Oh Dear!

I have just received today's mailer, the coupons are fine, but what about the terms & conditions?

Recently, the mailers had links to the wrong terms & conditions, but now they don't provide a link at all:confused:

Are we supposed to guess?

Marketing need a good kick up the a***!

Are Club World and Club USA the same casino?

Yes, Club World is the brand, and they run portals in three currencies, the US Dollar, UK Pound, and the Euro.
RTG software does not support multi-currency, so three separate casinos are needed to accommodate the three currencies. Promotions tend to be identical at all three outlets.

It is not so much the coupons, but the complete lack of clarity as to T & C. After this was raised last month, with the links to T & C pointing to those for an earlier promotion, this has been "rectified" by not including ANY T & C whatsoever.
In this case, the coupon is 50%, but

1) Up to what amount?
2) What games allowed (slots only is implied though).
3) What dates & times is the offer valid for?
4) What is the WR on D+B?

1) Is answered when entering the coupon in the software, but 2) is only answered when a deposit has been made, and is of the order of 20x D+B from past experience.

Unanswered is the question of max cashouts from any Random Jackpot, a subject of much debate between the forum members and the Club World rep.

Clicking on the two links in the mailer either initiate a download or present the FLASH login page. I can see no way of reaching the T & C for this promotion, so it has been binned.

If they want to tempt me back, they need to do better than this. So far, these offers look just as "dodgy" as those from Virtual with their lack of information as to terms.

I complained to them last month about the link to outdated promos. It is also annoying to receive weekly e-mails welcoming you to the casino. I know I havent deposited but there is simply no need to send me the welcome e-mail every week stating the same things over and over again.

I would imagine it is in the order of 20X D+20*B as you suggest though obviously the T&C's should be clearly layed out with every promotional email.
Personally their WR is an insult on bonuses of 50% and less, even on a 100% bonus 40*WR for D+B is high.
A $50 deposit with a $17.50 bonus (35%) demands a WR of $2700 so basically you have to risk your $50 deposit 54 times just for the sake of a $17.50 bonus.
Doesn't sound that tempting when you see it in those terms does it?
As I have said before a very disingenuous promotion that does the Casino's Rep more harm than good.
Either give decent bonuses or scrap them completely is MO.
Oh and don't give me any of that "But a player does not need to take a bonus BS either"
Little Old ladies do not need to be conned out of their money either, if only they were a little smarter and more with it, do you see?

Thanks VWM,
Because of this thread I thought I would go back and try them as they could not surely be as bad as I remembered.
Well over 1000 spins cleopatra=zero features and the usual <75%
Something I have never managed at Bodog in the hundreds of hours and many thousands of spins on this slot.
Infact I reckon I average a feature about every 800 spins at clubworld compared to around 160 at Bodog.
It was quite amusing after a while watching the reels rest every time two pyramids came in :p
Why you would want to go back there VWM I have no idea.

You know I'm just kidding about blaming you though.
Anyone else played cleopatra tonight going for the RJ at Clubworld?
How did it play?

I wanted to add my 2 cents about Club USA. I've always liked them and felt like they run a fair game. I also think they need to clear up the confusion about the bonus terms on the daily specials.
I was a little put out with them a few weeks ago because I sent emails and I didn't get a response inquiring about the cash back bonus from Wednesday specials they sometimes run. I then contacted the rep via here and he did put something in my account for my trouble and he also said that he'd look into why my emails hadn't been answered but I didn't hear anything back. I will say he was very helpful and very cordial. A couple of months ago I inquired via chat about gaining access to a certain payment method. I was told they would email me the information.....they didn't. I then contacted the rep via here and he emailed me a very nice and cordial email and said he would be getting back with me about it. I then got an email just saying they would be offering invites for it in the next few days from the general casino mailbox, but no follow up about that either. Like most everyone on here, it concerns me when someone doesn't do what they say they will. Please don't tell me you'll do something then I never hear from you again.

I've also noticed that some of the links on their promotions page are very outdated. For example the newletter link. It says September but if you click on the links they are either empty or outdated (from July) information. For me, it lacks professionalism to have information on your website that is outdated or not clear.

The Holy Grail... A casino that offers a fair game, has excellent customer service, pays as fast as they take bets, etc. Is there some secret creed amongst them that says, 'Thou shalt not do all these things or you will make another casino look bad." ???

Our greatest fear is not that we are inadequate,
but that we are powerful beyond measure.

It is our light, not our darkness, that frightens us.
We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant,
gorgeous, handsome, talented and fabulous?

Actually, who are you not to be?

3Dice. Not much to add to it.
