Posting Complaints

2.1 - Complaints against casinos or pokerrooms will only be posted in the "Online Casino and Poker Complaints" forum.

2.2 - Do not post a complaint without notifying the appropriate casino representative by either PM or email. The casino representatives are listed here.

2.3 - Ensure your complaint is free from offensive or abusive language, and that the complaint is tactful and truthful. Making false claims are grounds for banishment or drawn and quartering.

2.4 - Please refer to the MUST READ section before posting your complaint here

2.5 - Casinomeister does not condone player fraud in any shape or form. If you knowingly commit fraud (creating bogus casino accounts, using fake IDs, committing Credit Card fraud, chargebacks, etc.) you will be permanently banned from the forum.

2.6 - Complaints can only be posted by Fully Registered members and above. Due to the high volume of bogus complaints made by newbie members, only Fully Registered members and above are given posting privileges in the Complaints' section. If the OP wants our help in trying to figure out what happened, then more detail is needed.

For example, what promotion was used?

How much was deposited, and how much requested as a withdrawal. What games were played, and IN WHAT MANNER.

This would probably be enough to determine whether this is a simple breach of the rules for a promotion, or even a simple misunderstanding.

If they paid 10%, this is rather odd. This looks like a simple case of a breach of promotional rules, so no need for CW to go coy and secretive about these "issues". If they suspected fraud, they would have paid NOTHING, LOCKED the account, and demanded to see documents proving the player's identity.

The OP can't post, but can still read.
As well as the PAB process, there are reps for Club World that can be contacted.

The PAB process itself is truly amazing. It cuts through all the crap, and gets to the root of the problem. If the casino has cocked up, they will get the proverbial flea in their ear from Max, but if the PLAYER has tried to "pull one over" on the casino, and then uses this forum to "blackmail" the casino, there will be a forum shaming of the miscreant, username in red, with either "Fraudulent Player" or "Bogus Complaint" next to it.
After the PAB, a clearer explanation will usually emerge as to the cause of the problems, and as much information as is safe will be shared (in order not to give too much away that might assist further fraud attempts).

While more PABs are likely because newbies cannot use the complaint section, it means the complaints in this section are now far more likely to be genuine, and worth the time and effort of attempting to help, or even just joining in the discussion.

thanks and more details

Hi everyone and thanks so much! and thanks for letting me
write here!

I stopped playing in club world because of the small hands but
last Tuesday I got the message from forums that club
world has now higher limits for blackjack. So on Wednesday I decided
to join again.

I deposited 700 EUR with the code for "all games" that was on
their website WEDNESDAY40 and got 280 EUR bonus. The terms said
15 times deposit and bonus and blackjack count as half.

I played blackjack a lot until the playthrough came to 0 and I played a
little more after this but when my balance was 6030 I made a
withdrawal for all the balance 6030 EUR. Thursday I got an email
asking for documents and one hour and a half later another email of a withdrawal approved for only 637 EUR .
I came to the cashier and saw that the rest of my withdrawal
removed "play bonus removal". I came to chat to check what
happened and they said that there are "issues and problems
concerning your withdrawal". I asked for details and I got the answer
that " I really don't have details " and that the issues were
"fraud issues". They told me to email them so I did twice but got
no reply . I will now wait to see what will happen with my PAB and
hope for the best.

FYI, the PAB has been processed and submitted. Club World is usually pretty speedy when it comes to responding to these things so I'd expect a reply today or tomorrow.

Very frustrating for all concerned.

Perhaps Brian has a 6th sense on these things.

Wasting Max's time in this way just uses up resources that would be better directed to genuine cases as well as annoying the hell out of us all.

It also makes it less likely forum members will want to try and help the next new member with a tale of woe.

At least as far as CW are concerned it reminds us there are Two sides to every coin.

What I dont understand is why a sum of $637 was approved for withdrawal. Fraudsters should be given their lessons and the deposits confiscated. That will make them think twice before engaging in any fraudulent activities.

What a complete and utter waste of time.

Yet again, someone has stitched themselves up and decided to waste Max's time, along with everyone who responded to the OP in this thread.

The PAB service is great, but I can't help but fear further instances such as this may lead to it being withdrawn. As of late, so many PABs have turned out to be fake and players have been banned that the real successes that come from it have been overwhelmed by these idiots.

Has it not been considered that where possible, members (or maybe just newbies) have to prove that they have contacted the rep on here prior to pitching a bitch?

Personally, it doesn't bother me all that much if I post a reply on here to someone's problem, and then the player is busted for being a fraud. But on the one instance that I tried to deal with such a matter outside of these forums, only to discover through Max that he was too, a fraud, I can only too well understand what Max seems to be going through, albeit on a far more regular basis.

KMAY87 said:

Has it not been considered that where possible, members (or maybe just newbies) have to prove that they have contacted the rep on here prior to pitching a bitch?

That's something I'm trying to enforce more and more as time goes on. These days I won't look at a PAB if there is a rep and the OP hasn't contacted them yet. If the Rep route fails I'll have a look at it then but until they have at least tried it's "On Hold" for the PAB.

In this particular case we knew we could get a quick answer from the casino so we just did it to get the thing settled. Like someone said, B has a 6th sense about these things.

i just hope that in the long run the idiots dont ruin it for all the genuine people with real complaints
