I would HIGHLY recommend staying away from CoolBet

First a bit of background.

I made a deposit last week as i normally on Tuesdays....

then i found out that they were closing shop in Ontario as of later this week.

I have progress in Lil Devil. For those who are unaware once you reach 40 hearts you get a guaranteed bonus trigger.

Fast forward to yesterday where I find out they are closing with just a few days notice and can't deposit because I haven't reached a week since last week....
if i had known last week i would have played the ones where im close to a guaranteed trigger and that would have been that....

as of today i can't even play the game with my current balance so i can at least play for the guaranteed triggers i have in multiple dollar amounts

their customer service was non existent....i mean at this point they are just happy to take whatever amount they can from customers and give the middle finger to those of us who were loyal to them while they were in Ontario (and prior to that as well)

Does anyone know if CoolBet is part of any casino group? At least I could move forward by blocking any other Casinos that may be part of this group.

Ontario here too. I got the email last week. I havent put a nickel in since the 1st week of college football. $500 for the 100% match with a 5x roll, cleared it that day. Ran upto 1900 cleared. Withdrew and only went back once to see if they had another 100% match offer. 10 minute wait on Customer service to just say no, there is nothing for your account and then the rep closed the chat. I never went back. Cool and I bascially had a one night stand.....and they footed the bill!! Good riddance?️

I guess maybe it's a YMMV but I feel like they gave me the middle finger on their way out. had no issues prior to that but those don't make up for the sour way things ended. If they somehow ever go back into Ontario I will never touch them again even if they have a game i can't get anywhere else.

I understand what you mean. Even though I’ve had no issues with them, I seldom play there myself these days. They don’t really offer anything special to me atleast.

Ok it sucks I understand. Especially with this stupid game that costs around 700 bet to trigger this dead bonus.

Maybe they could be understanding a little more with your situation also.

That being said... Coolbet is one of the very few online casino that is always transparent and honest. If they are not in a specific situation, it's because it's a mistake or incompetence from an employe.

I would trust them with my life compared to ... Not being comfortable lending 5$ to n1 or anyone related to them

COOLBET was great. No problem with play. They had stuff 'unique' to the site -- and some bobus money to play some games for an added BONUS. Yes, they closed. They stressed there is so much competition in Ontario. True, certain site advertise on radio, TV, or social media -- and 1 or 3 ads on online gaming. That was valid, but I think that COOLBET did want to play by the 'rules'. You can only offer titles and companies okayed by the the province. COOLBET was offering more -- or not the 'okayed' versions of games. 3 COMPANIES were fined recently for the same reason.

BET RIVERS and MGM currently lead the pack of online gaming, by offering payback within a hour. It cost nothing to deposit or witgraw.

Of the TWO, Bet Rivers offers a nice additional play money. It had annoying CHATS currently running that I have been unable to shut down. Also, this is the only company with KonAMI (which makes me wonder weather this is legal).

MGM, has a slightly better selection, and NO chat.

I like OJO as well. I try to support them. They still offer great titles -- but their Provinence software is cumbersome, and it takes a while to get paid (3 or 4 days).

Let me know what you like (and which province you are from).
