Is it just me or has any other player noticed a difference in their play time with this casino. Not only do I see spins that are put onto auto play for 50 and you only win on 2 hits time and time again. They also seem to play much different since their upgrade. Im sorry club for me it isnt the fact of losing another deposit as much as the fact how disappointing a casino now can be. Nothing lines up, comes close or even for that fact no features bonus rounds and if you do they pay nothing. Dull boring and sorry a casino that i will be deleting from my computer.

yup

Seems this way with most of the RTGs for me though, not just them. I'm giving them a break. I'll play Rival, and Wizard for a while. For some reason I can play a little bit longer on these with small deposit.

I wish the playtime was like it used to be, i noticed a change when they launched Aladdins, after that it seemed to go downhill for me, last time i had my stats done , i was at 56% and have the email stating so.

Tom and staff run a top notch casino imo but like you i have seen a change in the playtime, it could just be our sorry ass luck, so they say:eek:...........laurie

Club World

Hiya. Since they upgraded their software, i Crash the first time i try to play Roulette, EVERY TIME. Every Day. After rebooting my PC, the 2nd try is fine, and all other log in's during the day are fine. It only happens here, and no place else. Since i record all data, the sequences are still the same to me.

Other thing i wanted to ask cw players is this. Past 15 deposits and yet within 2 weeks i have been playing i notice that the rj never changes i log out of that game go back in hour or so later and it is at the same amount. Its almost like im on a wheel that turns but nothing happens. Not only that i had a few games that i had the same spin 4 times. Back to back now what are those odds. If they paid something anything wouldnt of been so bad but 0 on them all.
Same position and so i kept track of a few other games and noticed a lot of the same issues.

I hope you realize that the casino has nothing to do with the performance of the software. I think you're being rather unfair here.

Understandable to some point. But if it is the software and not the casino then why is it i have 9 other rtg casinos i play at. On all the others i can view the rj changing, i never have the same spin repeated, or stalled spins. Or one of my all time fav views from cw is all reels are stopped but middle reel is still spinning.
Only at cw to i see the back to back spins landing in the same play area not at the other rtg. casinos. So this is why i am asking others have they noticed there is a issue.

Individual RTG's can adjust their Video Poker paytables, so wouldn't it be a fair assumption they can also adjust their slots house edge? I don't know why they would have done so at the risk of losing loyal players, but it certainly seems like an RTG operator would have this ability.

I agree Lauram

I use to played at CW several times. I stopped for awhile and then I tried it again months later and their playtime is terrible. Even though they dont have control over the RJ, it is still their responsibility to make sure its fixed no? I dont feel your statement was unfair either

If NO-ONE is playing in that hour, the RJ will NOT increase.

If enough players feel the same way as the OP, it would follow that fewer players would play.

It's true, as well as fair. The ranges are between approx 92% and 98%, although many RTG casinos stick to 95%. What is NOT known is whether they can also adjust the VARIANCE. If the VARIANCE was increased, the slot would pay more out in the rarer bigger wins, but will fewer small wins that give you the playtime on most small deposits. Not all slots are the same variance, even if they look like they are.

It is certainly their responsibility to deal with the issue, although it is the responsibility of RTG to supply software that works. Since players have no channel to complain to RTG about software issues, the casinos with software problems must accept it falls to them to deal with this.
One thing that should always be tried once if all else fails is to reinstall the casino, even thpugh this is not often the solution, it can sometimes work because major upgrades, such as the completely new RTG lobby, have a habit of being too "radical" a change to cleanly install over the top of the old version.
I have a problem too, the slot "Sherlock Holmes" no longer works. When I try to load it, it produces "cannot connect to server". THis slot is also part of the set of 5 that RTG RENAMED during this upgrade, and I strongly suspect this is behind the problem. For example (Club World); the menu STILL lists "Rapunzel", yet the slot that loads is now "Roberta's Castle". Maybe the "pointers" to the server have not been updated with the new slot names, and thus point to nothing, and thus produce errors.

I can forgive Club World for the odd bad session though, since I gave them a bl00dy good hiding last year:D ....and another lesser one more recently:D

Funnily enough - "Lauren" has now fallen out of love with me:rolleyes:

I know sometimes I hit and then there are times I bottom out. Lauram you had more luck than I have. Sometimes you can't win them all. Every other day you hit and I say to myself that is one lucky lady.:)

I hit every other day how i wish LOL. I had 3 cashouts out of 50 deposits and not from cw. And one of the cashouts from slotplus seems chat tells you it takes well over 2 weeks before they even attempt to look at it. I take it thats their way of having you reverse the funds to play. I think you are talking about laurie screenshots not mine

Yea I realized that, but anyway I won and I lost mostly lost. But you know what if you try not to focus on that big win, you will win. Just play because you enjoy it, don't play because you want instant money right away and that is how come you will lose. Trust me I know..I have been @ this casino where I sat next to this lady she was dropping hundred dollars after hundreds. She was not making any money all I did was rub her machine for luck and she was hitting. 300 hundred here and 400 there. She was so happy winning she dropped 100 dollars in my machine. I made at least 300 and got off the machine gave the woman a huge hug and we parted ways. See its karma you have to do it for fun, not try to make a quick buck..

you will have more bad runs than good ones......trust me ,no bull chit about it, i do far better when im playing for the enjoyment , i need to get back in that frame of mind again and quit looking for those damn random jackpots:eek:..................laurie

THOUGHT IT WAS JUST ME

I noticed a big change in payouts after the upgrade to the new lobby(which I hate). Also, they took away Sherlock Holmes, probably because it was paying too much, it was one of my favorites.

Also, no deposit bonuses amounts have decreased and not given as often for consistant players who have lost substantial amount of deposits. Too many new CS chat reps.

Jackpot pinata bonus rounds few and far between as with most slots:mad:

Something has changed and I have been playing there less and less.

I agree

also, 5 deposits there to, I gave them a wide berth for a week to see if any changes, and wala one bonus round, that was not worth hitting, $6.90 on $1 play.

Also if green light for example hasnt changed again, I will eat my hat. Its inevitable when we play at a site a lot we will see the differences.

No worries with me at all, playing for fun, but I at least like to have a little bit of time doing it, and im afraid I dont seem to even get that anymore.

Yes yes they are streaky as CS would say, but every time you happen to deposit in the month, you just happen to hit the bad streak, rather than the good? hmmm:confused:

Well! That explains a great deal!. The drop down menu STILL LISTS IT, but when I tried to play it I got "cannot connect to server" type errors. I also noticed that the 4 other slots released in the same batch were listed under the old names, but loaded under the new ones.
It looks like the upgrade has caused me to have a corrupted installation. I have not played since the error I had with Sherlock Holmes, as this is not the kind of thing that should be happening with casino software we are using on trust.
RTG have pulled quite a few of the slot games, but all the others were old ones. Sherlock Holmes was unique in being new. I saw no errors with it, and it hardly fitted the description of "paid out too much".
There has never been an "official" explanation as to why all this "funkiness" has surrounded those 5 new slots, but gossip has suggested that RTG didn't properly investigate copyright issues before they launched the games. Themed games have to be licenced by the owners of the branding used to make up the theme. Microgaming, for example, couldn't just put out "Tomb Raider", they had to agree a deal with Eidos first. Same goes for Crypto and Marvel, and more recently Playtech and Marvel.

well, i had not been playing at Clubs for a few months, deposited today and was pleasantly surprised. Played many games and got nice hits and bonus round on most of them... then some nice VP.
I play almost everyday but i rarely deposit at the same casino 2 days straight.

So may be its a good idea to take a break....

Today I launched the three RTG casinos I have installed to take the latest updates.

Rushmore and Inet had the games correctly renamed, however, although Club World no longer showed Sherlock Holmes as available, the drop down list was STILL showing the old names, as was the diagram to the right showing a picture and RJ counter. They do, of course, load under the new names.

The Club World update is adding the new games, but is simply not overwriting the renamed slots in the listings.

There still has been nothing said about why Sherlock Holmes was removed, rather than simply being renamed something like "Victorian Detective" in a similar manner to the other 4.

PS RTG can use my "Victorian Detective" idea for $10,000 :D

Im still finding cw running real different then the other rtg casinos for me.
To the point the other night i had my daughter inlaw come over with her laptop and she played along beside me same casino same games my rj ws much lower then hers for the same game. Her games moved and played much better then mine i would say 8 out of 10 spins paid 0 for me where as it was the other way around for her games.

That's really strange because i did not notice any difference. Also some RJs were changing really fast.

there is some info in this thread https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/sherlock-homes-rtg.28902/

I really miss that Aha! sometimes too.

I see, official view from Inet rep. Fine, but didn't the other four simply rebrand "on the fly" without being removed for an extended spell?

The bonus round was certainly unique to that slot, I do not know of another Real Series game handling it quite the same, although some are similar.

Perhaps RTG will learn from this, and not embarrass themselves in the future through not checking for possible copyright issues.

Funny though, RTG have acted on this issue but don't seem to give a rat's a$$ about obeying many other laws. If the US can't stop RTG, I'd bet the copyright owners could do nothing about it, and the violations seemed pretty minor, these are not the big modern brands with expensive lawyers at their disposal, and the copyrights may not even be universally accepted due to the rules about expiry 50 years after an author's death.

I am beginning to think a different issue might also be involved, as another thing all 4 games had in common was the use of a CHILDREN'S STORY branding theme, which would violate quite a few laws about making an adult hobby appeal to minors. Sherlock Holmes does not quite fit, however, it may have just as much appeal to children who have read the novels.
This, however, does not explain Tomb Raider and Marvel, which appeal to much older children, but still children nevertheless.
The UK some while ago banned certain kinds of labelling on some sweetened alcoholic drinks, so called "alcopops", because the cartoon style labelling was considered too attractive to underage drinkers.

Glitch???

Would someone please check the RTG paytable and verify the amount for this spin:

RealSeries slot: Mermaid Queen; .20/spin (20 lines)

Four ships on one payline during bonus round.

I got robbed according to my figures.

Thanks!
