To a casino business, this gifting at christmas is really about business (they want the player to continue with them the following year), and nothing to do with friendships in real life, even if that is how they portray it.

I get a nice bottle of scotch each year from my accountant (a card would be fine because he's good and I ain't changing), but the thought is there which I really appreciate.

I realise that in most cases it's about the bottom line & next years ROI. But peeps who drop say $200 a month, year in year out, should be thanked. Even if it's just a $25 or $50 chip with a WR. Least it's something that say's thanks for supporting us.

Hey people just like to feel that their patronage (no matter how small or large) is acknowledge. I think those that are regular depositors throughout the year should at least get something

That shouldn't really have any relevance on it Annie, it should be based on your deposits, wagering and the amount that you put at risk thru playthru that really counts...so I'm not sure why you would not get a Christmas Bonus from those other casinos unless they just don't give them...

I only play at 3-4 casinos regularly - Club World, Slotocash, Villento and Absolute Slots.

Of the 4, Slotocash and Absolute Slots were the only ones to give an Xmas freebie. Club World gets the balance of my play and money and nothing, not one thing, from them. I do get freebies from them now and again but believe me, I deposit way more than they give out to me. TIV gave me $20 and I haven't deposited there in months.

And although it is true that we should not expect anything from any casino, it is rather poor that loyal depositors are totally overlooked by the casino that they give their business to the most while we see them hand out Christmas goodies to others. One shouldn't have had to ask in order to receive even a simple email wishing a Merry Christmas in MY OWN opinion.

Thank You for letting me know. I will be removing the casino from my pc.They have been very tight anyway! Also, thats another thing I wanted to ask, glad you brought this up, all of the casinos I play removed the progressives. why did they do that to American PLayers?

Most casino groups stopped taking NEW players from the USA on Dec-1st - existing players are not effected (except that they can no longer play progressive games).

However, did you know that Grand Prive reneged on agreed contracts and are stealing from 100's if not 1000's of people and have been rogued or blacklisted by every reputable casino website on the internet? (Including here at CM, of course). See the link in my signature.

Your free choice to do as you please of course, but I ask that you please do not deposit or play at any of their casinos any more.
