I dont understand it, I won about 6000.00 at cirrus online casino and trying to get paid is like pulling teeth, First of all they will never give you a straight answer, I cannot get anyone down there to give me a straight answer on any question I have. I have been paid 4000.00 of the 6000.00 owed and I will tell you something, Christine whom is the vip manager is very rude and misleading. She has an attitude and it seems if you contact them too much they put off your withdrawal until they want to process it. I am sick of the bad customer service I have recieved. I believe that cirrus casino is downright wrong for lying to me and pushing me aside. I have kept an active account I have met all the requirements and because I only deposited a total of 90.00 and came up 6000.00 they are lagging and lagging and pushing me aside just waiting for me to reverse my withdrawal. (which will not happen) First of all they only pay me 2000.00 per week, second of all I had to wait two weeks to get my first payment. Anyways I have all the e-mails and screen shots to back up my winnings and I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on what to do here. It also seems they have blocked me from there e-mail list and blocked me from there chat service because I have been sending e-mails and trying to chat but all I get is waiting for operstor. Please help this is my first time dealiong with such an issue and I think everyone needs to know about there bad service and to stay away from this casino because if you win you will have to beg for your winnings. This is not right and I am tired of getting pushed aside. I was told by christine that "I am not a VIP so I have to wait." Give me a break!!!
