I had problems even getting their software to work, so I gave up.

Since you have submitted a PAB, you should resist the temptation to satisfy our curiosity until Max has looked at it and reached a resolution.

In the meantime, there are plenty of options for UK players in the CM Casinos (accredited casinos) section if you have not already tried them. None use the same software as Cyberslotz though, I think they are unique. MG casinos offer "Fruit machines", but many here say they are no good, but they are nearer to the real thing than in other softwares (MG "fruit machines" are not entirely random - just like real ones;) ).

V-Man has the right of it: posting on the boards while a PAB is in progress is not a good idea. PABs are handled privately and that is often an incentive for the casinos to settle quickly (relatively speaking) and quietly. Posting on the forums often, but not always, produces precisely the opposite result.

In general members are encouraged to keep their issue off the boards until I've reached a conclusion with the PAB, as V-Man said. Forum posts related to a PAB-in-progress usually prompts the casinos to ignore the PAB -- it's pretty irrelevant anyway once the moving target of a forum debate gets going -- and that in turn forces me to shelf or discard the PAB.

i am sorry didnt think i was doing anythin wrong as i havnt said why o pitched a bitch but feel free to delete thread

It's not that your post was "wrong" just a bit inappropriate given the PAB in progress.

The general rule-of-thumb here is that if you've got a PAB in progress you don't post about the issue, or matters related to it, until the PAB has reached conclusion. The reason being that since the PABs are discussed with the casino people off-line, and specifically not on the forums, then they are working on the assumption that the issue is private and can be handled privately.

Once posts about or related to the PAB hit the forums then that becomes the focus of everyone's attention, inevitably so given that it's now a public issue.

At that point the casino has a public relations issue on their hands and that tends to completely over-ride the PAB: with a PAB they're dealing with one unhappy customer, with a forum post they're dealing with an open threat to their business, at least that's the way they tend to see it.

In general I shelf a PAB once the person posts their issue on the forums.

In your case you didn't specifically post your issue, but you did indicate that you were having a problem with them, etc etc. While technically speaking that isn't kicking the pot over and turning it into a public issue, it is giving it a big, sloppy stir and does create a potentially disruptive situation, none of which is good for the PAB.
