I really like to play at Club Euro Casino

Seriously, i'm suprised, how good service they have.

They really care, even i had bad luck recently,
i feel like i'm winner there.
And i'm not naive... this industry have too much "bad apples"
...like you know!

Am i just affiliate who try to promote them... well yes and no.
I don't use thei banner, aff-links, etc anywhere (currently),
but i just want to share my opinion, because i like their style and standars.

I guess they are/were first, who had/have RTG Euro, Pound and Dollar casino/accounts

(ClubEuro, ClubUsa, ClubUK and their mainsite ClubWorldCasinos.com)

Do i recommend: yep

I just appreciate good CS, that is important to me.

Hmmm, never heard of them. I'll have to check them out. Your comment about being affiliated with them does raise questions, after all, as the title of this section states, "this is no place for ads or cloaked promos. Shills and spammers beware!"

Shame they called themselves ClubEuro etc. I could not help thinking "Club Dice!".
If they are based in the UK, or have an office here, they will probably keep up the standards, but I have not had any experience of them. It will take more than one recommendation to assure me that they are "A1" overall.

An RTG in UK and no hassles would be a good catch.

What are they like when you win with bonuses, still A1 support, or Z9.

I think there are too much those "bad apples" nowadays, really!

I don't adraid to say aloud, if i get good service without BS, etc.
Also, i don't afraid to say aloud, if they lie, cheat or whatever ...someday.

Few years ago, there was dozens casinos, where i played regularly.

I played at ClubUsa and had no problems.
Money in Neteller the next day.

I do not play there now as all the VP paytables are bad.

Same with me. I cashed once and the money was in my Neteller fast.

But just looking yesterday, I noticed they downgraded all the VP since last time I played, which was just last month I think. oh well.

Oh, and btw, I think the welcome bonus was sticky (phantom).

But anyway, I had a good experience with them. No problems. :thumbsup:

They are great. Btw, do like i did.
When i sent feedback to their management about min deposit (it was 20 Euro then), they change that to 10 Euro, like i asked.

tbh here, i opened an account at their uk site. i noticed when you sign up it was a sticky bonus, no problem i thought, i like black jack and play quite high stakes. so i might win here and be able to lose the bonus, with more than just my deposit left. i was quite shocked to see 10 was max bet on a hand:eek2: , anyway, i played black jack, then a little slots, then cashed out a nice profit:thumbsup: . then next day i get a phonecall off the cs saying well done on my win, i asked him why can you only play black jack at max to 10 a bet. he said, the more you play, the more limit they let you play at. i think this was a very good idea, because it stops the abusers playing the wagering very quickly at lets say 100 a hand. these guys have certainly done there homework. i also done the 2nd and 3rd deposits, and got the bonuses, played black jack and slots again, and cashed out more than the deposit after they took away the bonuses. they paid very fast, and support were very fast as well. so well done club world, keep up the good work:thumbsup:
 
Club USA Casino...

I opened an account at Club USA casino yesterday.

I took advantage of a 100% slots only bonus being offered... deposited $50 (so I had $100 to play with) using INSTADEBIT... "got lucky"... and cashed out $175... :) I was aware that the bonus was "sticky"... so I actually was cashing out for $125.

I received an e-mail from the casino cashier about 8 hours later... stating that I could not use INSTADEBIT as my method of withdrawal... as the casino was unable to process a withdrawal through INSTADEBIT.

I wrote back questioning this, and suggested that they contact INSTADEBIT to find out why they couldn't process my withdrawal through the same means I had used to deposit, as all the other casinos and sportsbooks I use that offer INSTADEBIT also process my withdrawals thought it.

Well... I was shocked at the speedy response I got from "Michael" at Club USA casino... he responded within 5 minutes...and said he would look into the problem with processing a withdrawal through INSTADEBIT.

I assumed this would take days or weeks... :rolleyes:

Well... I sure was pleasantly surprised... within FIVE MINUTES... he wrote back and said it was just an oversight and I could indeed receive my withdrawal through INSTADEBIT. What happened next was REALLY a surprise...

It was processed and sent (and confirmed) to my INSTADEBIT account ONE MINUTE from when I received his e-mail notifying me of him doing it.

Now THAT... is GREAT customer service. :thumbsup:

I think Club World Casinos will become one of the few RTG casinos that people can play at with confidence, if my experience with them is indicative of how they will run their casinos.

I am in 100% agreement! My first experience with Club USA was with Jason. From the moment that I first corresponded with him, I felt special. My first interaction with thier support was also with Michael. He addressed me by a user nickname that was not associated with my casino account at all. I was FLOORED! He told me how everyone knew who I was over there! Talk about majorly blushing by then! :o

I made a couple withdrawals, the 1st credited to my Neteller account within an hour and the 2nd within 30 mins! I have never experienced such a prompt payment for RTG.

Kudos BIG TIME to Club USA!

well i had great luck with this place too. I won $2,500 a week or so ago, and couldn't believe my eyes when just hours later my winngns was back in my Firepay account! I am still waiting 9 days from ClubDice on a withdrawal of $3,000. I will never play at a playtec casino again with that kind of wait period... especially when i have been playing there for about a year... i finally win a mere $3000 (yes, a small amount compared to what i have deosited there) and they make me wait 9 days to make sure my Firepay deposit clears... when i have deposited (embarassed to say how many times... but A LOT) and never once had a returned item or clearing problem... but this is why we learn. With ClubUsa, i made my firepay deposit, won, and cashed out... and the money was in my firepay account immediately.. that was amazing!

i did win $9,600 last night, but was told i now have to wait 3 weeks for the money to be divided up between the 3 weeks... I am hoping Michael can do something about it.... we'll see.

anyway, that's my experience.. i love the slots...

As you can see, I haven't posted here much, but read the forums everyday. I just wanted to add another "job well done" to Club World Casino. I made a small deposit to try them out, and got lucky, and made my first withdrawal with them today, which went off without a hitch...money was in my Neteller account in a few hours.:thumbsup: This may be my new favorite RTG casino!
 
Never let it be said that 'word of mouth' advertising doesn't apply to online casinos... I've been looking for another RTG casino to play. I uninstalled SciFi months ago, and even though I get along qute well with INetBet, I just haven't been able to hit anything there in ages.

I downloaded and signed up at ClubUSA last night, sent them an email asking to clarify a couple of things for me (plus I do this to check out a casino's CS), received a reply a few hours later.

I'm going to make my first deposit this a.m. (probably $50). I am still debating with myself over whether to take the 100% sign up bonus. T&C are decent, but on the down side there's the $2000 max cash out limit on the coupon. (Not that I've ever hit anything near that big at an RTG casino, but if I ever did, it would be while playing under a max cash out rule. :rolleyes: ) On the up side, I can play BJ (which I rarely do) and VP if I so choose.... Decisions, decisions....

Let's all have a cuppa java while I think about it.... And if anyone wants to chime in with thoughts on whether I should take the bonus, I'm all ears. :D
 
I took the bonus, played VP and slots. They both ate me up in record time. Seems I still suffer from chronic CHS (Can't Hit Shit).

A nice gentleman from Club World has just phoned me to welcome me to the casino and to tell me they have 24/7 CS should I need them.

I will have to try them. They have become sponsors at GoneGambling recently, and would appear to offer the ability to play more than just slots with the bonuses, even if they are sticky.

I will examine the T&C though.

One drawback is the support, despite being supposedly based in the UK, where I am, phone support is premium rate, whereas the US get FREE phone support - I find this rather odd:confused: Makes me think they don't value UK players, but bend over backwards for US players. I have seen a few casinos that offer free support to US and normal rate support for the UK, but PREMIUM RATE? - It is actually much cheaper to phone the USA than phone their UK support - ridiculous! I will have to see if they have the "call me back" option that some others have.
 
Got the first signup bonus and went for $10 bets most of the time . And wagering cleared pretty fast . High point was $250 . But a stream of bad luck got me down to $0 . No chance to try a cashout .

Threw another $50 inside and got it up to $60 after wagering my initial deposit . So requested for a cashout to see how's its like .

Anyway , while i was playing , Dan made a call to me to welcome me to the casino . I have never been treated like that in a casino before . Makes me feel like a KING :thumbsup:

Guess you need to play more often there .They wanted to be more familiarised with their customers . After a few deposits and withdrawals , my limits has been raised to $250 which looks to be the standard limits around the casinos .

However , quality customer service is still needed . Made an enquiry about my withdrawal on the chat a few days ago and they were even so kind to send an e-mail back to assure me that they would make sure the cashier gets words of in once the person in charge steps into the office .

And a few hours of waiting for a cashout isn't that bad isn't it ? :thumbsup:

yes but at extreme i just send an email "request istant withdrawl" or "request 20% cashback " if i loose and in 2-5 min everything has been done... i really don't chat with 'em but the customer is quick as an f-16 eheh

Well, I deposited again and was lucky enough again to withdraw even with the tight wagering limits. Maybe they'll raise my limits now ...

I will say that Club USA has to have one of the fastest withdrawal times if you use NETeller. Three withdrawals have now gone through in less than 24 hours, and sometimes within 12. They also haven't made me send in a faxback form.

No, it's not "instant", but we're talking pretty darn close. :thumbsup:

I am really pleased to see that this casino is getting the praise that it truly deserves.
I have been playing at Club UK casino for quite a while now and the support is top notch, very friendly and really nice to just chat to.
Withdrawals are done very quickly and I enjoy the games too so its all in all a great place to play. :thumbsup:
 
Usually cashins take hour or two (or more)... or if there is weekend, then little longer.

But i just checked my recent cashins and i saw that my all cashin was processed and paid within 2 minutes or less :thumbsup:
