Casino Complaint Del oro Casino - Fraud

Not to be that person, but there isnt any feedback or progress so there wasn't really an update to make.

J***** ***a is also an alias. He/She isn't offended at all.

Nevermind - All the best.
I will try until the last minute, they must be held responsible for what happened to me, their own terms speak of this

I'm honest; it may not lead to anything, but I'll do everything I can to honestly get back what's mine! If I don't get anything, I hope other players pay attention to this casino! Beyond a certain amount, you have to be careful.

lol just read through this and noticed my hubs nuked his account over it. Although his comments were aggressive and a bit a$$holish so were the responses.

*A rep confirmed this is not possible
*players play history show the exact same betting pattern, game and bet sizing
*Reading the screenshots show this player acting irratic and threatening this casino over $10,000 in the past and other sketchy behavior.
*Gets outted for it and then a couple members and moderators flame the member exposing this (and being a bit of an arse) and then just deletes his account.

I just went to Casino-Guru to see the updates and this person has been told straight out they can not help and the decision is final.

This person has not filed a PAB (unless he has and is breaking the rules) and continues to spam the thread with 3,4,5 posts in a row.

So my question is this. Why did we lose an 8 year member over this?

Good evening, imprisoned love Since I joined this forum, I've been here to demonstrate what really happened to me. I've never made fun of anyone, I've never been rude! On the contrary, everyone talks and goes back and rehash old things without knowing what really happened! This matter is resolved, and I can't talk about it. Regarding PAB, I haven't opened up yet because before coming here, I opened it on Gurucasinos and another site. I continue to say that I didn't play. The timeline of evidence I have proves this, Juliana Lima's comments. Now I ask that before you judge and condemn me, you also look at this casino's history. It's funny that I don't see anyone doing that, only attacking me and condemning me without proof of what they say. The past is settled.

Alright. Well what is the other website you have a complaint on? Did you mention this before? I read through the thread and only see you mentioned a complaint on Casino-Guru but I could have missed it.

Del oro is a super shady casino. They actually tried to hire me and I refused but what you are stating is pretty unlikely. Especially given your prior behavior with this casino. It might be hard to prove either way unless someone is able to process a complaint and provide IP/log in addresses and other evidence.

I am entitled to my opinion since you posted on a public forum. With that said, I shall move along as I have said my peace.

I understand your opinion and respect it. But I'd like you to put the little in my place, giving me the benefit of the doubt instead of defending the casino. Before coming here, I filed a complaint with Gurucasinos and LCB, and I'm thinking about another one, but now I can only post it here when they tell me something. Regarding the other complaint, I accepted their agreement and admitted that I was at fault. In this specific case, I'm not at fault at all. I know I didn't play, and that when I was chatting and saying I couldn't log into my account, they just told me the account was fine and active, there were no problems, and the account was being used. I know it might be strange, but it's the truth! I just ask that you don't insult me or accuse me without any basis. You can see my betting history; after winning the €44,000, I never placed bets over €1,000.

It's very difficult for anyone here to know that they withdrew 5,000 that morning, and then around 6 a.m. I try to log in, and it tells me the password is wrong, and when I finally log in, the account is at 0. How would you feel? I just ask for a little empathy and less judgment without proof. As you know, I use a translator, and some things may be misspelled just so you can understand!

I just came here today to update my problem, now I'll wait for Telegram's manager. And when other sites cancel my complaint, I'll definitely come here because I've seen they work to help! I just ask that you give your opinion, but don't accuse me the way you've been doing; anyone here would feel the same way I do! Thank you all!

It said members decision to leave according to the account status

I'm not really sure what you hope to gain by carrying on where they left off tbh.

@merino54

Not sure how helpful LCB will be I never found them helpful.

Even here I am not so sure. Casinomeister banned and rogued them so they most likely wont care to bother.

But you can of course try.

Will be curious to see if anyone takes on the case or if the casino even bothers engaging.

As a player who tends to go completely bananas, I can recognize a tilt. You simply tilted—I can even see where it happened and exactly what you were thinking.

Otherwise, I agree that it’s a crappy casino, but that’s another discussion.

Get over this now. I’ve lost double that just by playing one slot a few years back, if you read my thread history. You’ll get over it, I promise, but as long as you keep dwelling on it…

You’re not going to get your money back—you know that. Maybe you want to give the casino a bad reputation, but we all know it’s a crappy casino, and not because of your unlikely story.

Thanks again to both of you for your comments. This really happened; I don't know what else to say. I contacted the casino the moment I couldn't log into my account. In the chat, the assistant, Juliana, repeatedly mentioned that the account was active and without problems, but I still couldn't access it. Then she told me that if I couldn't recover the password, she could change it manually. I have screenshots of everything. When I finally changed the password and logged in, the account was at zero. I know you don't believe me, but this is what happened. I didn't play.

Sadly he requested we close his account. Account is thus closed, but the door is open should he wish to reverse his decision.
I'll definitely come here because I've seen they work to help! I just ask that you give your opinion, but don't accuse me the way you've been doing; anyone here would feel the same way I do! Thank you all!
Regardless of the status of Del Oro here and the fact they currently reside in the rogue pit. Rogue status has never stopped Casinomeister taking on PAB's from forum members who have had issues with rogue casinos in the past.

When you are in a position to do so, by all means submit a PAB on your situation here.

I dont understand what all the back and forth is.

CG have said they will not investigate further and the complaint was closed 3 days ago.

So what are you waiting for? This is becoming a complete was of time. You could have opened a PAB 100 times over already but insist on defending yourself on the forum.
Good morning, I'll open a PAB when another entity cancels or says something. Gurucasinos continues to say it was a cybercrime. I agree with them, but the crime came from within the casino, not from outside! When I couldn't log into my account, I notified them several times, and the response was that the account was active and without problems, but they were using it. How can they tell me this and not verify that the account was being used? As I mentioned, I have screenshots of the conversations, as they do. Another thing: I emailed them requesting proof of login details, IP addresses, and devices used as MAC addresses, and so far no response. I only came here yesterday to give you some news, nothing more!

As @Webzcas stated, the action was taken at @BillyGoldblum ’s request. I believe exception was taken to my two posts — #90 and #95 — in response to his statements trying to moderate the OP and others posting here. His final words were something along the lines of he no longer wanted to be part of a forum that was being managed the way Casinomeister is now, presumably referring to Bryan’s departure and the remaining team trying to fill those shoes.

Please believe me — and given our history I think you have every reason to do so — when I say that a veteran forum member leaving is no small thing and is never taken lightly. I’ve revisited this several times and the bottom line is that this was a unanimous team decision here: BG was doing exactly what has admonishing others not to, namely moderating and derailing. That and a flurry of Reports from him against virtually every word posted by someone he took exception to in the thread clearly demonstrated that he was not enjoying the Casinomeister experience. So when the “I’m outta here, close my account” message came — I have paraphrased — it was no surprise and not something we were in a position to ignore.

And by the way, let me say that I have been treated well by Max, and when I have a question he clarifies things that Casino Guru doesn't have!
Precisely, so why have you not opened a PAB yet?

Out of curiosity, even if you got the logs and device and ip was different etc. Surely, the casino will turn round and say, well you've been hacked? Thus diminishing responsibility?

I cant see a happy ending for this one im afraid.

Precisely, so why have you not opened a PAB yet? ...
Just jumping in here to make sure that we’re all clear on the PAB status of this issue:
As indicated above — post #89 — we don’t do PABs on cases that are active and in progress at other arbitration sites or are in the hands of the licensing body or are part of an ongoing legal or law enforcement process (police, fraud charges, lawyers, etc`).

Initially there was some confusion about the OP’s case at CG: I mistakenly thought it was closed and no longer active at CG, which is why I gave the thumbs up to proceed with the PAB here at CM.

I am now of the understanding that CG is still working on the OP’s case, which means we won’t (for the time being). I think I’ve made all that clear to the OP but am always happy to do so if that’s necessary.

I understand all that but the OPs CG Complaint is marked as closed 3 days ago claiming no further involvement.

So there is a discrepancy somewhere

Yes, well, it’s on the OP to keep us up to date. He knows that his PAB is sitting there, ready to go when he informs us that CG is done and no one else is actively working the case. If he prefers to fight it out here on the forums that’s his choice.

@merino54 , you know I’ve been fair and forthright about your case and your issues here on the forum from the beginning so please believe me when I say that EVERYONE here is entitled to their opinion. If someone says “I’ve looked at your case and I think XYZ” then you must accept that they are fully entitled to do so, even if “XYZ” turns out to be “you’re on tilt” or “you spent it’ or anything else of that nature. It’s not an accusation because to “accuse” someone of something is to make “a charge of wrongdoing”, typically in the face of some authority. That’s not what is happening here. They’re stating their opinion and their right to do so is nothing you have grounds to complain about.

Of course you are free to say “based on what evidence?” or suchlike, and more power to you. But telling them to “stop saying that” or “you have no right to say that” is incorrect and not something you are free to do.

You need to understand something. I do not like this casino at all. They tried to hire me to clean up their reputation on social media. Once I got a bit more involved with some back and forth and contract discussions, I realized they were only interested in using me.

They broke agreements we made in less than 24 hours. So I told them to go fly a kite once I realized it.

They also got caught for sexual harrassment of players and various other issues.

So do you understand that when I question your story even after all that, I am not defending the casino? A lot of us have been around a long time, worked in the industry, know reps, casino owners, forum owners and more?

So for me not to go attack mode on the casino, there must be something real fishy about this story.

If I am wrong, that is ok. I am willing to accept that.

I do not get your strategy of arguing with members on the forum and trying to justify your side by repeating the same thing over and over. However, you are free to post so you do what you think is right.

So it is not a personal attack against you (like you keep claiming). I do not know you.

I know one thing though. The casino pays players to stop posting complaints and trashing their reputation if significant enough.

Which is what happened with your case 8 months ago. You signed a NDA and accepted a certain amount. I am suspicious you are attempting to do this again.

I know this casino, I know how things work and I know your history now. So that is why I came to the conclusion I did.

I really dont know what you expect. You continue to bump this thread and post over and over and expect nobody to voice their thoughts and opinion?

I am not going to get into a back and forth here. I have posted my opinion.

Just want to add this is actually possible as I am certain a gamdom employee just stole my balance while I was playing. I dont think they can access it through password but through an admin panel.

This is some weird coincidence that after I post in here that employees cant steal balances, mine gets stolen lol.

Yeah, I’ve been holding my tongue on this because it seemed prudent but the truth is — and I know this from discussions with veteran casino operators — that none of the OP’s accusations against the casino are impossible, meaning most of what he’s accused them of is entirely within the realm of possibility. Not saying they did do it, just saying that statements like “no operator could do that” are almost never more than partially correct.

Generally speaking the software providers can do whatever they like to player accounts, etc, UNLESS they specifically build in blocks against it AND don't have backdoors in to do it anyway. Whether the provider gives the operator access to those features is another issue but it is possible.

In practice it usually works like this, more or less: if an operator wants to run a clean, reputable operation they go to a reputable provider and proceed from there; if the operator wants to APPEAR like they are running a clean, reputable operation but in truth have access to some shady stuff in the backend then they go to an operator that is open to that kind of a relationship. The slide into darkness from there is long and unbroken, all the way down to fully pirated/hacked software with no restrictions whatsoever, in which case the player is totally at the operator’s mercy.

I worked in software for almost 20 years, believe me when I say that anyone that says “the software cannot do that” is either naive, unschooled, or lying. With time and the will to do it developers can do pretty much anything they like: whether they share that with operators (or whomever) is another question.

The point is that an established, proven reputation — not advertising, or cool dancing bunnies, or any other distraction — is what players can trust. It’s what people DO that matters, not what they SAY. This is especially true with casino operators who, as we know, will demonstrate in the fullness of time just what kind of operation they are running: if it looks, walks and quacks like a duck then it’s probably not a penguin.

I want to thank you for your comments. You expressed your opinion and were fair with me. Responding to your question about repeating myself, I do that when I'm attacked. Regarding what you said about the agreement, the situation with me was very different. I accepted the agreement for other reasons.

I've always been honest in everything I've posted here. By the way, if they have the IP logs and all the information, including the chat where I repeatedly reported being unable to log into my account, why don't they respond to my emails? I've spoken to someone representing the casino via Telegram, who has been giving me some information trying to disclaim responsibility. However, I have all the evidence, and their terms protect players from these types of situations, which didn't happen. I don't want to upset anyone; I just ask that you not be arrogant and accuse me without proof.

I'll only post updates that show some progress in the case. And I'll file a complaint here when the other companies I've filed cancel. If not, I'll cancel it and post it here, as I've seen the team working hard.

I dont really know how to respond right now considering an employee just stole my money. So I am a bit taken back to learn this can and will be done. They logged in and cashed out my money to two crypto addesses.

I guess my issue is just that your past dealings didnt add up very well but I certainly wont accuse anyone of lying. When I made those comments it is because I saw a rep post in here that it isnt possible and was under the impression it was impossible.

Now that I know employees can log into your account through their admin panel and just cashout your balance and then lie about it. Im a bit rattled here.

I agree and appreciate this post.

I think part of my reasoning is this. I didnt think a low level employee could have that access. Maybe they cant, I dont know. I figured maybe the software provider could do it but the casino itself isnt given that type of access.

When i got into the argument with live chat, they said they were sending my complaint to upper management. Not long after, my money was stolen. So maybe only management can do this.

With Del oro's history and behavior I guess it isnt that shocking that the owner could log in, play the same game, up the stakes and make it look like a player went on tilt.

Now that I know casinos can just log in and cashout your money anything is possible and I am accepting of that.

Im not totally backing off and saying this post is true in here but I am much more open to this actually being possible. Especially after what I sat and witnessed with my own two eyes. I watched my balance being moved around and cashed out right in front on me in live time.

For the love of God, stop talking to the casino representative on Telegram, you will not get anywhere.

Of course they are going to point blame elsewhere.

What other sites have you got a complaint with?
I think he said LCB.

I dont see this ending well either way. The casino got caught sexually harassing players and lost their trust score on askgamblers over it. I dont see them suddenly being ethical or honest about anything.

Talking to them on telegram is a waste. At most they might offer him a small percent back and sign another NDA. This is common practice with this casino. When I spoke to the owners when they were trying to hire me , they admitted to doing this. As a matter of fact, its one of the reasons I said no to them.

I was trying to work out a player issue with them and I was given full access and in charge of all forum and player relations. Only for them to go behind my back (within a few hours of being hired) with a player I was dealing with and offer them a small amount and got him to sign an NDA.

So whether this is true or not, I seriously do not see any type of outcome aside from the players money is gone.

...
FWIW we have evidence from our previous dealings with DelOro senior staff that they use junior level accounts to dodge responsibility: they do some snakey business as a junior account and if they get caught they come back in as the senior guy to say “oh! bad newbie employee! they’ve now been removed from that position” only to turn around, create a new junior account … rinse and repeat.

With DelOro it’s usually best to assume you are dealing with the head guy, no matter how the specific account you are dealing with presents itself. The boss there micro-manages everything anyway so even if you’re wrong in a specific case the fact is that he’ll be lurking and watching closely, so in the end your assumption will be true.

yeah this is 100% true. I experienced that myself. They think we are idiots too. Like we didnt know that was going on.

They claimed to have given me full control of player complaints on social media only to go behind my back and broker deals with players. Then when I confronted them they did the whole "oh I didnt know. Its such and such fault".

Ya right. They werent aware of signing legal documents huh (NDA's) oh yaaa suree totally oblivious!

Yup, their basic MO seems to be “do what you want, say whatever is convenient, press on and don’t let the facts slow you down”. You know, dirtbags disreputable persons. 🤠

Agreed with all said above.
I think you are probably referring to me and the case you looked into when I were shafted by these scumbags.
Sorry you went through that. I didnt recognize it was you this entire time.

i remember the case quite clearly. I kept telling them to pay you or else they would get rogued. I explained everything to them pretty clearly.

They continued to say you hacked their games and they continued to make up stupid stuff.

Miss Moneypenny did the man from delmonte say yes?

Good morning everyone. Although my complaint didn't lead to anything, I'm sharing a photo with a friend I asked to speak with them.

According to them, 2FA isn't mandatory, which I think it should be. It's mandatory on other websites, whether for email, Outlook, banking, etc. Then they say that if they were using the account, it would be detected, which is a lie! While I was recovering my account, they were using it.

And they've blocked my account for a month without a valid reason and haven't responded to my emails.

Fair enough.
Id probably stop putting yourself through this to be honest. Did you ever file a PAB?

He did, went nowhere. These were our closing comments:
"The casino said there was no evidence of third party activity but stopped responding when we asked for evidence to support that claim. In the end we were unable to decide in favour of either party due to insufficient evidence. The Casinomeister Warning against Del Oro will be updated to include this latest incident as further evidence of dubious casino activity and grounds for our caution to players against using this casino. Case closed."

The Casinomeister Warning against Del Oro will be updated to include this latest incident as further evidence of dubious casino activity and grounds for our caution to players against using this casino. Case closed."

Not surprising.
Thanks for updating us Max as to what is a sour end to this one.

@merino54 All the best.

Hello everyone,

I am writing this post to alert the community and the moderation team about the fraudulent activities of DelOro Casino (operated by ANJ OF GOLD LIMITADA).

On August 27th and 28th, my account was victim of a massive security breach resulting in a €52,000 loss. Unauthorized access and transactions were made, exposing the complete lack of security on their platform.

Following this event, I conducted a deep investigation and discovered two critical points that every player should know:

Malware Injection: I have technical evidence that the casino’s website was injecting malicious scripts (malware) into users' devices. This malware was likely used to compromise account credentials and facilitate the theft of funds.

Fake Licensing: Although they display an Anjouan license seal, my research confirmed that at the time of the fraud, the license was invalid/fake. It is a shell company based in Costa Rica used to deceive players and avoid any legal accountability.

I have already gathered logs of the malware and documentation proving the fake license. I am ready to share these technical proofs with the forum administrators if requested.

Please stay away from this site. It is a high-risk operation designed to compromise your security.

They have been rouged for some time. I dont think anybody needs any further evidence.

Anybody signing up to play with DelOro must have a screw loose.
