Club World, Bryan help?

I was just wondering if Bryan you could possibly get an answer from Club World? I have tried and frankly I am tired of doing so anymore. All I want to know is IF they continue to pay US citizens with checks or any method they prefer IF they are NOT part of the 11 states that are banned? On, another thread I addressed this issue and copied a chat session regards to Tom's answer about still paying with all methods to US citizens not in the 11 states banned but the operator was saying totally opposite, he said he would find out for me and let me know. You can go to the thread Club World and see all that was said in chat....Well I am still waiting. Please can you try to see just actually what their policy is now and if they have actually changed it they need to update site. Thank You :)

Re: Aladdins Palace - the CS rep clearly lied to funeral979 by saying that they are NOT affiliated with any other casino/group. They also spammed people to get them in the door. Why are they trying to hide the fact that they ARE CW, under a different name?

There's more than enough proof posted in that thread that links the two together.

No, I am still waiting. Hopefully we will hear either way soon. Really though I don't like the way CW handled this whole thing. I guess US players have nowhere really to play anymore. Looks like I will be taking more trips, lets just hope gas prices go down! :mad:

I got an answer in private from CW by Tom on Oct 7th and this is what he said...Hi Lisa,

Please accept my apologies for the delay in getting back to you and for the confusion with our customer services team.

We are currently processing all withdrawals for all US based players through eWallet solutions such as eWalletXpress.

As I don't have your casino username I cannot confirm your exact location, however the precise state in which you reside does not affect this.

As I mentioned in the publick forums we are very close to having an ACH solution on board and I will be informing all our players when this becomes available.

On Oct 11th, Tom also sent an email letting me know that as soon as CW integrates the new payment system he will let me and others know. So I guess we play the waiting game, but at least Tom cleared it up. Let's just hope they close the deal soon! :)
 
That's good news Lisa that Tom replied back to you and considering he is not always on here that was fairly fast too...:thumbsup:

As of 10:15pmEST 10/13, their cashier's page still shows NOTHING relating to the fact that CW is NOT paying USA customers in any fashion besides eWallets.
