Thank you for the email. Normally it takes only 3 days but this time it takes longer for some reason. When this happens, what is very rare the money will reach at some point but it might come back and if this will happened then we will re-send it via QT or eWallet. So you know we are chasing up the payment, I hope it will be sorted as soon as possible.

This is what I woke up to in my email today. This ACH transfer was supposed to be sent February 22. On March 2nd they tell me it was actually transferred February 24. Now today they tell me it is not transferred and I will have to wait and then pick another withdrawal method. If I use ewallet will cost me 30 dollars to get my $365 payout. I am so not happy after waiting all this time. I will never play at Clubworld again.

True, QT will charge you $30 but you would have also had your money in your bank account by now too and would not be posting about ClubWorld not paying, which is also IMO a bit over the top since we do know that ClubWorld does pay and they pay fast!

Obviously they don't pay fast as I have been waiting since February 22nd, and have been told every day that "it should be there" and obviously it never has been.
 
With the currect climate in the U.S. I think if we play online we all have to suck it up and pay the fees. It really isn't as if they "don't" want to pay, they are at the mercy of the processors. At least there still is an option for the moment. :rolleyes:

There is always the option of not gambling :D
 
I do think of that every time I deposit and get killed in 15 minutes or less, however, I have been called a die hard:lolup: (or, more appropriately a stubborn ($#%^&):D

They pay, it is the processors that cannot get through to your choice of withdrawal so it was returned back to the casino for redistributing.

It should have been but through no fault of the casinos , the processing of withdrawals is by an entire other entity..The casino only knows what they are told also.

Should you choose the withdrawal that is slower, then it is understandable that the casino will not know if it hasn't cleared...because in their processing, they have "SENT" it to be processed...so on their end it has cleared...

When I withdraw to QT, it is within 1 -2 days showing up from most casinos..I happily pay the $30 each and every time I withdraw from QT knowing I will have the funds in my bank account within 3 days..the $30 is very cheap for peace of mind..

I do not withdraw small sums from QT..because then I will have to redeposit it again and get hit with more charges so I wait until I get it high enough to make it worthwhile and leave a few dollars to play with..

I just made a withdrawal from QT this morning and it is already being "processed"

This is the price we have to pay in the USA to be 99.9% guaranteed we get our monies..JMO.

That is what it states on my qt account. So not sure how you have it in your bank in 1-3 days. My choice of ACH got it to my bank account in 1 -2 days, so that was much faster, and not charged fees. However on Qt I apparently paid 30 dollars to casino to process and another 30 dollars to qt to send to my bank account. So I don't see how that is a good deal.
I asked about my ACH several times since it was supposed to have been processed. I was told the money was somewhere between "our bank and your bank" and told everyday that it should be there. Apparently it never made it anywhere near my bank.
