Congats Risk on new nonsense withdrawal refusal

I tried to make a withdrawal and they would only allow me to withdraw the amount I have deposited with my new card the rest onto my old card which i lost a few months ago,I asked them to delete the old card but they said I had to call into my bank and get a letter of inactivity for my old card, the money I was allowed to withdraw on the new card was then cancelled due to verification issue relating to the letter of inactivity and they wanted a picture of the lost card... my account was verified a couple of years ago.. Needles to say I was annoyed and weighed up the hassle of gettin time off work to call into the bank and go thru the rigg-ma-roll of explaining what I wanted and them looking at me like I was a meth head, so clever me thought I'd play down the balance betting high and get a click and sicken the good folk at Risk support but not to be I lasted about 10 mins. To be honest I'm really sick of these withdrawal issues, like its hard enough to win and then we're faced with this nonsense... and these are alleged verified casinos... whatever that means...

If both the old and the new cards are for the same bank account or are both from active bank accounts. The bank would have accepted both payments. There would have only been a problem if the account that the old card was from, had been closed.
But Rizk probably wouldn't tell you that.

If it’s on the same account - it won’t matter both credits will find their way to your account.

Yeah, you need not have worried, withdrawn to the old card, banks keep them on file for years and it's not the old/new card number that matters, just the bank account attached to them which will be the same. If you think about it, you could buy something on the old card, get a new card in the meantime then get a refund for the goods bought, under a warranty say a year later. The vendor then refunds the original payment method which leads back to your bank account. The banks would collapse under the weight of complaints and investigations if they didn't keep old card numbers 'live' and on file in their systems.

I tried making a $6,000 withdraw from rizk once... and they asked me to verify my account.. I was somewhere around level 900 at the time and fully verified, I think this might of been before betsson took them under their crooked, broken wing

They later fully verified me once the withdraw was reversed and I played the funds down lol
