I just read the whole saga and laughed lots... I wonder how bad this liscense was doctored... does the OPA have anyone who has dishonest tendencies like me on their team? I've played with a few images before.. never for monetary gain though... as well as spotted some graphical fakes in my time... wonder if they need anyone who has experience as a bs artist on their team?

Has the "underage" guy provided the OPA with permission to get the information from the appropriate DMV? This just gets "curiouser and curiouser".
