I have been playing at Club Player. I was playing a slot machine there called Frozen Assets. On the machine it says if you hit 3 snowflakes you win a jackpot, or you can win the jackpot by getting over 200 snowflakes over time.

I hit 3 snowflakes, but no jackpot. I stopped playing and I emailed them. They said there was a bug in the software and they would have to contact RTG. But the next day they had put the money for the jackpot in my account. I started playing again, and I hit 3 snowflakes again, and again no jackpot. I wrote them email saying it had happened again, and I asked if I should not play that machine until they fixed it, or was it ok to continue and just contact them if I hit 3 snowflakes again.

I never heard back, and my account is locked. I have sent at least 6 emails which they don't respond to. I called and spoke to someone named Daniel. He said my account was locked, but he didn't know why. He was going to check with a manger and email me, but no word. There is never anyone on the online chat, and today I called twice and after 8 rings it switches to a busy signal.

This concerns me. Is this just bad customer service, or are they going under? I still have 1600 in my account, plus the 2500 they owe me for the jackpot.

Hitting the 3 Icy Blue 7's is the jackpot hit, not the snowflakes.

And once you collect 200 snowflakes (one each time your reels land on one, but if land on the sun, it takes one away for each sun symbol), you get the coins that are in that little box right under where it shows you how many snowflakes you have (to top left of game), 200 snowflakes isn't a jackpot hit.

The 3 icy blue 7's are.

some RTG casinos pay for 3 snowflakes, and apparently some do not. On the faceplate at Club Player it clearly states "3 snowflakes pays snowflake bonus instantly."

But that is not the issue. The first time it happened they issued the jackpot.

The issue is that...
1. Their emails bounce back and the ones that don't get no response.
2. There is no one at the online chat.
3. They don't answer their phone.

Meister, do you recomend I PAB or should I go to Montana disputes?

give us a link as to where it says 3 snowflakes is the jackpot
3 blue 7's or 3 penquins is the jackpot as you can see by the screen shot posted here:

On the issue of hitting the jackpot with 3 snowflakes, you are wrong. Sure it pays a bonus like jinnia said, but it's _NOT_ the jackpot. I was bored, so I actually downloaded the software and checked it out myself. Seems they also have a $16 ND bonus.

You _do_ have a rightful gripe about not being able to get to your money that's in there, but I could almost assume that your account is under investigation because you claimed 2 jackpots that weren't rightfully yours. There's quite a difference between jackpot and bonus (at least for gambling purposes).

All in all, I'm pretty sure you're entitled to the money you had in the account, but not the $2500.

Just for shits and giggles I called their support number and got through on the first ring. (1-800-406-9557). Live online support never answered. Also something very interesting that may explain a few things, they totally redesigned(?) their website. I couldn't get to any links, so I opened up IE (usually use firefox), and it was a totally different site design...so I reloaded in firefox and bam, there's the new one also.

my bad. I was wrong too, but still right. 3 snowflakes does nothing but add to the snowman bonus. You need 200 of those to collect that.

Afterthought: Seeing as how there's 1 entity paying out the progressive, why would some casinos pay out on 3 snowflakes and not the others? Think about the statement you made earlier.....doesn't fit...

Seems to me the first person you talked to may have been new (or totally clueless), and processed the "win". After the higher-ups found out about it, they did what any other casino would have done, and that's lock you out of the system and started the audit. Why they're "ignoring" you is beyond me.

Please let Montana know what's up. If they are operating a screwed up operation - Montana needs to know about this at least.

my Assets are Frozen

Well, today I finally received an email from them. It said I could log back in but no explanation. When I logged in the Frozen Assets machine had been changed, no longer paying the snowman jackpot for 3 snowflakes. That is fine, but when I was playing it clearly said, "3 snowflakes pays snowman jackpot automatically." For you non-believers I have a screenshot.

yes, so what's your point??

It says collect 200 snowflakes' for snowman bonus....which is the coins you collect in the upper left....when you get to 200!!! you get the SNOWMAN bonus instantly but thats never more then 600 coins maybe...

If that's what you're referring to then yes, I see what you're saying..

but you said the progressive didnt you???

The progressive is only hit when 3 7's appear

The jackpot is the progressive amount.

The snowflake bonus is hardly EVER over 600 coins. Maybe that's the jackpot you're talking about...but it's not a jackpot.

My point is that they owe me $2,600. The progressive on this game is $1,200, and the "Snowman Bonus" was worth $2,600. Forgive me for calling that a "jackpot."

There is NO way the snowman bonus is 2600...or even 1200!!!! The snowflake points only go as high as 800..

Are you playing dollar slots, nickels, quarters???

The snowman bonus is in the upper left......and starts at zero when you first start playing...and grows as you get snowflakes....

Do you understand the concept of that???

You're not going to get the jackpot that's in the middle of the slot...as that is only paid when you get 3 7's ....

See where it says 508 on your screen shot???? That's what you get when you get the snowman bonus...

The 1200 in the middle that you see is ONLY for the progressive of 3 7's...

I think you're getting confused with the snowman "jackpot" and progressive jackpot

It's quite possible that it was $2600, if she was playing at a $5+ machine.

You don't have a screenshot do you? I see you took one of the game itself after all was said and done, but not of the "win"?

Jesus! Can you be anymore sarcastic? Both of your last posts shows this attitude.

I've played Frozen assests in numerous RTG casinos, and the 'bonus' coins starts at 500 for all I've played, and I've had them go up over 950.

Flower Girl may be mistaken, she may not, lets just try and find out without being sarcastic!!

Jinnia,
I'm not being sarcastic at all..

I really just think she has the snowflake bonus and the progressive jackpot confused.
I DO see that the casino made the change to take out the 3 snowflake automatic snowman win.....and removed it...

if she indeed got 3 snowflakes, and the snowman bonus was paid, and she was playing 5.00 coins ( 15.00 a pull ) then yes, it's possible to get over $1,000, but that's the only case.....

yes, if she was playing $15 a pull...you're right...as it would be 508 coins x $5.

If that is the case, then I stand corrected.....

For them to remove that part without an explanation and after you hit the snowflakes was WRONG!! You need to report that to Montana!!!!

Sounds like quite a screwed up story.
Ive once reported a bug to a Casino too a long time ago and got my account locked for that...

You did it right!!!! They changed the rules AND machine payout AFTER you won!!! Take that screen shot to Montana IMMEDIATELY!!!

Yes all, it was $5 coin. I posted a screenshot in an earlier post but I fear I did not do it right.

My suggestion to you would be to cash out any and all money that you have in there and RUN VERY VERY FAST away from club player. I emailed them Sunday to get the $16 bonus, as well as pointed out their website error:

You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.
points to
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

and
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

points back to
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

Creating and endless loop...

But yet they haven't responded to my email; therefore not honoring the $16ND bonus(I could care less), nor fixing a critical website error. Seems they are shady to say the least. Get out while you still can!!!!
