Karolina, nothing works for me either ( Lucky red and club world just would not load
They are having issues again according to the girl I spoke with and also got a email this am regarding a small payout from 4/30 and they said it was due to banking holidays and should get it within 1-2 days at least Natasha took the time to contact me not visa versa.
I do not know just what is going on with CWG but there have been tooooo many snags and hiccups as of late , this is not their usual method of providing entertainment to the world as they promote. Please do not get me wrong , I heart CWG and all the staff , Simon, Stuart , Matt , Jane and others to many to mention but you can tell the frustration in their voices as they do care about the patrons and that means a lot to seasoned players.
We can only hope that any changes will be for the betterment , the Aladdins Gold front page looks amazing , so hats off to the design team.

I understand all your frustration and concerns and all I can say that we are really sorry as this shouldn't take that long. Unfortunately some things are out of our hands and there is a lot parties involved to make all work as expected.
I can assure you that our IT team and RTG is working hard to fix all of it. In regards to ClubWorld it was RTG scheduled maintenance which is taking longer than we expected for today. Te system should be back up in couple of hours.
I want also say that despite all the problems we running business as usual, offering best service we can and make sure that all customers are as less affected as possible.
We really hope that all will be back up to the right level as soon as possible.
I also appreciate your comments and patience.

chasing losses is fun)Lol I have a pending payout but not that concerned at least I have a screen capture of the requestOk so now we are talking about problems with Clubworld since 4/21. Its been fully down for 2 full days now. What the heck is going on? For it to be down this long it has to be a major problem. What pisses me off most is I was making deposits right before it goes down, and then bam system down cant deposit anymore to try to win any money back. (I know...chasing losses is fun)

I'm not trying to make any excuses here, ClubWorld is off line at the moment and we are upfront with this situation. As I stated before it is frustrating and unacceptable however all we can do is wait till the system will be back up.
We also need to make sure that when the casino shell is available all is working as expected not causing any further disappointment.
This kind of things are not that common however may happen from time to time and believe me or not we are doing our best to make it work.
In regards to LuckyRed the casino was offline for about 1-2 hours last night however now is up and running. The old lobby is back and you should have access to promotion/messages/jackpot section.
Once again I'm really sorry about this and I can assure all of you that ClubWorldGroup is not going down or closing, the whole situation was caused by technical side of the business.
As soon as ClubWorld is back up we will make sure that all withdrawals requested will be processed immediately.

Oh really? One minute ago, I clicked into Lucky Red and there was a message: 'Access denied. Error code 16. Request was blocked by security rules. I had exchanged several pms with you over the past 2 weeks but the problems still persist.

This is not funny anymore.
Deposited $50 in High Noon yesterday morning and claimed the 66 free spin offer.
Guess what, the box where you claim the free spins won't load and I can't get into the casino at all. There sits my deposit and I can't even get back in to withdraw it.
Contacted CS immediately and got the uninstall, reinstall, firewall suggestions. As if I hadn't already done that. I cleaned and removed everything I could find that said HN.
So was told they would contact IT and for me to send in a screenie. Did that. Still can't get into the casino.
They need to either get it together or take the casinos offline until they get done with whatever they are doing because this sucks big time.

It appears there was some type of attack or major malfunction, not sure about DDOS.
Seems a bit more severe than DDOS but if you got the email please share as it would shed light on the thread for sure!

More a case of the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing. I suffered 3 weeks of inconvenience and was happy to be able to log in - only to find that you have suddenly excluded me from most promotions and installed a 35% continual bonus that is normally reserved for customers you don't treasure. As for the IP restrictions its your problem as I had been able to log in with no problems for several years prior to this.
Do you know if there are problems on the promotion page , when I go to open it , it will not open , rarely take the bonues but like to see them just in case ?
