem with our cash outs?
Why are we all waiting so long?
Maybe casinos can figure out a quicker mode to pay us.
Why aren't we at least being sent an email acknowledging our withdrawals.

Obviously this isn't for all casinos but I do see a lot of disgruntled players
Waiting and wondering. WHERE'S THE MONEY???

Having said all that,
The free chip was kind of them and whenever I get the payout
I am still ahead.

It is just that Winning loses its thrill when you have to wait and wonder.

Peace.

.

I hope you get a satisfactory resolution soon.

I'm on biz day 10 of my 5-10 day waiting-for-a-wire period and as I suspected, no deposit. :( The most frustrating thing is I contacted support to ensure my payment had been sent and they just told me to wait until today. So, surprise, here I am on biz day 10 w/out my money. In short, I'm frustrated.

My withdrawal of 62 bucks took 9 business days to hit my ecocard account. It seems their withdrawal times are even worse than normal Playtech times of 4 business days. When we say something on this Georgina states its mere speculation and everything is fine. I refuse to believe this and I remind other players that they should brace themselves for much longer w/d times in the near future. Gone are the times when they pay within 48 hours like it or not.

Nothing new here folks. Just another online casino happily taking U.S. players and
using the fact that they're U.S. players as an excuse to take their sweet
time to pay up upon withdraw.

Wanna make a deposit?
Under 10 seconds and your funds have hit their casino
using their state-of-the-art credit card transaction scramblers.

Wanna make a withdraw?
"Our processor is currently experiencing problems at the moment but please
note that your funds will arrive in the next 7-14 business days after the 48-72 hour pending hold.
Also, please note that your funds will be available to reverse so that you won't have to make another
deposit." What a bunch of bullshit.

Please note that your asses will be exiled as soon as stuff changes in the U.S. laws

This, I believe, is the underlying factor.

Normally this would not explain why withdrawals outside the US would be delayed but I would be interested to know what percentage of their business comes from the US. If it is a substantial amount they may be tightening up sensing impending doom.

They are enjoying a nice ride while we have such limited options.

Nothing yet....

Haven't heard from Desert Nights or any reps....I'm happy it wasn't a lot of money...geez are they not able to pay cash outs worth less than 300? Either way an answer would be nice. I'm tired of this waiting game....

Rec'd an email Saturday stating my deposit would be sent "earlier next week." So "sometime" this week.

For anyone interested, it's now biz day 11, no deposit. (And another cashout pending now at Desert Nights Rival on a weekly cashback chip.)

So after receiving my 62 bucks cashout after a 2 week delay I redeposited and made a nice cashout of 500 bucks. Suddenly they want docs so shall be sending them these and see how it pans out.

My Lord, a masochist you must be.....:)

Western Union vs. Desert Nights

So I did finally receive my money via WU.

However due to family illness had to come to NY
And may be here for several months.

Went to pick up my Winnings @ WU and they
Won't release the monies because it was sent
To my home state.

WU said to call sender Desert Nights and have them
Call And tell us to release funds to NY and we will
Do it immediately.

I did Email DN two days ago. They assured me they
Put in the request to WU and they are waiting for a reply.

Whereas WU says it is an immediate release, DN says they
Are waiting for a reply.

It's a toss up now really who is zooming who here.

Yes this was my cog I threw in to delay it but when one
Party tells you one thing and the other party tells you
Another it's another wait n see game.

Back to more serious issues in my life.
Keep the faith fellow chance takers and jackpot seekers. :)

Update: They processed my docs within 12 hours of submission and the cashout was paid within the next working day. However, I remain skeptical as I notice that there are still many players complaining of slow payments. In the other thread Ms Sloto mentions 'speculation' and says they always pay the withdrawals. Did she mistakenly omit the word timely?

Glad you got paid, Chu. I'm still waiting on my 6/9 2k wd that was supposedly wired (not bank wire, wu) the 25th, but that didn't happen. Ms Sloto is back out of pocket. Had another wd approved for 480 on the 25th, no word on that one yet. I'm just fed up, even though I understand the support staff wants me paid as much (ha) as I want to be paid, this is just utter bs. I'm on biz day 19 if anyone is counting.

We're about to leave the state for a graduation, so that was good info, Almost Famous. I've asked that we all stop bullshitting each other, they send as much of my damn withdrawal as they're capable of to my bank account, and pay the rest whenever. I've got an extra couple of days of vacation riding on it - but more than that, I'm just disgusted.

This is NOT the deckmedia group we're used to. Period.

No matter how they attempt to cover it up its obvious they have cashflow problems and if handled poorly its gonna be a remake of Rushmore. Much promise initially but then falling into pieces. If that transpires it will be a real pity as I would have loved competition.

Play at a B&M casino - you get paid instantly. Play online - document verification, mandatory reversal times, unnecessary payment times (9 days?), etc.

What on earth takes a casino nine days? Something I'm missing here?

Just for your info. I am from Europe and had 5 withdrawals (Neteller/Skrill). Four of them took between 6- 9 business days.
Allthough I was ahead at desert nights I just stopped playing there because of this, just totally fed up with the waiting period.

I finally got my money..

I finally did get my small wad of dough. I had to call and ask DN to change
the state and that took 3 more days...so anyway I got it.
I got sick in the middle of this transaction so money sat waiting for me
for a few days.
It's really upsetting as I love playing there, but the wait time to get paid
especially by WU is just unreal and not cool.

Cooling my heels playing there and PRAYING Microgaming comes back to
USA.
Hey, a girl can dream can't she?
Happy 4th stateside friends. Hope it's a blast !!:D
