Colosseum group back to its old tricks

To read this thread i am totally sickened, of all the casinos groups i have played at, VIP lounge has been my favourite by far.

however a couple of weeks ago i had the same thing happen, but i decided to try and reslove the issue with casino but after constant stonewalling by them i contacted the rep on here who resolved the matter for me.

as i thought the thing was an abberation in their customer care i decided to keep the matter private, but to learn that this has happened before and has happened since completly disgusts me.

once is an accident, twice is unlucky, any more than that then it must be deliberate.

the thing that completley galled me at the time was that i was told to send "the email" back to them to prove that i had been sent it in the first place, because people were falsely claiming the promo. the indication from the CS and silence i recieved from them was enough to give me the impression that they suspected me of this.

this i found particularly offensive because as i have already said VIP lounge have always been my favourite group, and for this reason i had always made an effort to make sure my play there could never be construed as a bonus abuse or fraudulent. part of this measure was to never take part in the 10%/20% bonus promos that DIDNT require the bonus to be doubled, i have been sent these on many occasions but i never took part in them because the VIP rep on here said that is the most commmonly abused promo from them. I have 10k sat in my neteller account and i could have taken them to the cleaners anytime i wanted, but i never did because that is not my nature.

the offer i was sent was a VIP customer offer, which i thought was a reward for my good play & losses at the casino, the thing that reinforced this was that the VIP offer was for the account that had registered my heaviest losses at their group (in fact the heaviest loss i have on any account i hold anywhere,i never been a VIP anywhere else, so if i was going to be made one, then it would make sense that it would here).

Now this is the thing that bothers me, i hold accounts at 8 of their casinos, yet the VIP offer came to me on this one, yet i was apparently sent it by accident, so for it to come on the account i have my worse losses at leads me to believe that there was some premeditation in this.

its been 2 weeks since this has happened and i no longer recieve any promos from this group, which i use to receive on a regular basis at weekends. this only reinforces my view that they consider me a bonus abuser. so as far as i am concerned i am never going to play at this group ever again because if this is how my loyalty and fair play is rewarded then i dont want to know.

p.s. for the record i have just checked the account to which i referred above and its not as grim reading as i thought, as i haven't lost as much as i thought due to winning on their impossible sign-up bonus and having this high roller bonus which they reluctantly credited, without these 2 payouts my losses would have been substantial.
