Club World - Still waiting on an ach withdrawal

Club World

I am waiting for a ACH from High Noon which was also approved on June 3rd and nothing yet. Said that they are 100% sure that I will be paid. Hope so because it is a large amount. I won the Random Jackpot there and this was the first part of my withdrawal from that. The second withdrawal I did by check and received it in 3 days.

I used check by courier this past week and it arrived within 5 business days. HOwever, I am now going to be on vacation and have won at Aladdin's Gold. So since I won't be at home to receive check, I requested ACH for this next withdrawal.

I queried support about timeframes for ACH as of today and was told that they switched to another processor and they are back to their more typical 5-7 business days from date of approval.

I reminded them that my last experience was 10-12 business days and they told me that things have improved since then, due to change in processors.

FWIW, I believe them.

Diane, I believe in the other CWC payment thread a few people posted they had their ACH cashout within 5 days (for those processed after the first two weeks of June) so things are back to normal it seems. It was certainly a processor issue and CWC were 100% on the level about it the whole way.

@abby - You can expect to wait 14-21 days as your cashout was done via the old processor, and there is nothing the casino can do I'm afraid. It will arrive but it will be delayed so expect it next week I would think.

good to hear. The delays are frustrating, but we are all getting paid.... just need to be patient. Doesn't come easy for me either.

This particular instance was because by the time the check would arrive we will be gone on a family vacation for 10 days. I didn't want the check in the mail -- would rather see it automatically deposited in my account.

Since it appears they are using a new processor, it appears time lines are back to more normal expectations of 5-7 business days. Good enough for me.

Only frustration is the usual, that I win big on Friday and have to wait until Monday for any approval process to begin. But a win is a win.

Still waiting too

Hi,

I am also waiting for an ACH that was approved on the 7th of June.

The thing that gets me, is the casino has not even bothered to respond to my e-mail. The only info I have been able to get on this matter is thru the other forum I belong to.

I know ClubWorld casino group has always been great and reliable, but, I think they have really dropped the ball this time.

I have done payroll, (if they are doing it like payroll, like twice a month, which is one thing I had heard they were doing) including direct deposits.......... there is no way they cannot know where the funds are for these players.

Assuming they have contact with the bank in question(I would hope so) they should be able to find out exactly where each withdrawal is and when it will be sent.

In my opinion, there is no excuse for such shoddy support. Lack of communication is intolerable.

I always received a response to when I emailed the cashier - cashier@highnooncasino.com. Sometimes it took a day or two but I always received a response.
