O Canada!
i read most resent posts here that they were OK now so decided to give them a go

First they refused to send money to moneybookers and asked for banking info to send a wire.
Then on may 30 they sent me an email that everything is good and my w/d approved and will take up to 10 days to hit my bank.

And then today "I am sorry to notify you but I have just been updated that your withdrawal that was approved on May 30Th has been delayed. The delays we have been having in the past have now been effecting the withdrawals at this time. I do assure you that you will receive your winnings as all our players have and will. As soon as your withdrawal has been reprocessed I will let you know so you will know when to expect your funds. Thank you"

So is anyone else getting paid? Or it its me? I am aware about some processing issues with US players but does it affect the rest of the world now? And if so why CWC, JC and inet are able to pay??

So, they refuse to use Moneybookers, which should NOT be a problem, but insist on bank wire, which they KNOW has been at the root of many of their payment issues in the past.

Looks like a stall tactic. They could not have claimed there were "issues" sending your payment to Moneybookers, because this is easily checked, but is much harder to check when it comes to bank wires, so buys them time.

If they now have a problem with the wire, surely they can simply switch to using Moneybookers as originally requested, unless they don't have the money for this switch yet, and need to stall in the hope it arrives.

They were already floored by the past problems, but then QT went down, so one has to wonder how hard this hit them. This WOULD hit non-US players if QT took most of their money with it, and given that the US is one of it's main markets, they must have had a significant amount of their money tied up in it. They can't put it into their Moneybookers merchant account if QT has it, and they would not only have lost payouts to US players, but would not have received many of the recent deposits from them either.

They have a policy that withdrawals must be paid according to the deposit used to generate the winnings I.e. if you have deposited by moneybookers for your last 50 deposits, but decided to use a credit card for your latest one, then they insist on sending a bankwire notwithstanding that you usually use moneybookers.

I've never understood it myself. It just doesn't make sense.

Have you ever deposited with Moneybookers before?
yes i did use MB but a while ago, and they used to pay via MB even if i dep with CC before. The last dep was EntroPay visa though.

They never mentioned anything regarding Visa deposits, they just said "you can deposit with moneybookers but you can't withdraw with them." - I have a chat transcript.
I emailed again today asking about MB but they did not reply.

So is anyone else getting paid?

I won there a 4 digits amount on May 18th.
Docs were approved 6 days later.

Actually I am still waiting my money, and I am still waiting whatever answer to my several mails. Nothing, just Silence.

Furthermore I was asking them to send me via mail the screenshot of my win to be posted here in CM (good adv for them, right ?). Opened two "tickets" about it.

Nothing.

So far.

I am quite disappointed.

This is OK provided they can actually PAY that way, but when they lose the ability to pay a player back to their "policy" method, they should look for alternatives, and NOT make the player wait for an indefinite period.

It seems this policy is getting used as a stalling tactic, as they are taking it to extreme lengths beyond what is necessary in order to counter fraud.

Any casino that has been stripped of the abilty to pay back to a major eWallet has serious issues, because it will be the eWallet that has not been able to verify the documentation provided by the casino's processor, and has thus locked down their merchant account to accepting player deposits only. This is usually because they can't verify the bank account used to fund the merchant account, and thus the operator cannot put money into it to pay players, and has to fund withdrawals from players who deposit by the method.

This happened to Playtech a while ago, and lead to a rash of Playtech casinos saying they could accept Neteller deposits, but would only pay withdrawals generated from Neteller deposits by cheque.

Just saw this in their terms and conditions, not a good sign---in the past the limit was 4k per week.

A maximum of $2000 (Two Thousand US Dollars) will be sent per week, all balances will be sent in increments of $2000 the following week(s).

EDIT
It comes evident Rushmore people is costantly monitoring CM, since few hours after my above post I did receive a mail from them, apologising for the delay in getting paid, due to issues with third processor.

I strongly believe that sooner or later they will pay all our winnings, but I am still not happy.

Anyway I was complainig about their silence, actually I must admit I received some comunication from them today.

In other words, if you didn't post at CM you would still be getting the silent treatment.

I hope you get your cash soon :)

When I hit my 3 randoms at Cherry Red, my weekly bank wires were $4000. It is now half of that, but it doesn't matter anyway, as I don't play there anymore.

I had an almost identical scenario happen to me a few years ago when I used to play there.

I had made about 60 deposits at Cherry Red via QT and 2 or 3 with my debit card. I happened to win a nice sum on one of those card deposits, and was told I would HAVE to receive my withdrawal via bank wire since I won off the debit card deposit. I was so pissed. Didn't matter that I was a regular depositing player. No exceptions. And this was when they were a more respectful outfit.

cherryred payout

My withdrawal was approved on May 19th, I recieved the same email about third party processor problems on 6/1. i have wriiten to they twice since then and have heard nothing, it's now 6/14. I'm beginning to think I'm screwed. I got the same delays on my previous withdrawal but it finally came after 21 days from approval, this time it's already beyond that time.

But they'll happily take deposits from US players. Knowing full well they have min to no way to payout. This type of behavior has to stop. Just flat out ban US players and move on. This is so sad. And it's even sadder that some US players still tries to deposit.

Here's a sad note...I play the tourneys and haven't really won anything for about a year. Played last weekend and won $30. Started playing Mystic Dragon at $.25, then $.50 and kept winning. Bumped it to $1.50, got the free spins and won $385...now I have $500. Went to Rudolph's Revenge and at $1.50 spent a little and then got the bonus (the one where you pick the elves and that determines the free spins). Hit three got 50 free spins. Third or fourth spin in I had wild Rudolphs everywhere...$1500 and that ended the 50 free spins (must be the max you can win on the free spins). O.K. I now have 2K. Played some more, $2200, played some more and lost so o.k. I request a wire transfer for $1500. I say, let's take bets on when, IF, and maybe I will ever see the money :eek2::rolleyes:

P.S. First cash out in months for what it is worth:D

What are you people from the USA thinking considering the very recent events? Just maybe you should give this mess a couple of months to cool off instead of being crash dummies.

The folks here in the USA are not crash dummies, they are gamblers!!! I see your point though, 4OAK.

At least give the casinos a chance to regroup. Most casinos banking on USA dollars are scrambling around big time shitting themselves.

Don't think for a minute not one of them will refuse deposits even if they can't pay out. Why would anyone from the USA need to gamble so badly online that getting paid if they win don't matter to them? Can you say compulsive gambler?

I think a lot of us are low rollers. I deposit small amounts and every time I know I could lose the money somewhere other than the casino. And then, if I win, I just grit my teeth and hope it comes back to me in a withdrawal! I do not bet any money I can't afford to lose, and I treat it like going out to dinner or to the movies or renting a view dvd's to watch.

As long as casinos stay open, and there are any reasonable deposit options, people will play. Unlike some, I will not go through the major grind with deposit options. If my debit card will not work, I don't play there. If they use ACH or wire for withdrawals, I will play there.

I see your point here jod, but what would hurt even more is a low roller finally spiking a nice run, and then having to pray for the reward. Just don't make sense to me under any circumstances, at least presently. Not that they eventually won't get paid. But many of the USA players still playing are some of the same people complaining of past pay outs taking a week, before this mess.

I do not agree with the people complaining over waiting so long to get paid. I withdraw and forget it until I get it. I suppose if I didn't get a withdrawal I would just do my best to get it straightened out. But, I expect delays and think it is going to be that way until my gov't gets it's collective head out of it's a$$.

I agree. A casino that cannot reliably pay US players in a timely manner has no business taking any deposits from those players. On the other hand, ye who shall choose to deposit at such establishments know and accept the risk. Personally, I think anyone who deposits under such conditions might want to question the sanity of it.

don't know when

But I would gladly pay 80c/$1.00 for a Rushmore debt. They will pay, just don't know when.

Way more tolerant than me, Mate. We have 4 brick and mortar casinos around here within 1 hour's driving distance. Us yanks aren't gonna tolerate this when we can cut and run with our money closer to home. The payouts used to be better online, but when it's not like that anymore, then you have to fight and or wait ridiculous amounts of time to get your money, those land based casinos start to look like heros around here.

yes and no

Are you seriously offering to buyout other members' cashouts?

I hope nobody here is silly enough to take up your offer.

Did I say something wrong?

Seriously, I would definitely buyout cashouts if there was a way to enforce payment, but I think I was just trying to give an indication of my confidence that the member would get paid by this casino.

Yes. I have been getting paid by Cherry red, rushmore with not much issue. A little slower lately (obviously for U.S. players) but still consistently the most honest casino group that I play at. They put CWC to shame IMO.

Are they giving you the runaround?

No..not at all..actually I was surprised. I requested the withdrawal on the 12th and received an email it was sent the 15th. I honestly thought it would be longer to be sent. I really didn't count on even getting it for a month but was just wondering what other people were experiencing.

How long did it take for an ACH withdrawal? If you don't mind my asking? Thanks!

And how is that the most honest when they selectively pay to some and deffer payments to others with no reason?? Comments like this are misleading to say the least.

I also have a withdrawal that's been extremely slow to process. Slots oasis on 5/19. I received an email on 6/7 saying my withdrawal had been delayed. I've sent a couple emails since then asking for a hopeful time line but haven't received a response.

I used to deposit at these casinos weekly, doubt it will be happening again anytime soon.

I actually won 3860 on May 17th, approved for w/d about six days later. I have done tons and tons of research and it appears to me they pay. Are running behind consistently 5-7 weeks it looks like right now but a guy that had 20K on this site or another I forget got paid about a month ago, his last 4000$ the max per withdrawal. Megan Ross is good about sending emails and I've now come to just check in twice a week, Louise doesn't seem to be here to help but I've not seen a case where they haven't paid, when the win is genuine and it's owed. I was under the assumption as a first time RTG that 6-10 days later I'd get it but learned a lot about RTG in general, seems industry issues but the reputable ones do pay, some pay quicker at different times. I do think QT affected them. I turned 50$ into 3860 on one night of blackjack the only time I've played online so while I count on them paying, I've had to come to peace with it being a couple more weeks but all history I'm seeing with long frustrations is 5-8 weeks is more normal especially as of late. Keep each other posted on when they do pay as you are right in front of me it looks like.

Cherry Red/ Rushmore

I had a withdrawal approved on May 30th at Cherry Red via wire transfer. . . Like everyone else received an email saying that it would be delayed and still have not been paid. They keep assuring me that I will get paid, will just take a little longer. I also have a withdrawal with Rushmore that was approved on June 10th and the same situation with that one. This happened with Rushmore back in Dec. ,but I finially got paid about 3 weeks later. so just have to wait and see.

cashin requested from rushmore on 6/4 approved via wiretransfer and then two days ago I phoned and was told they were having problems and the withdrawal was being "reprocessed".

What the heck?

Anyone else having problems or have you been paid via wiretransfer and how long did it take?"

please reply
