Hi,

I have a big problem with: clubgoldcasino.com . My netellerwithdrawal of 191 euros is not being processed since 3 weeks and they arent telling me any reason for this. I have sent many emails and was in livechat very often, but the only thing they tell me is that it takes longer time. As I dont have much money, I need this money very urgently. I hope you can help me! Thanks

Have you contacted the casino rep, Dino CGC? Send them a Private Message (PM). They were logged on this morning so chances are good you'll get a prompt reply.

I hope you get your money but if you need the money(only 191 euros) that urgently you should think twice before depositing as you could easily lose it.

Unfortunately the player has not contacted me as of yet. Nevertheless I located the account as it was under investigation for bonus abuse with several linked accounts. The player was paid yesterday as the funds related to the gaming session were clear, however the account has been closed along with those linked, due to the above mentioned.

I would kindly suggest to the player submit a PAB if he/she is against our decision.

Ordered payment of 17 February, it's been more than a month - nothing. There is not even the date when it will be completed. I've been playing in the CG, and I know about the delays in payments, the previous was exactly a month, and before that in less than two weeks, ever paid. The online support are requested every day tomorrow, there is no information. Today blocked the account. No letters. When asked by mail is also not responsible. It turns out that the casino I was banned for the fact that I turned autoplay mode in the slot machine. This is simply ridiculous! What a ridiculous reason not to pay money. I wonder how the car game (which is accessible from the software) has the advantage over the casino? No scheme with a combination of rates and the lines I did not commit. Just turn autoplay all.
