Hey all,

Thanks to my assistant helpers :p Once approved (max 2 business days), the wires do take between 7-10 business days to hit your bank account.

Wishing everyone a nice Sunday,

7-10 business days means that from the time the money is released out of the software, it is really not getting wired for 2-3 days after that. Float time or whatever you want to call it, unless you use a third party processor, money does not take that long to wire. Let's just be honest here, okay? I am not going to name names, but I have had money transfered to me in the USA by other casinos within as short as 48 hours....yes, in the bank by then. It depends on the will of the casino, in my experience. This is a learning experience for me as each casino has it's own proclivities, which steer me to one over the other. I'm less inclined to play where it takes that long to get money, as time IS money.

Thanks for the reply, Louise.

Hi takethemoney,

I appreciate your comments.

This is the service we provide at the moment and can also send withdrawals via UseMyWallet/eWalletXpress should the player wish to receive these funds within 48 hours max and perhaps be able to receive a wire from those companies in a shorter time frame that we can provide.

Thanks,

Louise

Paying out in the States is a huge challenge for operators and 7-10 biz days ain't bad all things considered (Bodog was taking weeks to months during bad patches). I know it's tough to accept as a player (esp since european guys pay faster). Get a european bank account! Not so hard to do even now (well, last time i checked anyways, someone in cyprus was doing them, I'll look into again...).

But that's also a key reason why we chose not to accept US players.. paying them is hard, tough to keep good customers happy, and not without risks to the operator. When I was consulting in CR, the first thing I asked every morning was "are we still processing?" My fear was one day the answer would be "no."

It's also the reason why I, as a Brit albeit originally out of Canada, don't play on sites that take US play; your money has to be at risk given the challenges they face with processing.

alexbuzz, that was great info. I really had no clue what you guys go thru to get this done. I wouldn't care where I banked if I had a debit card that was good anywhere. Please share more of your wisdom and if not feasible here, PM me, I don't mind.

I don't believe that's true. I've had no problem getting my money from platinum play, SimonSays or Jackpot to name a few. I cashed out on Friday midnight at PlatinumPlay and Saturday midnight it was gone..Sunday morning it was in my quicktender account and as of this minute it's already been sent to my bank.

There has to be more than not being able to pay USA customers that you're not taking us. I for one would love to play at your casino so the reason you stated about not being able to pay in a timely manner is not true if you're using an ewallet.

Great, now you're making me nervous! Do you live in the USA and has anyone told you if it's been sent yet? Mine was approved on the 11th and "supposedly" sent on the 13th. I guess 7-10 business days, I can live with, 20+, no way. I hope it gets to me soon.

Quicktender seems to work well for me, the casino can invite you for this, you can't just sign up for an account.

There are fee's involved, including $30 for a wire transfer ( the bank usually tacks on $15 to $20 more) but it usually goes thru for me in about 3 or 4 days. The money from the casino goes into use my wallet instantly.

It only makes sense to wire transfer larger amounts because of the fee's but it has been working well for me when I get that lucky.

Otherwise I just let it ride in my QT account until it is substantial enough to get a wire.

Qt also charges 5% on deposits with a minimum of $50.

Its not for everyone but I have never been double billed (except for 1 time I got impatient and clicked it twice, which was my fault) and the casinos processors can get the funds to this quickly.

Yeah, sorry, there's a thread on Buzzluck here on CM where we were asked about taking US play and a long-ish explanation. Paying quickly--and the risks of working with processors in the US who can and do at times disappear with your/our cash-were certainly part of the decision, but the ultimate goal is to move to a "white-listed" jurisdiction and hence the key reason we're not taking US play as of now.

It's also true that some smaller operators (and some ewallets) can move money in the states a lot faster than some of the larger ones (e.g. bodog and wouldn't be surprised if cherry red falls into the category now). the more they do move the greater the risk and exposure so they generally have to go a tad slower to service their US customers.

Hopefully one day the US side will enjoy the same legitimacy and service levels as the industry does over here.... I think one day it will, but still think it's a long way off. I heard from Louise and my withdrawal is on the way. They switched processors and i guess there were some problems. my withdrawal approved on 3-31 went out 2 days ago,but louise says they have a new processor now so hopefully it willbe smooth sailing from now on :)

Well this is the first time i make a reply.

I am not happy with the service. The payout service is not fast at all.

My second 4k withdrawel doesnt seem to be processed. (yes i know to wait a week) Send emails and went to livechat 3 times. Still it is not processed. I dont know why. They dont answer my email and live chat doesnt seem to be able to contact the withdrawel department because they are always closed when i am online (in the evening)

How do i get in contact with Louise? :what: HELP!

We're on 9 business days today, so will be with you within the next couple of days ;)

Thanks,

Louise

LOL
Louise, I've gotta give you credit for at least paying attention! I guess I'm like an expectant papa, since I haven't won anything like this in quite awhile. I got pretty excited, actually, but the suspense has been killing me. Thanks for your reply! :)

Now throw me a bone to play on while I wait???? ;)

I hope I can be happy soon. 10 business days as of today, still no money and that's from the 13th, supposedly sent by wire. now I get to go thru another weekend without. Wouldn't be so bad if I hadn't lost my job right after I won. :(
