Hi folks,
Just wondering how long ClubWorld (Club UK Casino, specifically) takes to payout via Neteller? Does anyone have any experience with them?

I signed up on the 22nd, made a deposit of 50, had a win or two and ended up on 114 flat, which I tried to withdraw (on the 23rd). On their website, it says that Neteller payouts take 48 hours. I know Christmas kind of got in the way, so when I saw that I could still reverse the withdrawal on the 26th, I went to support to see how long it would take.

Their answer: "It'll be processed tomorrow (27th)"

Nothing on the 27th, and I could still reverse it, so I head back to support.

Their answer: "It'll be processed tomorrow (28th)"

Still nothing. Just had to wait 10 minutes for an operator to turn up to the live chat so I could discuss it with him. I'm waiting for an email now. The conversation rolled like this...

Me: Requested a withdrawl to Neteller on the 23rd, have been told two days straight that it will be processed on the following day, but it is STILL sitting at Clubworld waiting to be processed. Why, please?

Dan: Hi Ken, how are you today?

Ken: Hi Dan, not bad thank you.

Dan: I am good thanks, can I ask which casino you are a member of.

Ken: Yes, I'm with Club UK Casino

Dan: ong give me a few mins to take a look,

Ken: ok

Dan: I will speak with the cashier and ask him if there is any problems

Ken: OK, thank you

Dan: I will then send you a email. has I need to give him a call at home.

Ken: Ok, that would be great.

Dan: no problems have a great day.

Ken: OK, thanks - you too.

What gives? Can anyone offer suggestions as to how long it should take? :) :)

And now they've deposited 51.00 into my Neteller account. No email from them, and my Casino account is empty.

I make that 63.00 missing by my calculations.

And I'm no rookie...I just expect a company to behave how they say that they're going to behave. If it's going to take 4 days, say "Neteller withdrawls will take 4 days." :)

Aha...seems the 50 welcome bonus has been removed, as well as 13.00 of winnings. Just trying to find out why now, given that the software stated that I had met the wagering requirements. In fact, I wagered 1,895.00 when I only had to wager 1,500.00. Back to support...

Aaaaaand as I make my request it seems that I'm a fool. :)

Non-cashable bonuses for the lose. :( Still, got my deposit back. How they work out what part of your winnings you won with bonus money, and what part you won with your deposit is beyond me.

Casinos generally have such a disconnect between customer service and their cashier/financial departments that when I was more actively playing, I didn't even really follow-up with a casino until they were 3 days or more past when they'd state I'd be paid.

There are of course a few exceptions to this rule that are able to get you answers right away. Club World might not be one of them, but overall they are about as reputable as you can get.

This is still wrong. A non-cashable bonus means just that, WINNINGS themselves, are of course CASHABLE. If you could not cash in winnings, what is the point in playing for real money?

This lot do really seem to be on the slippery slope to mediocrity - try 3Dice.

Most RTG and Playtech casinos have these non-cashable bonuses. Forget Playtech, they hate us Brits. MG have a more modest requirement of 30x bonus on slots, although some make it higher now. As well as this, bonuses are cashable.
Beware the pitfalls in the terms and conditions, read them well, even if NOT taking a bonus.

I notice the Club World rep was on line as recently as yesterday. I'll let them know about this thread and hopefully that will precipitate some input from them.

And reply they did! Basically it breaks down like this:

On the 23rd you deposited 63 and received a 63 bonus. After meeting the wagering requirement you requested a cashout of 114.

On the 28th (apologies made for the delay, the holidays and all that) the 63 of unredeemable bonus chips were removed and the remaining 51 cashout credited to your NETeller account.

Presuming that you were taking advantage of their "New Player Bonus" it does state in the bonus terms that it is "a play bonus and cannot be redeemed for cash or withdrawn."

Now I'm not a big fan of non-redeemable bonuses either but it is what it is and if that's the bonus you took then ... well, their accounting looks ok to me.

Ahem, the wagering of $1895 seems to tally with the WRs required ie (63+63) x 2 which equals $1890 so it seems that the player had actually deposited $63 instead of $50.

Actually, this SUB is probably one of the worst you can get. A 'phantom 100% bonus' with 15x deposit + bonus wagering requirements and you are not even allowed to play most table games. You would be lucky just to break even.

No, the worst is from Playtech.

The Playtech SUB at Windows casino carries a 50x D+B WR, with a long list of excluded games. It is also a Phantom bonus. Even existing player bonuses carry 50x WR, however the more restrictive slots only bonuses carry only 12x WR.
The average CASHABLE MG bonus carries 15x D+B (for 100%) on slots, but is weighted to 150x D+B for Video Poker and Blackjack, and WR can be 5x greater than this for the games of Classic Blackjack and All Aces VP.

Prime casino has 40X D+B for slots on it's SUB (80xB under EZBonus system)
