AGAIN?

Well, just tried to get into CWC and I am getting an invalid password error. I KNOW my password.

So, I tried LuckyRed......... thought it was going to work but got a page not available error!

Maybe they should just close their doors!

So frustrated with their sites!

They are having issues again according to the girl I spoke with and also got a email this am regarding a small payout from 4/30 and they said it was due to banking holidays and should get it within 1-2 days at least Natasha took the time to contact me not visa versa.

I do not know just what is going on with CWG but there have been tooooo many snags and hiccups as of late , this is not their usual method of providing entertainment to the world as they promote. Please do not get me wrong , I heart CWG and all the staff , Simon, Stuart , Matt , Jane and others to many to mention but you can tell the frustration in their voices as they do care about the patrons and that means a lot to seasoned players.

We can only hope that any changes will be for the betterment , the Aladdins Gold front page looks amazing , so hats off to the design team.

Yes, I tried logging in around 6am and flipped out when my password wouldn't work. I was worried it had been hacked. Chat said "30 minutes and the updates will be done". Yep, still can't log in. I too am getting frustrated but like you I "heart" CWC so I am trying to be patient! I just worry because this is just so unlike them it makes you wonder what in the world is going on. I agree also that I'm hoping the changes will be great! Meanwhile I can't begin to imagine the money they are losing while this is all going on. :eek2:

I can assure you that our IT team and RTG is working hard to fix all of it. In regards to ClubWorld it was RTG scheduled maintenance which is taking longer than we expected for today. Te system should be back up in couple of hours.

I want also say that despite all the problems we running business as usual, offering best service we can and make sure that all customers are as less affected as possible.

We really hope that all will be back up to the right level as soon as possible.

We know the time this taken is far too long that we would wish for. We are hoping that ClubWorld will be back up and running in few hours, however I cannot promise for sure.

For affected customers I can advise to play in our sisters casinos for the time being (please see s signature).

Ok so now we are talking about problems with Clubworld since 4/21. Its been fully down for 2 full days now. What the heck is going on? For it to be down this long it has to be a major problem. What pisses me off most is I was making deposits right before it goes down, and then bam system down cant deposit anymore to try to win any money back. (I know...:p chasing losses is fun)

When downloaded I get the following.

Pop up error - ERROR X, Unable to communicate with casino. Please check your Internet connection or try again later. I hit the Ok button, it exits.

Hopefully this will be fixed soon for everyone, I'm sure they're trying but it appears to be a major glitch.

Is the non-download play out too? Admittedly I haven't read the entire thread.
 
Frustrated! So I deleted CW from my PC and left Lucky Red and All Star Slots intact as I was able to gain access and deposit at both with no problems. That was yesterday. Now Lucky Red doesn't work for me citing security problems. Its been a damn 2 or 3 weeks. You are running out of excuses Karolina. I am now off to delete Lucky Red now.

Oh really? One minute ago, I clicked into Lucky Red and there was a message: 'Access denied. Error code 16. Request was blocked by security rules. I had exchanged several pms with you over the past 2 weeks but the problems still persist.

This is not funny anymore.

Deposited $50 in High Noon yesterday morning and claimed the 66 free spin offer.

Guess what, the box where you claim the free spins won't load and I can't get into the casino at all. There sits my deposit and I can't even get back in to withdraw it.

Contacted CS immediately and got the uninstall, reinstall, firewall suggestions. As if I hadn't already done that. I cleaned and removed everything I could find that said HN.

So was told they would contact IT and for me to send in a screenie. Did that. Still can't get into the casino.

They need to either get it together or take the casinos offline until they get done with whatever they are doing because this sucks big time.

I know this is so very frustrating but, honestly, there is nothing we can do as players.

In all my years of playing on line, I have never seen such problems with any site.

I think the most frustrating part is if you are located in the USA. We don't have much of a choice.

I am sure that is a big part of why there are so many people pissed.

Personally, the last few days I haven't even tried their sister sites, fearing yet another crash/problem.

I had the same problem, you need to go to the Flash player, it's the only way I could do it. My free spin window wouldn't leave either. I just did in the Flashplay until my free spins were done, then went back to the Download version. I'm surprised they didn't tell you to do that.
 
I had same problem took a deposit 30 get 30 free spins coupon. Box wouldn't open. Went to live chat -- she was very nice -- took us about an hour of trying everything and nothing worked. I was then told by live chat to contact promotions department. I said why they will just say to contact tech support. The manager could not get it to work so I had them remove the coupon. They should not be sending these emails out. Not all of these casinos are working correctly. I don't mean to be a bitch Club world group is my favorite however how many bonuses and how much money are we gonna loose before all is fixed?

Still a customer just gonna play at buzzluck for awhile for that seems to be the only one that is truly working.
 
Havent tested Club World but Lucky Red is up and running where they have a new login format. What irks me is that in the promotions tab they greet you with a continual bonus of 35% and which is meager given the fact that the bonus is uncashable and the wrs are sky-high with table games contributing 0.1 or 0.15 to the dollar. Is this how CW greets its players after 3 weeks of inconvenience?

I just had problem on Lucjy red, When the free spins box came up it was blank. I exited out of casino came back in still blank box in way. Was able to navigate around box to the game with free spins, was able to play them with the box up in the way. After free spins the box that comes up to say what you won was also blank. I had to exit casino come back in and now box is gone.

Try this if your having a problem.

They should just take down free spins deposit so people don't have a problem.
 
Unable to Log In

Hi,

This is my first post here.

I've been unable to log into Club World Casinos for a week. The applications says unable to connect to the internet. Last Friday night when I went to play online I kept getting a message saying that it was unable to log me in. Last night I went to the site again and now I'm getting a message saying that the site is in maintenance mode. Just checked again and it still says the same thing. I deposited $150 bucks last week...lost most of it, but the $60 that's left, I would like to get that back....or at least be able to play.
 
Did everyone get the email about the DDOS attack on ClubWorld?

It appears there was some type of attack or major malfunction, not sure about DDOS.

Seems a bit more severe than DDOS but if you got the email please share as it would shed light on the thread for sure!

PS - Maybe I missed it somewhere, not sure. :)

I suffered 3 weeks of inconvenience and was happy to be able to log in - only to find that you have suddenly excluded me from most promotions and installed a 35% continual bonus that is normally reserved for customers you don't treasure. As for the IP restrictions its your problem as I had been able to log in with no problems for several years prior to this.

Good news, things looking brighter this week! ClubWorld is BACK :thumbsup:

I can confirm that we are back, the casino client and flash player should work as expected. Unfortunately we are still working on Slot Tournaments and Mobile casino.

I would like to confirm that any customer who had their cash out pending before casino went offline will be paid today as long as the account is fully verified.

I hope you will enjoy playing again and we will leave the whole frustration behind.

Did anyone else have their deposits removed? I have an email stating they have removed all my credit card deposit options and if I want to play I will have to deposit via ecopay.

So this casino screws up, over charges me, refunds me and just decides to keep the credit cards removed? So the problem wasnt actually fixed?

This casino is on a downhill spiral.
