Casino Complaint Del oro Casino - Fraud

I'll leave a photo here.

The antivirus in question is very reputable; however, nothing is showing up anymore due to the complaint I filed with Mifinity, and they contacted them.

I have videos if anyone doesn't believe me.

I'd like Deloro to come here and explain this and the fake license. Furthermore, through a contact I found out about a guy named Josh who is associated with Deloro.

Why would you like DelOro to explain themselves? We all know it would just be more bullshit from them, why give them an opportunity.

How can they rot in jail if nobody does anything? I filed a complaint against MiFinity because they are providing a service to a fraudulent casino, I spent months in hearings and they got away with it. But I haven't given up yet, someone has to be held accountable for these scammers.

I'm even afraid to mention casinos anymore. I only had problems with Deloro once, not counting this one, which I dealt with through Gurucasinos.

A user here is investigating and will post here, and basically it was the following: A chat operator named ** insisted with me because I was entered into a contest they didn't even advertise. By insisting, I ended up losing the money I had. Imagine, I was 3rd in their ranking, and the next day I dropped to 7th, and they asked me to pay less of a prize than they had promised. That's why I contacted Gurucasinos because of the manipulation, although I admit that half the blame was mine in this specific case.

And if I hadn't withdrawn the complaints I made, they wouldn't have given me the prize, which is why I deleted the posts.

This case of the 52,000 euros was totally different, and you only need to look at the attempts I've made. At the time I lost, there was malware on the site, and the license was fake or expired, and I have external reports from companies that confirm this.

Regarding your response, so far I have nothing to say about artcasino.io. I've won good amounts and withdrawn them without any problems, BUT... I no longer defend anyone after what happened to me.

My fight with Malta started with Mifinity because, for me, both the thief and the one who steals and the one who watches are thieves, and in this case, in my opinion, Mifinity would be guilty of working with unlicensed casinos that commit fraud, but unfortunately, they were not found guilty.

But I filed a complaint with the MFSA.

Please keep in mind that just because someone puts up a sign and says “ADR Services here” that doesn’t mean they’re going to handle your case professionally or even responsibly. I’m not saying these guys won’t, I'm just saying they are an unknown entity with zero track record and you are handing all your data over to them to do with as they please. Player Beware.

Max, I thought about that, but from what I've been reading... In the past, Curaçao had 4 private "Master Licenses" that did whatever they wanted. The government had no say. With the LOK (2024/2025): The government created the CGA (Curaçao Gaming Authority). Now, the State has direct power to fine casinos, shut down websites and, most importantly, force players to pay out. I'm going to believe that, and I need to be sure I did everything in my power to recover the money or shut down that fraudulent casino.
 
Yes, if the new licensing and new ADR scheme that Curaçao has set up fulfil their promises I think everyone will be better off for it. If. IF. IF.

I’m sorry to say that what Curaçao promises and what Curaçao delivers often don’t have much to do with one another. Corruption, internal government “differences”, aiming the "pie too high” (to paraphrase W), whatever, the bottom line is that what comes out in the wash can be pretty disappointing. I’ve taken a lot of flack over the years for being too soft on Curaçao’s promises and maybe that’s made me a little overly cautious about these things. As ever, time will tell.

I completely understand, Max, but as you can see, I've been doing everything I can to get answers and penalize Deloro. If everyone does the same, I believe it will work. Gurucasinos already warned me that if I post more information about the casino, I'll be expelled. I still don't understand why, LOL. More and more Gurucasinos are protecting fraudulent casinos.

Because CG are getting commision from sign ups. Why stop the gravy train.
Imo, CG is one of the worst.

Ask yourself, how can the same casino be rouges on CM, but 8.1/10 on CG?

They might be alias, just like the live chat names for instance.
Eg Juliana and co, probably aren't the real names of the agents. You're probably dealing with the owners all the time here.

Absolutely. In our experience they have no scruples, they’ll say whatever is convenient (true or not) or pretend there are twenty different staff when in fact it's all one guy. We caught them lying multiple times and then they’d lie some more to cover the previous lies. Utter rogue behaviour, pretty much from the very beginning.

We’ve also confirmed that they’re telling players flat out that they won’t be paid if the player talks about the casino on Casinomeister. Only total rogues pull that kind of nonsense and it all paints the same picture: bad guys being bad because it suits them to be so. Players seriously have to find somewhere else to play.

Good evening everyone,

I had a glimmer of hope of getting my money back, but I've realized they've been stalling. Tomorrow I'll send an email with all the information I think is fundamental to my case, to the MFSA.

I also want to point out that I discovered information I had missed: in the history of bets made while I was recovering the password, there are bets of 41 to 45 thousand euros, which is impossible for the games in question.

And I went to the Deloro chat through another account because they block mine, and they themselves confirmed that it was impossible to bet 45 thousand euros or more in a single bet.

I recommend that everyone who suffers with Deloro file a complaint everywhere possible. The more complaints filed, the greater the potential consequences.
 
Sorry, the thread you referenced was “snipped” for the reason given there, it’s pretty uncool to be asking people to violate that. You’re welcome to pursue this on your own, but openly asking people here to dox the DelOro guys is not something we can allow.
 
Yup, maybe he is, and feel free to pursue that as best you can WITHOUT asking people here to violate what we moderators thought best. Respect the house, man, and the house will happily respect you.
