Clubworld group- paying slower?

Well, glad I found this post. I had a withdrawal approved March 7th and no payment....So, guess I will just have to wait for my wire...Glad to hear they are going thru!!! I was getting a might worried!!

krystalkitty, Mine was approved on the 7th as well so it will be interesting to see who gets paid first.

Waiting a month for payment from CW casinos is not the norm and after readying the "reps" response(Tom), it appears to be a similar issue that Rushmore experienced when wires were either confiscated or blocked by the u.s. bank receiving them.

this is not a good situation. If I had a cashin over 30 days, I would ask my money be returned to my account so I could select an alternate method of payments.

These casinos need to understand that when a player deposits money and the casino received that money, they are obligated by their own terms and conditions to pay the player their winnings. If the processor they contract with has problems paying those winnings, it is their problem, not the players. They need to pay the player while they attempt to get their processor to return the money to their casino bank account.

Period. If casinos are unable to do this or unwilling to meet their obligations, then they need to stop taking deposits from the U.S. or any other country they are experiencing processing problems with.

And, I was going to deposit at CW but now I am chating with support to determine whats going on.

Support says they have stopped ACH but checks no problems.

Also said "SOME" of the ach's have been reprocessed via wire but that wire is not an option for new withdrawals. Doing this only to get players whose ach didn't go through.

Chat support response to problems paying players........

STuart" that is correct withdrawal processed around the beginning of march have been delayed and alot of players are waiting this is why we have stipped the ach withdrawal method for the time being

Stuart: some of the delayed ach have been re-processed as wire transfers but this is as a one off for players ffected so is not an actual option for all

Stuart: if necessary they will all be re-processed through another option but i cannot give a timescale as it would just be a guess, all i can say is that the management and cashiers are working constantly to resolve the issue

these are quotes from my chat 3/28 at 12:28am with Stuart.

even if checks are being processed without issue, I don't plan to deposit anytime soon.

I'd be doing moneybookers. I've wd'ed from three different groups this week (bet365, nordicbet and intercasino) all using moneybookers and i got my funds in under 24 hours; I just wonder if Buzzluck is as speedy with MB and withdraws

not an option for u.s. players.

The whole group facing US players is affected. Buzzluck included. Update: Still nothing as of yet from Clubworld or Buzzluck. Brights side of all this is I went and played the ponies and made a nice withdrawal and it has already hit my checking account...can anyone say..FAST! Got some monies to go to the landbased casino this weekend and get all the frustration out of waiting for casino funds to show up.

.

Just checked account again and it shows wired funds have been received for 2 items from the first of March. Thank you.

So ... you've got what is due you or no? Sorry, details got lost in the shuffle.

Hi All,

Hopefully the end of this situation is now in sight.

The ACHs payments that were re-processed by Wire are now arriving and our investigations have uncovered another group of ACH payments that will not complete, these have been credited back to the casino for reprocessing via one of our alternative methods.

If you have not received the funds either in your casino account or by Wire please send me a PM and I will make sure this is resolved for you quickly.

I would like to thank you all for your patience while we worked to resolve this mess and apologise once again for these delays in getting the funds to you.

Regards
Tom

IMO players should not deposit at the CW group as their situation is starting to resemble the Rushmore Groups problems with payments. I have played and been vip at CW for over 5 years now, but based on players comments I have stopped depositing at the group.

Seems there are now few RTG's able to pay timely and the number of casinos to play at is slowly diminshing. Unless they can find a way to pay on a timely basis or a new e-wallet opens, IMO we are near the end of being able to play, win and get paid timely.

It may be over if things don't change soon and that will likely mean that players from other Countries might start seeing slow payouts or non-payment as the revenues of the casinos dramatically decline do to the loss of U.S. deposits.

Got paid

On day 23 MY withdraw left the cashier and the next day it was in my bank. I received a note from the manager that they were having a problem with the withdraw method I chose and I tried another and sent a note to the manager. I'm trusting this will not happen again. I'm not sure why they seemed to be jerking me around a bit though. I have a few withdraws pending for a few days now and am paitentialy waiting to see what happens. I've received no e-mails about pending withdraws however. I'm caustiously optomistic however.

It's how Rushmore started out, but when the problems were solved, they just happened again within days, and this just kept on repeating itself.

You appear to have given Rushmore the benefit of the doubt for some while, yet seem keen to savage CWC at the first sign of a "Rushmore like" payment issue:confused:

For over a year, the advice has been to NOT deposit at Rushmore, yet at CWC this is the first real delay they have suffered at the hands of the processing scene in the US. They have already identified the next group of payments that will fail, and are already taking action, whereas Rushmore would keep quiet and wait for players to start asking questions, and even then they will initially be fobbed off with "wait another xx days".

Only time will tell. If CWC manage to keep payments going with minimum delay for a couple of months, then this is NOT the start of a stalling tactic, nor the sign of serious problems, it is simply the sign that one processing route has been closed down. US players might want to hold off for a while, but these problems should not spread to players elsewhere, and so they can play normally knowing the next delay is just down to Easter (4 day weekend), rather than a sign of things to come.

This is NOT the first time on delays due to proccessers..Its been going on since last year...and slowly getting worse..in the usa

OK, something to keep an eye on. Rushmore seem to have far worse problems, but a spread to other casino groups should be a warning to all US players that recent tightening of enforcement is beginning to bite.

If CWC are suffering to this degree, it could be disaster for Rushmore players who have always suffered the worst and most persistent problems of this nature.

It seems other RTG groups are suffering similar problems, so this is something that is spreading beyond Rushmore and even CWC.

This is what I meant on getting worse,,Not that CW is not doing there best,as others are..It is getting harder and harder for them..I do believe,,Sooner or late we've got to say enough is enough..and not worth the hassle

not getting better

Well it is not getting better at Clubworld. I was very surprised and unhappy. I have had a withdrawal pending since Saturday the 31st and it is still not processed. Now they say should be tomorrow, but yesterday said should be today, so now I will be waiting at least 4 days for it just to be processed. Somehow that does not seem right when they manage to take the money from my account in one day. I have requested paymycard, but the problem is their cashiers have not even processed it. So I end up waiting 10 days or more to get the funds I requested while they get my funds in no more than 2 days. Very frustrating and if they are having issues, like stated by Tom earlier this month in this post, then they have an obligation to contact the people waiting and tell them so, not just leave them to deal with rude customer service reps who basically tell you to F off, you'll get it when we get around to it. Send emails to manager but never receive reply there either. Guess I am just going to quit, because this is way too frustrating.

Yup. Much better off at V1rtual sl0ts of Vegas

I just had to wait 5 days for a skrill cashout at CW. Not impressed.
