I dont understand it, I won about 6000.00 at cirrus online casino and trying to get paid is like pulling teeth, First of all they will never give you a straight answer, I cannot get anyone down there to give me a straight answer on any question I have. I have been paid 4000.00 of the 6000.00 owed and I will tell you something, Christine whom is the vip manager is very rude and misleading. She has an attitude and it seems if you contact them too much they put off your withdrawal until they want to process it. I am sick of the bad customer service I have recieved. I believe that cirrus casino is downright wrong for lying to me and pushing me aside. I have kept an active account I have met all the requirements and because I only deposited a total of 90.00 and came up 6000.00 they are lagging and lagging and pushing me aside just waiting for me to reverse my withdrawal. (which will not happen) First of all they only pay me 2000.00 per week, second of all I had to wait two weeks to get my first payment. Anyways I have all the e-mails and screen shots to back up my winnings and I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on what to do here. It also seems they have blocked me from there e-mail list and blocked me from there chat service because I have been sending e-mails and trying to chat but all I get is waiting for operstor. Please help this is my first time dealiong with such an issue and I think everyone needs to know about there bad service and to stay away from this casino because if you win you will have to beg for your winnings. This is not right and I am tired of getting pushed aside. I was told by christine that "I am not a VIP so I have to wait." Give me a break!!!
 
Cirrus is a RTG (RealTime Gaming) casino which have a bad reputation when it comes to paying their players. Some of these casinos might not even have paid you. I would personally avoid most RTG casinos (with the exception of INebet, Phoenician and maybe a couple of others) as they are badly run and underfunded. I suppose that I'm used to it but for many new players who are used to the real world where good customer service is expected, it will come as a shock.

If I were you I would stick to the best MG and Cryptologic casinos which will give you much better service. I personally can't wait for some sort of regulation of online casinos which will get rid of most of the scum that run many of these places. I mean some of these 'managers' are dishonest, greedy and incompetent and would fail to run a hotdog stand. In fact I could do a much better job :)

As for your problem, maybe casinomeister can help you to sort it out.
 
Cirrus is one of the worst of the bunch, definately pitch a bitch with the meister and see if he can maybe grease the wheels for you.
 
Don't get discouraged, Ronb2nd. This is frustrating but you just have to hang in there and keep fighting.

This is typical of the client attitude of casinos like Cirrus which as you have discovered does not have a good record - "This is not right and I am tired of getting pushed aside. I was told by christine that "I am not a VIP so I have to wait." Give me a break!!!" Few of these people have any training or even instinct in customer relationships.

But as you will discover now that you have been gouged once and found the practical value of good message boards - there are many good, safe casinos out there. The trick as a newbie is to find them, and that's a lot easier if you know that research before playing is absolutely critical in this industry.

I hope you get the remaining $2000 - and Cirrus should be paying you interest on that money too. Looks as if they have financial problems if two grand a week is all they can manage!

Well cirrus Finally approved my withdrawal and I havent seen it in my ppatm account yet. Evey time I get a withdrawal it happens differently. This is really making me sick. I dont see how anyone could get use to this type of treatment. I will not stand for it any more nor will I let anyone else go through the same thing as me.

And please stick to inetbetcasino and phoen casino, breakawaycasino. They will pay you. good customer service too.

I like rtg software, but i dont like all rtg casinos, but there a few good ones, just stick to them, if u dont u might be in a fight to get your money back :rolleyes:
 
Well I did get my money, but only after I told them that I was going to tell the government of costa rica if they kept pushing me aside the way they were. You all should have seen it I mean right after I sent an e-mail stating that I was going to tell there government the money was there in 2 minutes. I was nice too long I guess. Any to answer your question I was playing mainly 25 cent, 50 cent and 1.00 poker. I did not just win on one game I was just on a lucky streak that would not quit and was lovin every second of it. I also played the 1.00 dragon and hit this :D




Anyway they paid me I am all good but let me tell you it has been one hell of a fight and I would not recommend cirrus casino to anyone unless yopu like to fight, thanks for everyone support and talk too you all soon

Actually, from what they had told me, your payment was scheduled for yesterday. It's not totally clear to me why this information wasn't given to you, but this is what they said:

He was set to receive $2,000 every week and has already received $4,000 of that. The final payment is scheduled to be sent today and will be paid via PrePaid ATM.

I don't believe the government of Costa Rica would be too interested in this since there are about a kagillion sportsbooks and online casinos served from there. And if you were going to contact anyone in the CR government, who would you call? El Presidente? :D
 
...and El Presidente wouldn't know where to look for Cirrus. As far as I know CR is a disorganized as most online casinos.
 
Oh yesterday huh thats hallarious. Look I am telling the truth. The money was scheduled to be paid scince thurs of last week, Yes might sound like a couple of days only but let me tell you something, every time they were suppose to pay me and I would call to make sure, christine would give me an attitude and put it off another day. I have e-mails stating it would be done on certain days I have had phone conversations stating that it would be done and every time I spoke with someone, I was told a lie. It was put off again and again. Its sure funny they dont tell you if you win big you only get 2000.00 per week. Just think if I won like 30,000 dollars or something, oh I would be a nervous wreck any way I am done with this online gambling for a while its too stressful for me. Its just noright the way its ran. Oh ya and to answer your question no one ever told me when anything was schedueld.

I know Likie I said before this is the first time I have won so I was a little scared about getting the money. Thank for your input
 
I will have a lot to say about this organization in the fullness of time. Can't say anything right now as it's still being mediated and I don't want to put that in any jeopardy.
