Club World Casino not ......

I had same problem took a deposit 30 get 30 free spins coupon. Box wouldn't open. Went to live chat -- she was very nice -- took us about an hour of trying everything and nothing worked. I was then told by live chat to contact promotions department. I said why they will just say to contact tech support. The manager could not get it to work so I had them remove the coupon. Lost that 30 in about 3 min. haven't gone back. This was Lucky Red. Then this morning I get a email:

We wrote yesterday informing you of some technical problems that have affected the update and restoration of the ClubWorld database server. Today we have a further update.

Club World is currently still down, during the maintenance ClubWorld also received some unwelcome traffic in the form of a DDoS. This prevented the completion of the update and set us back in terms of bringing ClubWorld back online.

I would like to thank you in advance for your patience and understanding, as we work to combat this attack and keep the sites live with as little disruption as possible to both players and affiliate partners. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. We are doing everything we can to get Club World back online and will let you know as soon as it is.

On a positive note, our other 6 US friendly casinos are all up and running without issue. It's business as usual with Lucky Red, Aladdin's Gold, High Noon, Manhattan Slots, Buzzluck and All Star Slots.

They should not be sending these emails out. Not all of these casinos are working correctly. I don't mean to be a bitch Club world group is my favorite however how many bonuses and how much money are we gonna loose before all is fixed?

Still a customer just gonna play at buzzluck for awhile for that seems to be the only one that is truly working.
 
Havent tested Club World but Lucky Red is up and running where they have a new login format. What irks me is that in the promotions tab they greet you with a continual bonus of 35% and which is meager given the fact that the bonus is uncashable and the wrs are sky-high with table games contributing 0.1 or 0.15 to the dollar. Is this how CW greets its players after 3 weeks of inconvenience?

I just had problem on Lucjy red, When the free spins box came up it was blank. I exited out of casino came back in still blank box in way. Was able to navigate around box to the game with free spins, was able to play them with the box up in the way. After free spins the box that comes up to say what you won was also blank. I had to exit casino come back in and now box is gone.

Try this if your having a problem.

They should just take down free spins deposit so people don't have a problem.
 
Unable to Log In

Hi,

This is my first post here.

I've been unable to log into Club World Casinos for a week. The applications says unable to connect to the internet. Last Friday night when I went to play online I kept getting a message saying that it was unable to log me in. Last night I went to the site again and now I'm getting a message saying that the site is in maintenance mode. Just checked again and it still says the same thing. I deposited $150 bucks last week...lost most of it, but the $60 that's left, I would like to get that back....or at least be able to play.
 
I was told maybe in a day or two , can not even fathom the revenue they are losing , must be pretty bad issues they are trying to fix as I have never known them to be down this long in my playing history with them !

Did everyone get the email about the DDOS attack on ClubWorld?

It appears there was some type of attack or major malfunction, not sure about DDOS.

Seems a bit more severe than DDOS but if you got the email please share as it would shed light on the thread for sure!

PS - Maybe I missed it somewhere, not sure. :)

More a case of the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing. I suffered 3 weeks of inconvenience and was happy to be able to log in - only to find that you have suddenly excluded me from most promotions and installed a 35% continual bonus that is normally reserved for customers you don't treasure. As for the IP restrictions its your problem as I had been able to log in with no problems for several years prior to this.

Good news, things looking brighter this week! ClubWorld is BACK :thumbsup:

I can confirm that we are back, the casino client and flash player should work as expected. Unfortunately we are still working on Slot Tournaments and Mobile casino.

I would like to confirm that any customer who had their cash out pending before casino went offline will be paid today as long as the account is fully verified.

I hope you will enjoy playing again and we will leave the whole frustration behind.

Did anyone else have their deposits removed? I have an email stating they have removed all my credit card deposit options and if I want to play I will have to deposit via ecopay.

So this casino screws up, over charges me, refunds me and just decides to keep the credit cards removed? So the problem wasnt actually fixed?

This casino is on a downhill spiral.

I just checked your account and you requested self-exclusion some time ago so all of your accounts are locked apart from AllStar which we decided to keep active after mutual agreement.

I can see that you have been overcharged in the past however this was fixed as we sent the funds back to your card.

I'm really sorry to hear what you are saying however if someone would like to be self-excluded from the casino we will have to take appropriate action. Your AllStar account is open but we set some limits on the account and allowed you to use EcoPayz in order to make transactions.

I can assure all of you that we are operating as usual and no one is going downhill here.

Do you know if there are problems on the promotion page , when I go to open it , it will not open , rarely take the bonues but like to see them just in case ?

I had the same issue so the last few times I just played without a bonus. Hopefully the rest of the site will be up soon but I'm just so happy they are back! :thumbsup:
