Promotions and therefore terms change on the club dice website based on, at least in my case, the type of browser used.
the attached file shows the same page on the Club Dice site, the left one in IE and the right one in Firefox. so if you get the bonus 300 deposit 500 bonus promotion, you wont be able to find the terms on their site if youre using IE..

that is indeed the promo that I received. after meeting requirements, and playing BJ, I made a withdrawal request. it was subsequently denied and I was told
" ...regret to inform you that you would need to wager $6400 more in allowed games in order to complete the wagering requirement for the First Deposit bonus of $500 which was credited to your account.
Please note that Black Jack does not count towards meeting the wagering requirement for this bonus."

Now, even though you dont get a different URL when you do end up finding the terms for the 500 sign on bonus, here is a direct link to them:

and in it, it clearly states two things:
that wagering is 4x (3200) and BJ is NOT on the list of disallowed games. (and yes, im playing in USD)

....just like so many others, they blatantly make it complicated for the player, and then when the player wins, they dont want to pay and therefore come up with some bullsh%t excuse for returning the funds.

It is extremely frustrating and not a good way to keep a new player that is for certain.

some tips

Hi Mparent,

before u take back your money back (thats what they want), fight it a little bit.
If u insist, there is a big chance, u will take your money+winnings, I believe.

- Send them emails again and again! Also chat with their live help and keep screenshot of possible positive chat. Chat log are automatically kept in the directory the casino software is installed, in case u have already asked about BJ. I am certain that if you connect with a different account as a new player and u chat just before making the first deposit, u will take your chat sceenshot! U may ask a friend to do that for you from another PC.

- Place a complain to

menu > contact us > player inquiry
(right now the link doesnt work stating "Unable to connect to SQL server" but generally it does. Nevertheless I am not sure of the efficiency of the contact but it is supposed to put pressure to the casino)

- PAB and/or ask meisters help

I do remember I had asked clubdice about BJ (because I was impressed from the low WR and they DID told me it is ok). Nevertheless, being disappointed from various playtech casinos who do such tricks all the time, I choose to play without bonus...more specifically I had similar problem with USA casino (yes, it belongs to the same group!) and after the negative experience I have separated honest and reliable from "strange" playtech casinos.

Good luck and good patience! ;)

thanks for the help nektar.

I have submitted my complaint to Playtech.

In the mean time I received this email from Club Dice

"Michel, we are in receipt of your last email and regret to inform you that you would need to wager $6400 more in allowed games in order to complete the wagering requirement for the First Deposit bonus which was credited to your account.

Please note that Black Jack does not count towards meeting the wagering requirement for this bonus."

YOUR OWN terms SAY
"Deposit $300 get $500 Free - minimum wager is $3,200."

and no where does it say BJ is NOT allowed:

"is wagered in Roulette (all sorts of Roulette), Baccarat (all sorts of Baccarat), Craps (all sorts of Craps), SicBo (all sorts of SicBo), or Jacks or Better (all sorts of Jacks or Better) for $ "

I have submitted a player issue request with Playtech. I have also posted in the complaints forums of CasinoMeister and Winner Online. I will continue to fight this until you clarify what the terms are or you admit that I have met the requirements.

Truly,

Mike

BlackJack is not allowed. It states that no sort of JACKS and Better is allowed. So the casino is right yet again. Ha!

sarcasm I gather...

Most playtech bonuses are sticky. This is why I get quite infuriated when they label players as bonus abusers when they bet big or their whole balance at one go. The whole concept of sticky bonuses is to place you at an advantage to bet big with the casino's money because if you dont you whittle away your balance and after meeting the WRs,the bonus is deducted when you make a cashout. Placing numerous small bets is a surefire way to lose with bonuses that are sticky.

My apologies MParent,it is sarcasm. Just couldnt resist having a go at the casino.

Q

haha no worries..
Yeah on my first withdrawal I left the entire bonus amount in the casino account. but when they reversed the withdrawal, of course they dont put the bonus amount back..so now you have to fulfill the requirements (that I already had !!) without the first deposit bonus..fine whatever..I re-wagered over 8k on BJ after receiving another email from them saying I needed to:

"At this time you have to wager the amount of $6400 to meet the wager requirements."

so apparently their terms show BJ is NOT on the list of disallowed games but who ever is running their withdrawals department thinks otherwise..so my first winnings (not including the bonus amt) of over 1200 are not down to 400..and they again reversed it....so Im at a loss. their live chat keeps saying " sorry I dont have that kind of information " when I ask how much Ive wagered, and if BJ is an allowed game for the bonus I received..
Calling them I get the same vaque response. I cant find out right now, but we'll get a hold of you when we do figure out what's going on...riiight..
and lastly, that complaint I submitted with playtech.com has yet to get a response..other than an automatted email response with typical we'll get back to you in 24hrs or whatever.

Do I just play f'ing slots !??! is that what they want..of course...greedy Q@$%QWR@$@%

Just to clarify, there are "sticky" bonuses and then there are "phantom" bonuses. I think Wizard of Odds coined the term "phantom". A true sticky stays in your account until you lose it. A phantom, gets taken away upon your first cashout. Most of those Playtechs are phantoms.

Interestering turn of events...
I received an email saying since the Terms and Conditions had changed to NOT allow blackjack anymore (this occured several days ago it seems) that I now had to play ANOTHER game since BJ wagereing NO longer counted...huh seems like a sketchy way to run things imo. BUT then I received a reply from the Playtech complaints department saying that since the terms changed AFTER I made my deposit, BJ was INDEED allowed, and that they are going to process the withdrawal afterall..and they did today....

SO, Playtech basically made Club Dice Casino look like a bunch of cheats and liars by undermining them. Club Dice lied to me by telling me that I now had to follow the new terms even though the deposit was made BEFORE they were changed..but Playtech proved ohterwise.
Apparently, Playtech has some pull in these matters. took a week to get a reply but worked out in the end..still lost most of my winnings however..but at least I get some back and I good lesson learned..avoid this group.

Mparent,

Glad to hear that you will be getting your cashout. As for playtech,it is best for them to contain the roguish casinos otherwise they will find it hard to catch up with MG.
