I originally posted a complaint about Cirrus regarding slow payment. They have taken 1.5 years (yes, 18 months) to pay about 2/3rd of what I won. You can view my thread regarding this here.

The above thread was posted in the non-bonus issues section, as it didn't concern the bonus I recieved with them. Cirrus offered me a 100% cashable match bonus to play with them, which is what I recieved on my $12,000 deposit. I only intended on depositing 5-10k, but they pleaded for more and offered to include a 50% insurance if I put in 12k, so I agreed. This was June 2006.

Today I spoke with customer support, who are claiming that the bonus I recieved was non-cashable. (Of course the people at Cirrus who helped me make the deposit and assured me it was cashable, Christina and Jon, are long gone). I have several screenshots and chatlogs from them assuring me the bonus I recieved was cashable. These state that my full balance is withdrawable. I also have a screenshot of my cashier showing the full balance as "withdrawable", along with dated records of "Manager Approved" cashouts for the entire balance,

Their arguement? A "note" on my account saying 100% nc bonus. (nc = noncashable). There isn't even an employee name for who left the note. :what: They refuse to co-operate or listen, stating that the balance is correct and there is no problem.

I will continue contacting support until they resolve this, which hopefully will be soon (although based on their track record, won't be). In addition I will keep this thread updated as things move along.

Hello carramrod,

Your previous post long pre-dates me here at CM but I think we all know that Cirrus is well and thoroughly rogued already. I'm not sure there's much we can do for you ... but I'll check with BB to see what he suggests. If nothing else your post lets all and sundry know that Cirrus is on the bad boy list for good reasons.

There's not much that can be done. This is an unlicensed "clip shot joint" that can pretty much do whatever they please. They are about as rogued as they can ever be. No leverage there.

I can contact RTG to give them a heads up - but since RTG have washed their hands from the cyber filth it would only be a "heads up". They have no control over this casino group.

Thanks maxd and Bryan.

I have been in touch with support at Cirrus and they refuse to change their stance. They are claiming that the bonus was credited as non-cashable. When I asked them to review the chat sessions I quoted (which state the bonus was cashable), or even review ones I sent them - this was the response I was given:

(From today) "David: And I will not waste my time checking chats from last year. I go by what we note in your account."

Is there anything at all that can be done on your end, Bryan or maxd? Meanwhile I will keep at it on my side to hopefully get them to make good.

I'll email them for you Car, letting them know about this (and the other) Cirrus complaints here, but in all honesty I think Bryan has already answered this question for you (see two posts up).

Virtual group

I also had a huge win at club player casino, sister to Cirrus and full of the same shady tactics. I almost laughed your story is so familiar to me. Look it up 9in the forums if you like. It seems this is what they try with all their big winners.

They did all the same things to me...tried to reneg on their bonus terms until I confronted them with a copy of our original agreement, slow paid with 5 zillion different paymenbt methods in smaller and smaller amounts with less and less frequent payments. I'm surprised you were able to reach a manger at all. In my case, the manager was too busy with meetings to come to the phone or return my e-mails for more than a year, despite the fact they owed me more than $100,000. The only reason they started paying at all was when Casinomeister got involved.

In the end, they closed my account with $50k still in it and to this day refuse to provide any explanation at all.

Bottom line, every dollar Virtual pays out should be regarded as an unexpected surprise and a windfall, because these guys are crooks.
