Other thing i wanted to ask cw players is this. Past 15 deposits and yet within 2 weeks i have been playing i notice that the rj never changes i log out of that game go back in hour or so later and it is at the same amount. Its almost like im on a wheel that turns but nothing happens. Not only that i had a few games that i had the same spin 4 times. Back to back now what are those odds. If they paid something anything wouldnt of been so bad but 0 on them all.
Same position and so i kept track of a few other games and noticed a lot of the same issues.
If NO-ONE is playing in that hour, the RJ will NOT increase.
If enough players feel the same way as the OP, it would follow that fewer players would play.
Individual RTG's can adjust their Video Poker paytables, so wouldn't it be a fair assumption they can also adjust their slots house edge? I don't know why they would have done so at the risk of losing loyal players, but it certainly seems like an RTG operator would have this ability.
It's true, as well as fair. The ranges are between approx 92% and 98%, although many RTG casinos stick to 95%. What is NOT known is whether they can also adjust the VARIANCE. If the VARIANCE was increased, the slot would pay more out in the rarer bigger wins, but will fewer small wins that give you the playtime on most small deposits. Not all slots are the same variance, even if they look like they are.
I agree Lauram
I use to played at CW several times. I stopped for awhile and then I tried it again months later and their playtime is terrible. Even though they dont have control over the RJ, it is still their responsibility to make sure its fixed no? I dont feel your statement was unfair either
It is certainly their responsibility to deal with the issue, although it is the responsibility of RTG to supply software that works. Since players have no channel to complain to RTG about software issues, the casinos with software problems must accept it falls to them to deal with this.
One thing that should always be tried once if all else fails is to reinstall the casino, even thpugh this is not often the solution, it can sometimes work because major upgrades, such as the completely new RTG lobby, have a habit of being too "radical" a change to cleanly install over the top of the old version.
I have a problem too, the slot "Sherlock Holmes" no longer works. When I try to load it, it produces "cannot connect to server". THis slot is also part of the set of 5 that RTG RENAMED during this upgrade, and I strongly suspect this is behind the problem. For example (Club World); the menu STILL lists "Rapunzel", yet the slot that loads is now "Roberta's Castle". Maybe the "pointers" to the server have not been updated with the new slot names, and thus point to nothing, and thus produce errors.
I can forgive Club World for the odd bad session though, since I gave them a bl00dy good hiding last year
....and another lesser one more recently
Funnily enough - "Lauren" has now fallen out of love with me
