Personally i have no issue it is what it is..

But i think others are a bit surprised as it appeared Dan was here nearly 24/7 lol and when people kept praising him he never let on once that others were posting for him at times.

Now it turns out that at times when people thought they were PMing Dan there messages were in fact getting read by someone else.

It might just have been a good idea if he had explained that others were helping him out rather than keeping the pretence that it was him alone . But at least people are now aware that the Rep's can be anyone at the casino.

It is like Mark at 32RED. Member's would think it is him and only him answering. Maybe it is but there is no way of knowing. Feel a wee bit sorry for members that PM Rep's with non related casino stuff who would presume it was the same as PMing a friend.

Also Rachel and Conor at Trada use the same rep account. Which I don’t see as a problem although sometimes a bit confusing, they tend to sign off using their name.

Perhaps it might be that there are now 6 in the VS team... you never know when conversing whether to explain right from the beginning again....

BtW, whilst I’m here, Tom were you the one who joined Dan in JGslots streams a while ago?

Dan really has been training up a team for a while (that was last summer).

I could have accepted what they had done if I at least have heard them admit that what they were doing was wrong, with that I mean posting and replying to pm's and then signing with someone elses name.
That is so very wrong and goes against all I have learned.

When I reached out to one of them that i know a bit better and asked if they had done this the reply I got was . ''We have always helped Daniel.''

Nothing that they were sorry for misleading us, and with no apology they have lost all trust I had, and that I am very sorry about.
I will just take out the money I have there, wait for my cashback and then close the account.
Then this is over for me.

It does come across as deceitful, why didn't they just sign off as themselves opposed to 'Dan' if it wasn't actually him - now that just doesn't sit right with me.

I really cant see what all the fuss is.

VS support is simply that. If you want to deal with one person, then do it through email.

We have been lucky with in the past with such a decent rep and his team. Now we are left with his team, whom I expect will provide us with the same fantastic help.

Move on.

I was going to post this, I don't know if this should be awarded this year as no reps even appear on here as much this year. I know trada rep is good and here the odd time but ya I don't know.

I'm done work now, and have had some time to reflect on all of this. For all of you that don't give a crap?????? Here is why I do! First of all for over a year, ALL of us have been pm'ing " Dan" Asking for help. Not Tom, Dick and Harry. DAN! I went to him one time last year and the messaging ended up being long. The problem was taking some time getting fixed, so one message I sent, he replied back and asked that I " refresh his memory, as he has a bad one". I said......I just sen't you a message? Like wth? He said....I have a 15 month old baby crying all the time, I have been multi-tasking, sorry I'm human Of course I felt like a bag of shit and apologized profusely. Told him to get sleep, blah blah blah. I looked back through all those messages a little while ago, and that thread of messages, there were probably 3 different people at least! One with broken english that called me Bebo67, another really nice one that called me Jen, and another that was curt and called me Jennifer, all signed BR, Dan,or Best Regards Daniel. Played for a fool I was! And THEN lets talk about the battles. No one could get their story straight about what was happening with them, because I wasn't speaking to just ONE person! You guys had every opportunity to say.Its NOT DAN! But you didn't. When we gave out the rewards. Again.ITS NOT JUST DAN! When who the eff ever wrote the goodbye post? Did Dan not have the decency to write it himself?????? Did he hold us in that little of regard??????? THAT IS WHY I CARE!

This is why I don't care if it was Dan alone or it was a whole team.
The relationship we had with Dan is business one not personal, we contacted him because we needed help with playing at the casino as a customer, as long as the issue is dealt in the way it should be why it matters?

I mean if you had a problem with getting verified, does it matter it was Dan who took care of it or it was somebody else?
VS put a whole team as a rep here to make sure that people will get help 24/7, the team was run by Dan which means in the end it was Dan's responsibility if something went wrong in that team so I don't see anything wrong with everything was done under Dan's name.

I don't have any problem Dan will keep the rep of the year awards. One person or a team with a few people, no matter what, no casino respond like VS does here and other forums.
