I finally had a good run on cool cat and try to cashout a few hundred, and I have nothing to show for it after waiting for over two weeks. This has taken so long that by the time they actually pay me, if they ever pay me, Firepay won't even accept the withdrawal.

Boo on Cool Cat for not paying and refusing to respond to any one of my four emails.

Their slow playing shouldn't be a big surprise as they are closely connected to Cirrus Casino & Bet Royal - they can be both finded at the Rogue lists and are are notorious for their tricks, including slow/non payment.

You should awoid them at all costs IMHO.

Keep hammering away at them..be firm, polite and a pest.

It took me 3 months to collect 5000 calling CS once or twice a week.

It was a $500 here $500 there kind of thing. very anoing but I got paid in the long run.

Good Luck

Paul

I am almost certain that Cool Cat is run by the same clowns as Club Player Casino. You can check out my thread for the worst behaviour by an operator I have ever seen. Back before the *&$% hit the fan with Club Player, their manager talked up Cool Cat big time to me, which is a strong indication they are in league. It seems to be the consensus around here that Club Player, Palace of Chance, Cirrus, Bet Royal and Cool Cat are all the same operation.

I don't know about Bet Royal (isn't that Playtech), but the other four are a part of the Gambling Wages group.

According to this very interesting blog where a casino employee shares his experiences within the casino industry:

"Their casino names include Cirrus Casino, BetRoyal, Slots of Vegas, CookKat Casino, Prism and others."

Worth a read.

I've read the Carl Hutton thing. It's basically sensationalist crap without much fact to it. They talk about threatening players which I certainly can believe they've done over the phone (since they are part of Bet Royal which is rogued for threatening to kill a player) but I think there's little chance of them actually doing anything near that level in the US (maybe if you lived in Costa Rica.....)

Also, the whole part about Costa Ricans being astonished at seeing a white person... that's basically just complete bs.

Anyway, I still haven't been paid. I have a buddy who decided to stop playing here because they've only paid him $500 of his $2,500 cashout with the rest of it in "pending" status with no explanation as to why they paid him so little and they've been ignoring his emails.

I've called and asked for a manager, but conveniently as is the case with pretty much any RTG or Playtech I've asked to talk to a manager too. They are 1.) Not available and 2.) No one seems to know their office hours.

Sketchy as hell. Can't wait to move out of Washington so I can go back to playing at Microgaming casinos.

The PAB section should be up either later today or first thing tomorrow. Please PAB on these guys - their operations have changed recently and they want to be more vigilant on handling player complaints and their customer service. I had a very productive meeting in Barcelona with them.

CM-

Thank you in advance. I finally got an email from them today (two weeks late). Of course, at this point, I can't get Firepay to give me any money so it's a huge hassle. Considering I cashed out a week before Firepay's announcement to stop US players I would have figured I'd have been paid before then.

I still haven't been paid. Is there any casino contact on here that is still active? I PM'd the contact listed at least once, and I think twice and got no response.

it seems this is true

Some guy, Chester is managing Bet Royal and their branches...

From what I have heard, this guy really wants to get together this operation and come out the dark side.

For me thats nothing but good news. You have to understand that this guy must be under a lot of stress, fixing a company which has been @#%@ up royally for several years is not easy, lets hope he achieves it.

Thanks Meister (for helping twice with these guys). You definitely deserve the cds, etc I've sent you from your wishlist over the year or so I've been on here.

Are the Casino Contacts for Virtual current? I didn't have much luck with contacting them using this information. A direct email to a manager would be a strong first step to improving their relations with their customers.

Do you mean in the forum? Probably not. I'll suggest that they get someone in here to put some of these fires out. I've been sending the PABs to their general manager, and he's been disseminating these to management when appropriate. But I would like to see these managers being active with the players here. Makes my life easier :D

One last suggestion:

Given that the bulk majority of this casino's complaints (at least what I can find from doing a search here) relates to them taking several weeks to pay, perhaps you should encourage them to shorten their cashout times. I actually think that this should have been a term of their probation, but you met with them, read their documentation, etc, and have a much better grasp of their business model than I do.

Playtechs (back when I could play them) usually took 4 business days to pay (less at Mainstreet, and a couple where I was a VIP). My Microgaming experiences are that they are generally one-three actual days and that counts weekend days. I've been paid on Saturdays and Sundays many times (32Red was always the fastest, I like to give them a little nudge every opportunity, to bad we can't play there anymore). So why does it take places like Cool Cat two to three weeks to approve documents and then another one to two weeks to pay?

There's no real rational argument that that amount of time is necessary, and it's probably perceived by most (and certainly me) to just be a stall tactic to hold onto money as long as possible in the hope we'll reverse a withdrawal and keep gambling (did that once and won't make the same mistake again).

Touche.

Call me a cynic but I can't think of their "coming improvements" nothing else but stall tactics and a way to get their name off the Rogue lists. Maximizing deposits and minimizing withdrawals has been their motto since I remember.

Casinomeister is showing a lot of good will when he put them on probation list but I have a feeling that Virtual Group (including Cool Cat) will never improve enough to be a trusthworthy place where they will "put the player first"

I PAB'd last week about the Virtual Group and have miraculously recieved 2 payments since I did. Don't know if CM worked that out, or if they actually are cleaning up their act...My gut say's CM.

I have had cashouts at Cool Cat Casino.
The first one took 28 days back in April this year and in September it took 27 days and they have copies of ID etc as well which is suppost to speed things up.
The are slack at replying to emails but are fine if you want help, if you log into the Live Help on the website.
It is really quite hopeless as most RTGs I have ever been able to withdraw from have taken at least 3 weeks to pay, the only exception is VIP Lounge Casino and 2 withdrawals of $500 from them I had in my Neteller account within 72 hours after I claimed the withdrawals in the software cashier.
 for VIP Lounge Casino.

Bah on these guys. I feel like a battered wife. I get a good bonus offer, email and phone support is very friendly. I cashout. I wait. I wait some more. I email. I get no response. I ask chat support why they aren't responding to emails, and they hang up on me (thanks for that, btw, "Victoria" or whatever your actual name is). I screenshotted that. I could post it, but I'm just going to email the manager I was dealing with last time, cashout and be done with these guys permanently.

Here is one more!

I have now waited 10 days for a small $300 cash out from Cool Cat. Requested on Nov 11th, approved in the cashier history on the 16th and today is the 21st. Nothing in Neteller yet. Live Chat told me yesterday that it was "coming any day now"! Oh well, I never considered myself "slow" but I just don't seem to learn my lessons!:eek2:

As I posted further back it takes about a month to receive payments from Cool Cat. I am now awaiting $150.00 from Prism which they say will be 7 to 10 days before I receive the money and as for the post further back about Virtual Casino you can email Roger at support@virtualcasino.com from memory that is the email as he is the Manager or try virtualdanny Just put ATTN:Roger in the subject line, but the best way as in all these casinos like this I have found is to catch them in Live Help and certainly the best way with CoolCat and Virtual Casino. Roger at Virtual Casino normally is on the evening shift in the casino time there. If somebody else comes up in Live Help just ask if Roger is available and they will go get him. I have not played at Virtual Casino for well over a month but guess things are still the same. Just remember the rules at Virtual Casino are like this. If you make a cash out and the amount in your account is more than your cash out amount say using a 10x max cash out they will remove the balance from your account when the cash out is processed.
You may have seen in another thread of mine that I made a cashout of $500.00 and had $14,000 in the account above the $500.00.
As soon as the cash out took place that $14,000 became 0.00 in my account.

Now I have uninstalled Prism Casino.Why.
Mandy told me a few weeks ago that the amount of money I had in my account I could withdraw the whole lot as it was a special chip given to me as I could not cash out my on my original deposit.
So I made a withdrawal of $150.00 and left $100.00 in there to play with.
7 days later i got an email to say that the withdrawal had been refused.
I jumped into live chat and chatted to Mandy and told her of my email.
She agreed that she said I could withdraw the money and said she would check my account. Suddenly things had changed and I had to complete a play through requirement. I copied and pasted text to her of what she originally said and she got quite mad telling me I do not like it when people copy and paste my text.
So as far as Slots of Vegas and Prism Casino go they are both uninstalled from my computer and they have the big thumbs down. Just a bunch of lairs and you cant believe a word they say.
