I was wondering if anyone could tell me if i have anything to complain about here or am i just wasting my time! I got an email from Eldorado Palace giving me a 20.00 no deposit bonus code, i went ahead and redeemed it, and played on it for quite a while. ( I have never deposited here before) I talked to Daniel in chat and asked him if i made playthrough yet and he said no, i needed to play 200.00 more, he also said 200.00 was max cashout without making a deposit, and if i made a deposit that there would be no max cashout on it at all.
so i went ahead and played it some more, had it at 200.00 and went to support and asked Daniel again if i had made playthrough he said i had, so i went ahead and made a withdrawal. Funny thing is when you make a withdrawal it doesn't ask you where you want your withdrawal, so i again asked Daniel in support and he said that they send you an email, asking for this. OKAY STRANGE, so i waited 24 hrs. and still no email, so i contacted support again to ask how long i have to wait on email, and a Thomas replied to me saying i hadn't met playthough yet!! I told him that Daniel from the other day said i had met playthough of 600.00 and i could withdrawal. He said sorry for the misunderstanding that it is X60 so i needed to meet the 1200.00 playthrough, now i wonder if i met that would they give me another figure even higher to meet? I know that casinomeister doesn't recommend this site, with all the problems they have, (thank goodness i didn't deposit) but do i have any complaint here or should i just shrug my shoulders and forgot about the 200.00 that i won fair and square? any input would be appreciated!! thanks:mad:
 
I played there once when they sent a try us out ND, hell i have recieved 2 more since, saying we miss you, with another 20.00 coupon, i have never even deposited there lol, the slots seem childish and are no fun at all, i always like to try these new ones out, some turn out good and others bad, i tried Jackpot Capital out like that and they have become a keeper for me, so you never know about these new casinos coming out till you check them out for yourself.

I would stay away from this casino imo, unless they pay you and you like the games, i just have a really bad gut feeling about them..........laurie

Did you get a copy of the chat transcripts you had with Daniel? If you were told you met the WR and could cash in, the situation should not all of a sudden change and they should honor what you were originally told by the casino rep..
 
This is an almost exact match for another complaint. Again a free chip, and support saying yes WR met, then no it wasn't. THEN there was a load of BS once it was finally agreed that WR was met.

The purpose of the ND chip is to try out the product, which should INCLUDE the quality of CS. Sadly, it is only when you WIN from one of these that you get to REALLY test the full service.

Clearly, here it is lacking to the point of looking "scammy". Imagine getting this BS on a DEPOSIT bonus.

They have not even begun the "documents needed" bit yet:rolleyes:
 
Is this worth pursuing, can i still request my chat from support? Please help!!!

Most live chats give you the option to have the chat transcript mailed to you when the chat ends. I dont no about getting it from customer service, at this point it seems as if they dont want to work with you on this cashin.

the chat didn't give me the option, when i hit end it dissapeared, i just went and asked live chat if i could get the transcripts, he said he would have management send them to me. When he said that i said, "don't you need my username?" he said no. STRANGE whenever i go :confused:onto live chat they always ask me for my username? :confused:

I am sure knowing these kind of places that it is totally useless to request that transcript. Once the same thing happened to me at Prism casino, that is they told me the wrong info about wagering status first, and then they corredted it saying they apologize, after my withdrawal was pending for a week. And nothing could be done but continue playing... If I were you I would try to meet the 1200x WR and request a new withdrawal just to see what their reaction will be. It would be interesting to see.
 
I have played a $20 no deposit bonus, it clearly states 40x playthrough, which is $800-I cleared that and then cashed out-same thing they never asked me how I would like my money and days had passed....
Then today I asked again, and he suggested i open a quicktender account because that is how they pay there cashouts...so I proceeded to do so, only to find that quicktender is not available to me here in Canada-so went back to chat-then he said moneybookers would work-they also said they do not pay by check at all- I have kept 2 chat sessions with them
I don't expect to get paid-lol-he laso told me that they were very busy:lolup: they only had 95 users online when he told me that-chat also left the session several times while i was tyrying to get some answers

If I remember right Eldorado Palace has a few really, REALLY weird terms, dont feel like searching for them now, but it was something like if you cashout a part of your winnings, you're not allowed to play with the remaining balance.:what::confused:
 
I tried a free chip from them for 200, had to say I was totally sick of their games by the time I was down to 175. Uninstalled and have tried to put this experience behind me, however now they just keep sending the spam, day in, day out, day after day, after day.
