Just has an issue, made a deposit, and it came out of bank, but there was an error on the page saying there was an error in the processing, that it is incomplete.
I contacted chat, and they said that it should show up int he account, or it would be credited back to card. Last time this happened, it was not credited back, had to wait 30 days, just to get a casino credit.
I am pretty frustrated. When I had this issue at another accredited casino, they just gave me the credit. Why do I have to go through all the hoops here? Why can they not contact their processor.
I have been playing there years, but this might be the final nail. As much as I spend here , I am not happy. I tried talking logic to chat person, there was a disruption causing transaction not to show on their side.
Logic says it needs to be done manually but they will not contact processor or help me? Im very disappointed .. :(

Hmmm odd. I have had this happen. I think I just had to email them copy of the transaction on my online statement. I had deposited it again when the first one didn't go through, but then they both showed up on my bank statement, but only one in my casino account. So maybe that made it easier for them to see that it was a duplicate. My only problem was they did not put it back on my card they just credited to my casino account. But that was certainly better than losing it or having hassles to get it back. This took them very little time, less than 24 hours for sure.

I had my card charge twice on one deposit, was told the funds would be transferred back to my card last week and I am still waiting...

I tried to make a deposit tonight...my cc got declined. Went to a different casino and had a great time playing, no cashout, but had a blast. :D

Club World lost out on my deposit, I wonder how many others they lost out on?

edit...don't think I will deposit with this group anymore, wayyyyy to many problems for me.

I wouldnt place the blame entirely on CWC but they need to sort it out with their processor which seems to be hopeless where transactions with USA customers are concerned. Withdrawals are already a hassle and this has recently extended to deposits as well. If their processor is so USA-unfriendly either they change processors or stop taking in USA players altogether.

I had that issue 4 times in one day last week. Very frustrating. The deposit was always in there within the hour but who wants to wait an hour to play? Blah.

Still not worked out, just tried today , same problem, been over an hour, no credit. Chat James was nice, said it stays stable a while then stops.
Why do they not switch to lets say who Desert nights is using , or others with no problems?

I am surprised. Its obvious the processor they are using doesn't match your expectations yet you still try to deposit and expect a miracle. Don't create hassles for yourself especially when others like Slotocash can let you deposit and credit your account hassle-free. I understand you are free to have your own choice of casinos but this is actually a no-brainer.

Have had deposit problems with Slotocash since December

Not true chu, I have had deposit issues since December getting error code 000000034 Unknown error, and have not been able to deposit since.

Of course contacted Georgina, in December shes was sick and never heard back from her.

Then tried again this past week this time they called me, and said they were looking into it and that I would get a call back sometime in the week, that never happened.

Just for giggles tried tonight before I gave my money to LuckyRed and lost again, but the deposit gave the same error at sloto 00000034.

Funny how it is the very same card I had used to deposit there many many times and it worked.

So yes Slotocash has problems as well.

CWC Shopping for a new processor for withdrawals...I hope for my sake

Love the CWC group. Just want to say that first but ever since they did away with the ACH option for the US there has been a steady stream of processors that they have used. The issue is that it causes delays and with the 4K per week limit a big win could take a long time to pay out.

Not sure if the casino rep on the Meister is worth a try but it can be a little frustrating and ultimately. How does one get a hold of the rep on here?

Go up to the top of the page and look for i-Gaming Reps tab. Once there, scroll till you find the rep you need. Click on the rep. When on the rep's page, look left and select Send Private Message.

Actually varying on what credit / debit / prepaid card you use. Apparently some are getting wiser to these types of transactions. Plus I think varying on your BIN number (First four digits) some processors are limiting how many transactions are allowed per bin in a certain period of time. Mainly to throw the banks off.
So far the card I have been using has worked for several casinos, ever since I got tired of the rig a ma roll with Netspend. I really honestly think these declines have more to do with the bank than it does with anything. That would be my guess none the less.

The experience I have had, whenever a transaction is declined it is because of their processor. I know this because if a transaction gets declined there then becomes an immediate block, (at least on my card). The bank will let you know if a transaction came through. If no transaction attempted to come through then that means it was the processor, or lack there of one being available right then.

I can also tell you I saw a post elsewhere a day ago where it was announced that they were "having problems processing checks at the moment, but nothing to worry about." So possibly the check problem is a direct connection to credit card processing issues.

Unfortunately this happens---Not truly Club World's Bad . . . happened to me 3/22

I work in for an online discount travel booking firm that processes tens of thousand of credit card authorizations daily.

The processor's systems are not perfect--is any system? It is DEFINITELY a major aggravation when it happens to me or anyone of course. The merchant authorization is placed on your account but for whatever reason the transaction does not complete. The end result is you do no have access to the funds on your card or at the site.

Once the merchant (CW Group in this case) verifies the transaction did not complete the authorization will continue to show as a "pending" transaction for a period of time that is determined by the issuing financial institution alone.

Unfortunately, many of the prepaids will hold the authorization for ridiculous amounts of time and of course customer service is poor or non-existent with most prepaid cards.

All you can do is wait for it to drop off and eventually it will. Now if the transaction moves from "pending" to "posted" and you did not get credit in your casino account that is a different matter all together; however, Club World will quickly rectify that if you let them know.

Most real credit cards and debit cards through major banks only allow 3-4 business days for the merchant to settle an authorization.

I definitely have empathy for the frustration this causes since I have been there and deal with it in my job a well.

Hope this helps.

Just so frustrated with CWC processors right now

Thanks Karolina, for listening and trying to help!

cwc processing issues

Yeah, I feel your pain, I had a problem at highnoon yesterday the transaction said declined on the site but when I looked at my debit/credit card it showed the money was taken out of the account. It could be an authorization hold and possibly drop off. But....... if within 3-4 days it goes through, I will definitely be contacting the casino. It just sucks that my money is in limbo right now, I hope CWC fixes this issue. I wasn't having any problems until they recently changed processors.

I can pretty much gaurantee you from having the exact same issues during the past month that the transaction WILL be deducted from your account. You just have to email them with a picture of your statement once it does, then they credit your account. Just don't make the mistake of getting a declined transaction and trying to hit the "alternative gateway" transaction because it will get sucked out of your account twice. It happened to me at both High Noon and CWC. They will give you credit once it's shown it was deducted from your account. It's a bummer and you're right, having your money that you had specifically for "playtime" being out there in limbo SUCKS.

Please watch your account like a hawk and stay on top of this. I didn't, and I still have 2 charges from months ago that didn't fall off, totalling around $65, that no one claims as their processor, and neither showed up in either Sloto or CW (the two places I tried to deposit that night). Wanna bet if I dispute the charges with my card, I'd be labeled a 'chargebacker' anyway? Or have my card killed. Oh, what fun we have.....

I'm not able to deposit at many places with the 2 cards I have anyway. Doesn't matter much, I don't play a lot, but still..... these casinos seem so totally in the dark about what these processors are doing.

And isn't it sad you have to be scared about trying to get your own money back or at least "something" for your money? Crazy. If it's been a while since you had them investigate I'd have them look into that again. You would think that somewhere they have to reconciliate (if that's the word I'm looking for) to make sure the processor and casino match up. Why would it be any different than a cash drawer? After all of this happening plus the weird $3+ charges I got last week I just cancelled my two CC's. I'll let things cool down awhile before I decide whether to play anymore. Gonna miss it though :(

Mousey,

So what the heck did CW and Sloto do to trace the whereabouts of these transactions. They chose the processors and if these were recent switches to them they should be on their guard for any mishaps and which in turn will entail in disgruntled players. Regular players are unlikely to simply lie about a transaction that has gone through but where the processor failed to detect. I do agree that you US players are having a poor deal.

Hey thanks for the heads up. Hopefully, that won't be the case, but if it is, I will be prepared.

:eek:USA players are totally getting the shaft, .......it's so frustrating. I don't entirely blame it on the CWC but they should really think about another processor, especially if it keeps happening, repeatedly.

CW replied promptly that they didn't think that was their processor(s) and the dates didn't match up (of course not, it stays pending for days, then finalizes), amounts didn't 'match up' (note that the amounts rarely 'match up' for us USA players as what is deposited is not always what is taken from our card).

Sloto email support didn't reply at all... to two emails (with attachment) - a respectable length of time apart. Due to a word in the processor name they're the ones I think is responsible. I intend to email them again this weekend if I can find those 2 transactions in my card account list again. I've been up to my eyeballs with work these past couple of months, and both my mom and hubby have been sick and ... really... chasing down casino processing screw ups is last on my daily 'to do' list.

You would think that at the end of the month, a monthly reconciliation would show more money 'there' than went in 'here' so someone would be assigned to figure out where the heck it went, right? Years back, I had $25 show up in my 7 Sultans account. I contact them to find out wtf and it was one of these 'lost' transactions that accounting/finance had found that had been 'stuck' in limbo. Too bad these RTG these days can't seem to keep their books balanced.
